AtoB: Find and Save on Fuel

Horrible, I was being charged unknown processing fees and late payments, even when I didn't use my cards. Also, every time I made a payment, it would not clear properly on their end (conveniently), and I was charged a $99 late fee. I would not recommend Using this app. Unless you want to be paying for gas at double or triple the cost.

APP NEEDS a lot of work. when searching allong route, if app is closed out, you have to retype the destination again, unlike RTS PRO where you click on a list of previously searched addresses and the whole route comes up from current location or last start location. also, when you get a list of stations on route, you don't get the distance to that station from where the truck is at, so good luck seeing if you got enough fuel to even get there.

nothing special on fuel discounts, haven't been cheaper than RTS Pro or Knight Iron fuel card. Also was told the amount on card could be used for truck repair and when needed to buy a spring from dealer, card was declined. After calling AtoB finance department, they just told us "we decided we can't approve requested purchase" LOL a joke of a card IMHO fuel stations without price, doest store previously searched route or address or city, so every single time everything has to be re-entered.

This app was good until this update that is asking for the last four digit of fuel card. When I put in the last for digit, it does not recognize the card. Why????????????? Also the fuel map no longer tells you how many miles to get to a fuel stop.

Difficult setup. Why no link to checking account like Cumberland? They save the credit card fees.

Awful experience, due to bank marking the vendor as scam one ACH payment was rejected, we rushed to make a payment with debit card and once balance became current they decided to cancel the cards. Leaving all fleet without fuel cards. This is not a reliable fleet card, one little inconvenience and you are stuck. Thankfully we have several ones and we were able to activate the back up card to drivers. But definitely would not recommend if you are relying on this card only.

I started using this app along with service about 18 months ago and it's awesome, the app provides everything I need to run a smooth company. It provides detailed receipts, updates on cheapest gas prices, and provides time stamps and drivers that used that certain card. I highly recommend AtoB to anyone looking to open a fuel account. 5 stars....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent support I received and the performance of your application. I encountered several issues that I would like to bring to your attention: - App Performance: The fuel map feature in the app is frequently non-functional and unreliable. - Support Quality: The agent I spoke with had a significant language barrier, making communication difficult. Furthermore, the agent appeared to be unfamiliar with the app's options and features.

I absolutely love this gas card! It's easy to use and saves us so much money on gas. Diesel especially! I run a landscaping company and having this card and the app to use it has been very beneficial. No more worrying about workers using their gas card for food or filling their own tanks. I can also get a printout of all our transactions. AWESOME!

We've been with AtoB for a few years & they've only gotten better. Fuel savings have increased to be in line with other popular cards & often with greater discounts. App is easy to use. They also report to the bureas which helps build your business credit. Definitely recommend.

This app is very user-friendly. I have saved a lot of money every time I put diesel in my truck. I would like them to expand their reach to get discounts at LOVES Travel Center truck stops. They provide the best services I have seen so far in the showers, which is what we drivers appreciate most!

Would date zero if I could , this service is a lack of service !!! They put you on hold when you call right away or hang up on you several times . They aren't accepted at half the places you stop at and it takes them a week to resolve the many issues having their card that you will experience , nothing but a bunch of hard to understand indians that could care less about how much money they cost you being down and having card issues!!!!! Get another fuel card service beware!!!!!!

The app in general is fairly easy to use. The services provided are great, since I've been using it AtoB has began to offer more which is a huge plus! I recommend this for any start up company and small businesses!

App: sends code to my phone. Me: enters code exactly as received. App: incorrect code. Me: too lazy to contact developers. Just gonna uninstall. Dear developers, it's YOUR DUTY to make sure your app works BEFORE you release it to the public. That means trying it on many types of devices, not just your 3rd generation iPhone. Thanks. As an admin over multiple track and drivers, I find A to B very helpful for tracking my expenses and controling my limits and drivers well. Easy to use and the virtual cards are great! I couldn't be happier.

Have been using this app for a couple of months and it has made managing my AtoB card maximizing its features very easy. I highly recommend the app if you have the gas card. It will save you money.

I absolutely love my AtoB Fuel Card. Both products reports on the business side to Experian Business. In the app allows you to find fuel savings located conveniently nearby and you can also use the app to find multiple savings on tire, car maintenance and so much more.

False price reporting. The app shows a cheaper price. But after you fuel, they charge you for a high price. be aware
