If you match with someone, you should be able to message them for free. On this app, you still have to pay just to message someone you matched with. There should at least be an option just to pay to message that person, not make us buy a premium service. It is a great app to meet people in other countries but I will not pay a subscription when I'm trying to find someone to get off the app. It's counter productive.

Too many scammers pretending to be somebody else. I've come across 3 different profiles using the same girl's pictures and none of them were actually her. Seems like the image that shows on profiles arent the same as the ones behind the profile. I've chatted with several different women and none of them look like the profile picture in the app. And the price to be able to read messages is ridiculous.

Took my money, buyer beware! I have an active subscription for $89.95. They said they sent me a reset link. I never received it even after begging the developer for help. Can't access the content I paid for and have lost the money I paid for the subscription. Edit, after receiving an email from the Asian team with instructions i still haven't been able to log in. Top dollar for this app and poor assistance. Why would you take a chance at these prices.

I usually don't review apps, but I'll make an exception for this. almost a complete waste of money/scam. can't even contact people unless you pay the $35 a month for the right to send messages. cheapest is half that for a year. they ask you to give them passport/drivers licenses photos to get a "verification badge". that's the biggest no-no of the internet. also you can't upload any pictures where your full face isn't visible clearly. they decide what pictures you can post.

Tried to upload a photo, but decided to change to a more updated one, but their outdated system will not let me, and since there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY, I can not finish my profile. All it does is keep showing me in the 1st photo, and will not go to the next section of the profile to fill out. If you want an app that has good customer service, this is not the app for you!

Everyone on here has a short attention span. One moment they are talking to you and on the same day they just stop replying. There are also a lot of scammers that continue to create accounts under the same names. The app itself does not allow for you to effectively report them because there is no way to submit proof, even though you may have it. In summary this app is a frustration to use and most people don't talk.

Everything was going fine. Until I realized you can't message/contact someone you Match with. If you both like each other you're just kinda stuck. Unless one of you pays $44.99 A month. (for the cheapest subscription) Just to be able to actually message your match. Way too high of an asking price for what other apps do for free.

No verification of identity. Unlike with other market leading apps I've used where you have to verify your identity. With this app you don't. There are so many fake accounts. I'm apparently receiving messages from Alica Schmidt. From my experience of this app in the last 14 days, almost every other women I've spoken to has been a fake/scam account. The protections for paying members isn't here.

It's a giant honeypot for scammers. Some will try to get you to join some other site, the rest just use stolen/AI generated images to hook people. Doesn't seem like there are any safeguards in place other than a blurb at the bottom on how not to get scammed, seems like the devs are indifferent if not complicit. On the other hand it is kinda fun baiting the scammers to waste their time.

i guess most profiles gave up cos can't read messages for non-paying users like me. Most profiles are inactive for months. Mailbox can tell you which user attempted to read your message is a very good feature, but is useless since the person cant read! Well.. you can try your luck to find a paid user who you can chat with!!! Nothing seems free for non paying users. Email can notify you hv a message, upgrade to read.

horrible app you can't do absolutely anything without paying money. I would not recommend this app to anyone complete garbage app and waste of time you're better off with one of the other apps like tinder or bumble.

after buying into the app. the app doesn't even work. none of the profiles pics are showing it's just white. not user friendly. I should have read the reviews before downloading.

honestly I don't understand this app, I paid I was log out, ever since I login I can't get likes and responses any more. I just had 1 month subscription.

After I made payment, my account is still saying I should upgrade , I can't reply nor read messages and there is no form to contact support on the app.

this app relies heavily on the fact that you need to pay for their subscription and i dont just mean for the non essentials like ads and unlimited likes i mean the essentials like messaging honestly just what am i supposed to do when i match with someone? and i can't chat with them without paying i could get scammed terrible app for even having the audacity to try and make me pay before i match with someone.

Large amount of Asian women, unfortunately most up own rses. Good thing is at least Phillippines (who are the ultimate at up own rse) do not seem to use it as much now. The people who run these cupid sites are VERY quick to suspend new accounts. So, I would advise using it for a week as standard member with all details filled in before paying for anything.

my installed the app created a profile like you asked send a message send a message receive messages. and the stupid app deleted my profile lying to me saying that I did something wrong. and all I did was send one message that was hello. this app seriously has got issues and it sucks. do not use this app. it's garbage

The INABILITY to CHAT unless you pay in a DATING APP is what makes me give 1 star.. Simply awful, horrible thing to do. Its what a dating app is for.. I would understand if you must pay to make yourself more visible or something.. but to chat? Untill that changes, i would not recommend this app at all.

-DO NOT DOWNLOAD- I purchased $50 month Platinum membership having high hopes and was dissapointed. I have talked to 60+ accounts and all of them are Bots or Scammers and the common theme that made them stick out as a red flag was each one of them were trying to ask for us to speak off of this plateform within the first 20 text messages exchanged between me and each profile. 100% fake accounts. 99% from Philippines and 1% China. all try to walk you into Microsoft teams and scam you. beware!! every single message will end up asking you for teams or whatsapp. in 5 mins you'll have 20 messages. This is not normal. 1) fake likes but force you to pay to see who it is 2) No matter what u select ad a country you are always getting Philippines 3)all Ask for personal contact 4)All eventually ask for payment.
