I love this app, I have had it on 5 stars for a while. I'm only lowering it now because not long after buying the lifetime subscription, I got a new phone. There is a restore purchases button that doesn't restore purchases. An icon just spins for a few seconds and nothing happens. It still wants me to subscribe weekly, or lifetime. I tried contacting customer support a couple of days ago and I have had no reply.

Exceptionally good app! They give you 3 questions per day, without paying for it. At $69.99 per lifetime cost, it might be a little too high for someone on a fixed income, like me. However it's worth saving for, especially when its answers seem to be well thought out and thorough. Internet searches might give you the same answers and then, maybe not. The easy solution would be to install it, use it modestly until you can afford the price. Just remember, the free version allows only 3 per day!

Just paid for the lifetime version. I'm a little unimpressed on this AI. For what I paid this should be the top of the line. It almost always says " I'm sorry but as an AI language model I cannot help you with that request." It's for simple things too. From cooking food, to changing a tire. It doesn't always say that. Sometimes it will give an answer but it super vague. It just doesn't seem complete. Please upgrade this or something. Or give me a refund I guess? 🤷🤦

I would have given this app 5 stars, but $32 a month, really? $7.99 per week for something I might remember to us 5-6 times per year, not going to happen. What put this app way ahead of all the others is how well the information is returned back that you request. On another downside, the AI read back is terrible, stops, and pauses. There are way better options, and this is NOT one of them.

It tells me "network error" 48 out of 50 times ! When, in fact, I do have FULL internet access & have no problem connecting with any other of my apps. I sure hope this issue gets fixed quickly !!! I paid for the lifetime subscription and can't even use it... that's a pretty simple way to scam people,, just say "connection error," and then you don't have to answer any inquiries... !!

The billing for this app is outlandish, and scam-ridden. Do not purchase a subscription. They've been billing me for about six months, $4.99/wk, and I'm unable to cancel my subscription. I actually had to issue a stop payment for future charges from them to halt their thievery. There's no way to cancel your subscription, or at least no apparent way. At this point, I actually have to take the time out of my day to go through every single charge and dispute them one-by-one with my bank.

I really like this app. It's great to learn things and it can also make great entertainment and can do many great things. It's just one thing I'm annoyed about. Whenever I change locations, the wifi strength will be different and it will think there's an error because of that. And if you put in a message, it will say there's a network error, and it will delete your message! I can't count the number of times I've lost big messages due to this issue. I either started over, or just gave up.

This app is amazing and has helped me so much. But, I paid for the lifetime and purchased a new phone, and you can not transfer the subscription. I had to pay another lifetime membership fee. It has an option to transfer, but do not think that it works because it doesn't. I reached out to support and got one reply and then was ignored. Basically you have only have access to the app you bought until you switch phones. Other than paying an extreme amount, the app works great

Just use chat gpt for free. It's better. Ya it's easy to use.. but you.pay for something you can get free. plus it says after 2 questions "sorry I'm tired ask me about something else" pathetic. I just asked to make me a grocery list for the recipes it made me It can't do it. It can't list the ingredients for a grocery list. But it can make a 5 day meal prep recipes and instructions on how to cook them. Chat gpt can do the same for free

I only gave it 2 stars because if you have the free version, you only get to send 3 MESSAGES. And you have to pay pro in order to get more an exclusive things. I think it's unfair to us that can't pay, or are unable to access better versions of the app. Overall, I wouldn't download this app if you're looking for many answers, and better quality information.

It was a 5-star app but now they got greedy and make you pay for things. I liked it before bc there was only a message within a conversation limit, like you could only say a certain amount of (maybe 10) things within a conversation but could open a new chat. Now they have it where you can only ask 3 questions a day or you have to pay a weekly subscription/ pay a one-time purchase for $39.99, and you can't do new conversations until the next day

When I purchased the "premium" it stated that I would have access to all features. Now, after a month later I try to use features like link & ask, it prompts me to pay an additional $44/year to unlock those features; on top of the $30 I already paid. I've tried emailing them twice to no avail. Are you guys really trying to charge $74 for a year, when I know someone who paid $29 for a lifetime and has all access?? Seems very inconsistent.

this was a 5 star review and I loved the app. I've taken it down some stars because for the past month or so every time I open the app I get an error message with no information about the issue just a 'we don't know what happened but our team is working on it' well, whatever mystery problem this is, I hope you fix it soon. I payed for this service and used it a lot when it was working.

this app works amazingly and the premium is actually worth it. because not only do you get to use it as much as you want, you also get full access to 4o. With OpenAI you have to pay monthly, whereas with AskAI you only need to pay once and your set. there is a monthly sub if you wanna do that, but the one time price is better in the long run. even if you don't want to pay the premium you can still use it, albeit with some limitations, but its still a great app to use, with or without a Premium

This app is a scam. I paid $40 for a lifetime subscription at the end of April 2023. App didn't recognize I paid for it after a couple weeks. Has been prompting me to pay for it again ever since. Restore button doesn't do anything. I sent their support an email, still no reply to this day. Issue still hasn't been fixed over a year later. Can't get a refund through Play Store. Developer clearly has no intention of fixing it or responding, don't waste your money. Shouldn't be in store until fixed.

Bait & Switch - Buyer beware, this app offers a lifetime subscription, but that that "lifetime" membership is only if you use the same device indefinitely. I recently learned about this issue and found in support that there's nothing they can do about it, despite using the same OS, provider, and email account. Who never changes their device?! It would be nice if this was spelled out. My bad for assuming, since other apps allow for device upgrades, but not this one!

I love this app. I would have purchased it. However the only short coming is that there is no voice like the others (which I don't mind), but my biggest peeve is that it doesn't let you go too far with storytelling like (Genie) the other apps do - certain stories that feature small "controversal" elements. I would get this just for the story part of it, which is better than all of the others I've come across (which is why I won't purchase the others as well). I guess I'll have to keep looking.

I really like this app. It has help me out big time I have Dyslexia. It's not easy comprehending things from time to time. This app really helped me out a lot until I got a new phone and transfer it over and now it no longer works. I can't open it and it's asking me to buy buy the subscription. I purchased the one time purchasing fee when the app first came out, which was an option at the time. I've tried Uninstalling and re installing the app. but to no Avail.

Useless, app is buggy, crashes, stutters when generating. Purchased lifetime pro. It was not lifetime of pro. Recently, the app has been telling me to purchase again and will not restore my purchase. Do not pay for this scam or any of their other scam apps that have "lifetime" they find a way to void it or make you pay for other things that "aren't included."

Great Advertising but Poor Performance -- although the advertising for this app promises much more than it actually delivers, it works pretty well on my cell phone but it doesn't work at all on my laptop. And you have to repurchase the app each time for each device; your purchase of this app does not transfer to multiple devices. They promise a lot; they deliver much less.
