the app takes too long to open, which means that sometimes rather than opening in time to pay at the turnstile my credit card gets charged instead. what's the point of paying for a monthly or annual pass if then I have to pay extra because the app doesn't work? also, there is always a pop up message that makes it one extra step to get to your metro pass which is unhelpful. sometimes there is more than one message, meaning their in app communications are not well organised.

Horrible Many of the buttons in the app do not work at all. For example the refresh button for the time table of the stations do not work and I have to close the app and reopen it again to see the updated time estimates. Or you can not access the time table when you click on the bus stop, and instead you have to first search for the line number and then select the stop to see the time table. There are many instances like this. And sometimes the stops do not show up on the map at all.

I would give 0 stars if able to, yes I was able to look at routes and times to get an idea of how to get around before I went to Milan, however once I was there I tried to create an account but I was never able to get past that page following pressing the create account button as it took me nowhere, therefore it was a useless app as unable to buy online.

when you have a complex itinerary you can't scan the QR code from the map view. so you constantly need to research your plan, find out where to go. exit, go to the qr code, exit, research again... oops it can't find the tram you are currently on so no way to see where to exit anymore since it tries a different path... frustration guaranteed with this app

If I had the option to give negative stars, I absolutely would. As a tourist, traveling to Milano, the experience couldn't be more complicated and conveluted. There are no options of buying a ticket, creating an account and giving out your information, going to your email, confirming the account creation, and being redirected to a different site while checking out, no option for either google, or apple pay. Jesus christ, I just want to buy a ticket

The apps work quite well but the problem is the intection with all ATM eco-system: 50% of the time qrcode scanning does not work, so you must seek help to the personal to open the gate. Also, the first days of the month, were lots of people is renewing the monthly subscription, and central servers are overloaded, the app cannot load and you cannot access your tickets. So, as usual, an half-cooked solution.

There has been problems with the digital card. It disactivates your physical card (for whatever reason) and the app doesn't work so my subscription is not activated anywhere. I can't enter through the turnstiles without the personnel letting me in. In the previous version the favourites were listed on your homepage now it's less obvious and takes long to load. This new app is not as functional as older version and is full which I've noted via email but no one has responded.

The new app is absolutely terrible. The old one may have been dated in the looks department but at least worked most of the time. I found myself not being able to checkout from the basket and could essentially not get on the bus without risking a massive fine due to not having a ticket. Fix it ATM, I don't care how the app looks, I just want it to be able to perform its basic function of selling me tickets.

Disappointed. I downloaded the app the night before my flight early in the morning. I checked if there is a buying ticket option, and there was it. In the morning when I tried to buy ticket, the app just didn't work. It says "out of service/temporarily closed" something in italian. I had to run to find somewhere to buy tickets with luggages. Horrible experience. Luckily I've found a 24h open Tobacci but never trust this app for tickets.

The version of the app is good, but after the update when I needed to use it, it had logged me out and I risked getting a fine because I wasn't able to quickly login. Pls fix this in some way, even my password manager didn't bring up the login credentials!

Not always very intuitive. Eventually it was easier to use the contactless payment method to pay for our rides than buying tickets through the app. Since I will not be using the app anymore (tourist) I wanted to delete my account using the app, which fails consistently ("try again later").

We arrived on Sunday and we could not get a ticket from anywhere. One driver told us about the application. I installed and waited for twenty minutes to get the confirmation email buy never got it. Then I tried the sms charge which also did not work. We tried all the ways to buy ticket for the tram and in the end we entered without paying.

The tickets I bought came a couple of hours after I had bought them (by which point it was useless) theres no function for asking for help through the app (you have to email or go in office). The map functionality is nice, knowing which tickets to buy is really complicated if you don't know the city well and it clears that frustration up a little. Would have been 5 stars if there was online help, and real time ticket purchasing.

When I want to pay with PayPal it's not loging me into the correct PayPal account and it's not giving any options to sign out or to chose. Instead it makes me changing my password every time and still returns me to the old PayPal account. Also if happened to log in into your correct account it doesn't do any transaction. Please fix these problems as we can't pay even if we want to. And in the end of that day we will be fined because yours system doesn't work!!!!

An improvement but having to tap at least three times to get to the digital subscription card is not user friendly at all. There should be a button/window in the homepage Update: after few days of usage it is clear that is app is not functional. I had to pay for a ticket in multiple occasions cause the wallet won't load. So I have a subscription and on top I have to pay more cause this does not work? Ridiculous

Good for buying tickets. Using tickets rely on QR codes instead of contactless payments, unless you set up a fiscal code(!) in your HOME COUNTRY before you arrive in Italy(!!). In addition, the map function is entirely useless and I found myself going to Google even for timetables.

shittiest app ever mad, it has an important job, to help you recharge your card, it's impossible, I wanna add card it says it is already added, I wanna go to my card and recharge it, it says there is no card. besides machines in Dateo station never works and boom you are checkmated by ATM Milano, awesome app!

Buy your tickets at the machines and not through the app! First, you need constant internet connection which it doesnt clearly say before buying the ticket and worse, even eith internet connection it did not load a new QR Code (which it does every minute) no matter what I tried. I then had to buy a oneway ticket even though I technically had one on my phone. Printing out the digital ticket at the ticket machines also did not work at any machine due to a lack of server connection. Cant recommend

After the update, this app is basically unusable: now I don't see my favourites asap, it gets confusing with which stop is which and also it's harder to select a certain stop. Also, my father mistakenly made my card a digital one on his account and when we went to the ATM point to get it fixed they just said: "Just get a new one". Also, got a new phone and I can't even transfer my card onto the new phone. Tried contacting customer support but nobody replies. I have to go out with two phones now.
