I wanted to see the world line map because that was what i was advertised to joining into. But the app only talks about it in the report, so i was very disappointed... It would have been cooler to see a live update on the lines crossing the world so you can plan your trips and stuff for a fun time. Subscription is also too expensive for just a daily hororscope newsletter feature. Getting in touch with a real reader is a nice feature, but its per min which is a deal breaker; felt like a scam.

Liked it, but then... it has logged me out and says there's no account associated with my email over and over again. The company says via email that I don't have a subscription.. so I guess they just want me to pay for the premium. Maybe they fixed the system to kick you out of the freemium version even though premium features are locked. They have a horrible reputation. It's unfortunate because the app is pretty cool.. when it works.

Listen to the warnings about their refund policy. I quite literally made an accidental purchase, immediately emailed them about it, didn't use whatever I paid for, and they still won't give a refund. I paid for the $1 trial run, used my FREE 3 minute consult with an astrologer, and then something popped up if I wanted to pay for more time, tried to exit out, it told me my purchase was successful, and not even a minute later I emailed them. They are extremely difficult to work with.

I have downloaded this app multiple times. I paid for a 2-week trial and created an account through chrome and then after downloading the app, it doesnt allow me to login. Trying to get me to sign up for a trial again. Says it has no account info to store. I signed up just to look at my astrocartography lines. Got matched w an astrologer to then run out of minutes, so i didn't get any questions answered. The app is a money grab. Full of pop ups trying to get you to pay for every little service

I did the free trial but it wasn't free. They automatically force you in chat with an advisor before you've even used the service. The app makes it nearly impossible to cancel, but not before being charged 19.99 for a 2 week subscription. I told them I didn't sign up for auto renew and tried to cancel before the 19.99 came out but couldn't. It is an illegal business practice for them to not send notice at least 24 hours before being charged so that you have ample time to cancel, which they don't

FYI.. At first I liked it & did the free trail and decided to do the 2 weeks, unfortunately they make it difficult because you have to cancel through the website and app. I was charged more then twice for my subscription and reaching them takes a while. So please be aware. Also the readings are a minimum of 5 min which then u have to pay for longer it doesn't come in your subscription.

WARNING! Read everything very carefully. I thought it was a monthly subscription but it is every 2 weeks. When I realized I'd been charged after my trial period, I canceled my subscription, again. You have to cancel online, on the app, and on Google if that's how you subscribed. I kindly asked for a refund because it's quite expensive, $19.99, every 2 weeks, I was declined. It hadn't even been 24 hours since they charged me and they still refused a refund. BE CAREFUL & READ SMALL PRINT!

Complete scam. After selecting your birthday, you have one option "try for free" which results in a pop-up for a free 3 day trial followed by $50 a week! It is clear that the intention for this app is to get people to install it, purchase the mandatory pay wall, uninstal the app because it's garbage, and get charged $50 because they forgot to cancel their subscription. This app should be reviewed and removed by Google as it probably violates several guidelines.

I don't recommend this app. In my opinion it's very deceiving. Merely an app to scam people out of money...I have no idea how I was subscribed to something I haven't even agreed to subscribe to. When I tried to type my email in to see if I could log in to unsubscribe, it said it would send a code to my email. Would not even allow me to put the code in. Save yourself the frustration and displeasure.

App is beyond useless, it asks you over and over to buy their "premium version", which is 50 dollars and is the only way you can do anything besides putting your name and date of birth in. It also takes a ridiculous amount of time to be able to exit out of their ad popups for buying the full version, which they double up on so you have to see it 2 or 3 times before you can try to do anything else. Don't bother.

Beware. I was curious about this app and wanted the 3 day trial. I paid $1. The day before it was to expire, I went on the app to cancel. However, I could not find a way to unsubscribe. I even went to Google play store to cancel. The Astroline subscription was not there. When I went back to the app, it was offering me the 3 day trial again. I have been charged twice so far. $19.99 and $9.99. Please let me know how to unsubscribe and where I can go to get a refund.

I signed up for a birth chart and paid 19.99. I did not receive any reminder emails which would have allowed me to cancel in time. I called the number provided on the bank, it rang multiple times and disconnected. I emailed them and they reminded me that I requested a birthchart and that the two week Auth was authorized and they will not refund me. Trust me there are way better apps that do not charge you every two weeks and are not willing to assist you.

The app locks up during login or crashes. Password stopped working and the password recovery does not work. Can't access my account to cancel the subscription despite trying through the app and the web portal on phone and on laptop. Edited - the customer support was prompt and very helpful to cancel my subscription despite my problems logging in.

can't cancel. keep getting charged every 2 weeks. edit: emailed company a couple times and no response. seems they only reply to negative reviews, in which they don't solve the problem they refer you to contact them. in addition, they taken over $100 and I don't even have an account. so I'm not even getting the service.

This app is a scam. Wish i read the reviews before i installed, and wish i hadn't fat fingered the unsubscribe and accidentally unsubscribed from something else. When you first subscribe it says it'll be something like 50 bucks a year, then you find out it's that much per week. Seriously? The ad shows it getting things like when you were going to get married and stuff from your palm. I was curious how close they would get. Instead i got some vague answer that could apply to just about anyone.

EXPLOITATIVE!!! this is an absolute scam DO NOT SIGN UP!! you will cancel but there is LAYERS you have to navigate through as a trick and then they will come out and STILL charge you $54!! AN INSANE amount of money no one in their right mind will pay. asked for a refund and still more hoops to jump through. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE THING.

spent $55 after only agreeing to pay 9.99. the buttons dont mention youre going to be purchasing a $20 reading, and I wanted more info so I clicked "get" and was charged for each time I wanted to see what the report entails. I emailed them to ask for refund , but by the looks of it this APP IS A SCAM. the readings aren't any more special thay I can have any other search engine on the internet find out for me. edit: still waiting ona reply from the support team

Terrible app experience. As others have said, this is a scam. Don't subscribe to any trials unless you are deeply interested in paying additional charges for side services like the Compatibility Report. You will receive near zero assistance from their support team if you request a refund. They will only send screenshots of the plan options and claim that you selected something that you didn't.

PLEASE READ! THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND.I canceled the day of the end trail and they still charged me. I got the app specifically for the drawing they claimed to provide but never did dont waste your money they got me almost $25 just trying to save someone else from wasting time on emails they dont honor there customers.

Complete Scam They said that one week trial at 2.9 usd but when i subscribed, they charged 29 usd and now the support team is not responding and they are blaming me for choosing another subscription. Its a complete scam. Please don't buy this. They are not refunding my amount also
