The app signs out every once in a while, which is a problem when we run out of data and need to recharge through the app. Since we’re signed out, we can't log in using free data. Also, it sometimes forces an update, which we can't do without data, leaving us stuck. We don’t always have access to the SIM, so we rely on the app. Please fix this issue.

The App stopped working (does NOT open) as from 21 FEB 2021. I removed it and reinstall it but still NOT working
signing up for "Red" takes away lots of easy to access features and Laila's Ai sucks.

the only downside is that the app is not working on offline.. and the deals at *350# are limited as there are no free social daily offers ,only in the app

terrible app. it asks for your phone number, then sends the verification code an hour later. even if i log in into my account, every week it logs me out and i have to go through the annoying login process again. i don't understand why don't you have other ways of verification? Whatsapp code, email, etc.
yalla fly page not working and it crashes the app, i have 2 attempts and cant use them to play, i expect urgent feedback!
Garbage, i used it for a several of times to spin the wheel and take my free Mb's of internet, but lately the app doesn't working at all when i enter it saya error reference: and number, i tried to look for it but never find it anywhere, and i tried deleting the app, restarting my phone etc.. and none of them worked, my last chance to do a feedback and see if they can help me.
Both their website and App are full of technical errors. Their payment system APS doesn't accept Visa and Mastercards. Cards always get declined when attempting to use them for recharging my account. When I contact them, they said it is my bank's problem. When I contact my bank, they tell me that it is AsiaCell not the bank. I'm sure that the problem lies with AsiaCell payment system. AsiaCell doesn't want to improve their services, they just want to collect money out of the customer's pockets.

My expierence with Asiacell have been horrible. Didnt had many options during my deployment in Irak. Their customer service is useless. Couldnt solve non of the issues i had. Had an issue with app being buggy and kept declining payment PRIOR to even placing my card info, it felt like talking to a wall, all they could say is " Its your bank, sir"(Which I did but everything works except Asiacell). Also being charged with a service I never authorized, never I used and they couldnt give refund!

Good app, service and price for foreigners. Easy to use and purchase the addons you want. Fast and reliable internet across Iraq on 4.5G+. Really enjoyed using it. The only thing I would advise is once the store sets up your sim for you, they will usually put you on the Max plan (7 days) and if you want a 30day one, make sure you cancel auto renew on the 7day package (read the txt you receive on how to cancel auto renew) so it doesn't charge you and then purchase the pack you want.
this app gives you overall oversight about your phone number and all the offers related specifically to your line. You can do a lot here including top-ups and more. Far better than using the USSD codes. My only recommendation is to have an option where users can save their debt/credit cards to negate the need to input the details each time users buy top-up balance.
I paid weekly unlimited 4G. After 1 day of weekly registration, monthly unlimited is paid automatically without asking me to do that within my balance in the phone account. I am now using weekly and monthly unlimited at the same time. It means I paid double times. Be cautious when using this service. You need to cancel previous service not to pay more. I complained to the company, but they explained to me that this is a their policy not to give me refund back.
I put the equivalent of 150$ credit in my account, 12 hours later it was all gone for no reason. The customer service admitted it's a technical issue from them but couldn't resolve it or compensate me. In other words, they STEAL from you, therefore, be careful and never put big amount of credits in your account.
