This is the worst app!!! Purchased a $150 certificate with a $50 discount for treatment so I paid $100. The money was taken out of my bank account but the rewards/certificate does not show in the app that I ever purchased it. And I cant even contact support by email because there is an error with the email!!!! Super frustrating and very disappointing.
It's literally the WORST app I've ever encountered. Good luck getting logged in. And IF by some miracle you can get logged in, the app may or may not work correctly. I pull my hair out every time I have to use this app (and the website is just as bad). They've done zero updates to their terrible app in the 3 years I've had it downloaded. Sure feels like they don't care about customer experience.
Here's a bug - open app, choose login with Google, browser opens and authenticates, and the app doesn't open again. You just get stuck in the browser to use Aspire, app is useless if you plan to use third party login. Also, how do you even add treatments? No info on how to actually say "yes I had this thing done" or "I want to schedule a thing" - no guidance, you are just kind of plopped into a buggy slow half-baked experience. Also, no promotions ever show up even when they exist
It's not a good sign that I just downloaded this app and have the exact same issues as all the bad reviews from a YEAR ago. You would think they would figure out how to make their app work for people after a YEAR smh. 🤦♀️ Can't scroll down on the registration page past the date of birth. There is some boxes to check but I can't see what it is I am checking. *update- I HAVE reached out to customer service. They had no solution! Just that I could register on the website instead. Fail.
The Aspire app and their website don't work. Can't checkout on either. How does this company stay in business? Open app, says needs update, hit update button, app closes, I reopen and app says samething- needs update. App store shows no update available. Stuck going in circle, useless app. Ridiculously bad. It's not my phone Samsung S25 Ultra or Network, ATT Fiber. I'll use the competitors product, their app Alle, works. Website spins and spins with says, Processing, the takes me to home page.

This is a BROKEN app. Completed profile a dozen times and it still says it's only 83% complete...WTH? This app has nothing to offer, most of the links are broken, buttons randomly stop working, landing pages with promises of earning rewards are blank when you visit them and this app leaves the user wondering what the purpose was in developing such a useless app? Total garbage.

I keep getting a pop up saying to update, I've reinstalled 3 times now and I keep getting that message. I have the most recent version available yet I'm unable to access my account via the app because it's saying the version I have isn't supported
Can't get after photos to save! What is the point of having before and after if you can't save the after? Guess I miss out on the points too because the app is faulty? Ridiculous.
This app is awful ive tried to purchase 2 100$ certificates for my treatment and the money was deducted out of my account and i never received my certificates and instead of just honoring my purchases they just escalate the problem who knows if it will ever be resolved smh
I was asked by my provider to create this account for points. The app in itself does not work. I have made several attempts to create an account but it is NOT work. Smh in disapointment!!
I completed my profile to get 25 points and it says I'm 83% complete even though I've answered all the questions and when you try to go to the contacts section of the app it doesn't load.
There are no Specialists to choose. I keep getting a message stating, " No results found. Please check the entered location" No matter what I enter I get the same message.
I cannot even register. When I try to enter my birthday, I have to arrow all the way back to 1961 from 2020. It will not let me just enter the date. When I go all the way back to that and finish the process, I get a "Sorry!" message and to call support. No, thank you.
All the same problems as stated below. How in God's name can you have an app that physician offices recommend and then not guarantee them that it works. ALLE is a MUCH better and user friendly app!!!
The app makes it so easy to pull up my rewards when I'm at the med spa, plus I can see if I have any special offers without digging through my emails.
Nothing seems to work in the app. Can't login when you log out. Can't redeem your earned points. Super frustrating.
