This is by far the worst banking app I am forced to use. I often have to close the app after signing in because it won't load my information. At least once a month it will allow me to log in, only for it to open to a blank screen. I will try closing it and logging back in several times before I just give up. I have attempted to delete and redownload the app and check for updates, but nothing fixes the problem. It's frustrating to the point I have primarily moved my services to my other bank.

I got this app so that I can access my banking through *an app*. It was previously inconvenient that the default was redirecting to a non-functional webpage, but since the latest update opening in the app doesn't even seem to be an option anymore.

I'm able to navigate around fairly well, put my pet peeve is definitely once I get to learn the format of the app then it gets changed cuz it's outdated or not as pretty as other people's apps I don't know.... all things considered, it works good 99% of the time, and I'm able to find my way around 90% of the time. and I can always call customer service and they walk me through and hold my hand so that's okay 👍😀.

I don't normally leave reviews and I have no issues with ATB the bank but their banking app is basically unusable. I was hoping the latest update would solve the login issues but appears to have made it even worse somehow.

cannot seem to get the app to load properly. when open says unsupported browser. use Google chrome for best experience. I use chrome as my web browser . The app uses the app. what's wrong with this App???

use to be able to log in with 1 click, now you are lucky to not have to enter all your information everytime. Hopefully you are not in public with someone looking over your shoulder.

Cool it on the 2FA. I tried to pay bills and it now requires a 2FA for every individual transactions. Seriously, these banking apps are supposed to be for convenience. You've made it so the app isn't viable to use anymore. At least prompt you for biometric authentication. The 2FA to do everything individual action is way too much. I won't even use the app anymore it's so inconvenient. C'mon, smarten up.

I used a password to open my phone, then the app, then got a voice message sent to my phone, then an e-mail with a password. Apparently I entered the last code wrong and got "we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again". So I did try again got the same message and GOT LOCKED OUT of the system. Why did I not get an "incorrect password" popup not "technical difficulties try again"?? This cost me 2 hours of pay because I had to leave work. Totally unacceptable.

Initially this app was perfectly serviceable. Not a ton of features, but it did what I needed it to do. I was a bit annoyed when it seemed the app opened a web browser to go to a website instead of actually being its own app. But now the app tells me I should just go to the website on Chrome instead of using the app. So why even bother to have an app if it just wants me to use a browser? I want an app that functions, not just a button to direct me to a website. I have bookmarks for that.

The app crashes every time I try to pay a bill or do an account transfer, which is 90% of the reason I use a banking app. It's been doing this for over 3 weeks without a fix. Tried uninstalling it then reinstalling.

Can't log in any more. Just hangs on Redirecting to /mobilecall/public So app is entirely unusable.

doesn't open because the app sends me to a web browser which I can't trust. why bother making a banking app that should be trustworthy and then opening it via a 3rd party browser. crazy. and judging by the other reviews it makes no sense to trust the browser to open the app cos its useless anyway. I will stick to using my laptop because it works, I trust my laptop and the website is actually amazing and simple not like the clutter and lack of usability that rbc and scotiabank have.

It's ok, it works yes, not sure what's up with the last update you can't see what you're typing in the message section as your keyboard covers it. Sometimes updates fix one thing but break another.

The app was fine, but after being updated it just redirects to my browser (???), additionally it keeps crashing, or telling me there is an error and it won't load my accounts properly. It is mind blowing to me that ATB cannot have a functional app with how often the company discusses their successes in the news. Please put some of that bottom line to your app development.

Fix your JUNK!! Going on more then a week of not being able to sign into mobile apps for personal or business accounts! Really sucks when trying to do things like pay bills or operate a business. After deleting and reinstalling both apps still not working. Personal one may work about 1 out of 20 attempts to log in, no luck with business at all. Branch days there is nothing that they can do about it, and after trying to call 3 times with waits in excess of an hour I am beginning to be frustrated

worst app I've ever used for anything, I have to sign in usually 5 times before I can actually access the app if i can at all. Love not knowing if I'll be able to access my bank account. If I could rate this zero stars I would. And yes the app is updated.

Doesn't even open, I keep getting an error message "unable to process your request". Please update your damn app, I can't even log in right now. When I contacted your customer service they were almost as useless as the app (which is quite the feat considering how well it seems to be working right now). Before the previous update I hade very little issues with it but now it's unusable and have been forced to use your website in the mean time.

The app WAS wonderful, until it wasnt. At the beginning of this year i started receiving errors every time i logged on. Saying "Check my Network and Try Again". My network is fine and judging by the reviews im not the only one with this problem. When i called ATBs support line to inform them of my problem and looking for a fix, they were absolutely clueless as to what was going on and ensured me they would get to the bottom of it. They didn't. Desktop version cant deposit cheques, fix your app.

it's... mostly operational. every update is a total gong show. sometimes it breaks the app, sometimes 2FA stops working, sometimes you log in and it doesn't recognize your data inputs. it's really a roll of the dice what works and when. Edited to say it's still not consistently operational, even after updating, again. it's been 5 weeks. how about a patch, or a fix??

Recent changes to login are super inconvenient. What's the point of an app if I click on it and I'm taken to a browser to login in everytime I want to check my accounts? I used to be able to use my fingerprint but now it wants me to use the passkey. Also, when are we going to be able to check our credit score on the app like other banks? This app is inferior to my other banking apps.
