I've been trying to get the cash advance to work for months now. first, my account was negative a few dollars, which I wasn't aware would cause it to deny me and make me wait 30 DAYS to request again, which is completely absurd considering I wanted the cash advance to get my account back in the positive. went back after the 30 days and tried again, only for it to say there was an error. gave up for a while and tried again yesterday, and it's been "processing" my request for about 12 hours now.

Great app, but purposely slows down when trying to pay using the money from the surveys. Especially, when it is three hours before payment is due. That's a real nice cheating touch guys, and it is quite ridiculous cause it pisses me off quite a bit (and others have caught one too, from the reviews). Oh, and you cannot verify your email cause they never email you. It would be better if it felt less of a scam :)

They never couldn't connect my debit card. After all my personal information was repeatedly added for so many times it's repeatedly says "unexpected error" at the end of the set up. Also that cash advance "in progress" for a while, for so many days, and the amount of $100 just hanging on that home page as decorationof this app. I deleted my account and hopefully my informationis gone too.

I paid my advance on January 2nd, but somehow it says I am past due even though it shows that I have paid. I reached out to customer service and crickets. It has been over a week and nothing, no response from Support. I can't take out another advance because of this, but they had zero issue taking out the 4.99 for the membership fee. Not worth it.

This cash advance app is a rip off. It allows me to take out two measly $25 advances at a time and charges a $5 fee for each. Then it wants me to pay them back a day or two later, it does not align the payback date with my pay check date and I have no way of updating it in the app. I've submitted multiple tickets and they never fully resolve the issue. They correct it for the current advance, but not for future advances to align with my biweekly pay date. There are much better apps out there.

I just earn like 5 dollars, then it flags me for suspicious activity, prompts you to verify your ID. Then when you try to do and click upload documents it says scanner error all the time, you try to refresh your app and phone , and then there's no way to go back to ID verification you have to wait for the prompt ... I been waiting nothing . what a joke

At first, everything was working well until I switched banks. I tried to connect my new bank account in the app several times but to no avail. Then I tried to reconnect my old bank account in order to delete it then add my new account and upon doing so, I received an error message that said I reached the maximum number of attempts to link a bank account. I opened a ticket for the issue a few days ago and so far, no reply.

Update: I have closed my account. This app is not worth it. Still can't connect my back account and customer service is no help. I have yet to be able to get a cash advance. Every time I try, it gives me an error before I even get to the screen to link my account. It just says an unexpected error occurred. I would like to use this app but cant because I keep getting an error message when I try. Update: I decided to give this app another shot. However, they do not let you reopen your account.

If I could rate this app a zero I would! First I couldn't get my identity verified. When that finally went through, I couldn't get the $50 cash advance with no reason given. It's been a few months & still get the ineligible for cash advance notice without explanation. I wish to delete my account so my info is NOT still attached to some random app. The delete account button doesn't work. Reached out to customer service with NO response back. I'm deleting it but not before reporting it to the BBB.

it is easy but not really worth it. They offered $25 with a $5 delivery fee with a $5 subscription and they ask for a tip! not really worth it. And I also don't understand their amount advanced process. most apps start low and with on time payments it increases. this app tells you the more money in your account the better? Why would someone be asking for $25 if they had money in their account? I understand they don't want to lose money, but that's why companies do payment history. Who knows lol

my first advance was easy. my second..not so much. it kept saying my bank account was negative when it wasnt. it wouldn't let me reconnect. I had to talk to customer service a few times in order to reconnect my bank and it still doesnt work. update: they never fixed it and they ghosted me. will not return multiple emails. useless app.

I have been using this app for its Cash Advance feature, and its come in handy quite a few times. Sometimes it will unsync from my payday and have the repayment date be like 3 days later, but on those rare occasions I just email them and they fix it for me. For about a year, I was only offered $25 advances, but with faithfully paying them back perfectly, I've gotten the increase to $50.

This awful app has been glitching out since 07/23/23, and it only got worse over the last 2.5 years. At that time I would get a daily reward every few weeks or so, but they stopped appearing a long time ago. Support has been nonexistent for probably near 2 years now, so I made the choice to shut down my account once and for all. I am expecting a final deposit 60 days after closing the account, if I do not receive it by 03/12/2026, I will go ahead and start filing complaints against this company.

This app used to be great... easy money (even though it's not much). I would always get location rewards & daily questions (up to 8) to earn money. Cashout was easy but took up to 3 days to receive. For the last few months, I get nothing. I have never accepted any of the offers. The surveys are ok sometimes, but usually not worth the time. Been using this app for a few years, however, I think it's time to delete because it does absolutely nothing but take up space on my phone.

The app does what it says it will do. Sort of. BUT- you have to wait for your reward to hit for up to like 90 days on some offers, some you have to pay to get, there's more stuff to download that you don't really want, you are just trying to get the rewards for, but even then, you can't cash out until you get to 20$, and you can't cash out that initial 20$. It proved to be a great waste of time and data and memory for me, and a huge disappointment, as I genuinely expected so much more.

The app is legit. I've cashed out to Google play once. Everyone's selling your data, why not jump on board and get paid for it yourself. If you don't believe me, EU just started a sell your data program. This app follows your card purchases and currently pays 2 cents per transaction. They also pay for surveys and games. Now that doesn't seem like a lot but when you add it ontop of the coinbase cash back debit card and a few other things, those purchases add up.

Seems like a scam. Every time you try to get an advance and link your bank account, a loading wheel just spins and a modal pops up saying "unexpected error". After giving all of this personal information and bank info, it just doesn't work suddenly without any kind of reason besides "unexpected error". Seems very suspicious. They don't even tell you what the error is. Scary

Out of all the rewards apps I've tried, this one gives the best. I've cashed out twice in two weeks (amounts $12 and $11). Other rewards apps hardly have anything to give and too many hurdles to cashing out. I will say though, that the games rewards are tricky. Some of them have high rewards but are impossible to finish without buying in-game items. I also had one that required me to get to level 8 when the max level was 5. Try to just do the easy ones for less cash reward.

I love the way the app pays out & I've never had any problems cashing out. Until recently. I have $10 that is withdrawable & no matter what I do it tells me an unexpected error has occurred. I have reached out to customer support with no response in over a week. I understand that things do happen with these apps- however, there is no excuse for poor customer service!

Your new policy is ridiculous. Now you want to take 1 dollar a month and 3 for inactivity, but still want to keep the earned 20 dollars. You should lower that. It took me a month or more just to get to 20 bucks before you added the paid surveys. Most subscriptions and products you offer I already have or am not interested in because it's multiples of the same product from different companies. Definitely lower the 20 dollar balance. Shouldn't keep what we've earned. Then charge mores after.
