Just downloaded the app for the first time. It's clean and slick, looks nice. Wondering if you can build in the functionality to cancel individual seats instead of the whole order if you end up needing to cancel one or more seats, but not the whole order. I can do it on AMC app, but also NOT on Fandango. Since Atom Tix is for more than one theater chain, this would be a game changer when I want to book non-AMC Theater shows.

This app probably works fine, if I were actually able to log into my account. The "reset password" path leads me to a into loop where the app decides that I'm trying to re-register using the same info that already exists in their system and directs me to log in...WHICH I CAN'T DO. Customer service is non-existent. The chat bot is not intelligent at all, even in this era of super smart AI. I've fought long enough trying to get this app to work, so I'll go buy my tickets through AMC now.

No longer supported to work on my Microsoft surface duo. Edit: I contacted your support like you suggested and they told me there is nothing that can be done and I have to buy a new phone in order to use the app. 2nd edit: The app technically works once you get past the starting screen. You have to use the Atom Tickets website to search for a movie and it will open the app and then it suddenly works like normal. Wish you could just update the app and fix it.

I continue having problems when ordering tickets. The processing of orders does not complete. A receipt is issued but the ticket is not. I have to call customer service each time which then results in refunds being issued. The staff is great but the problem has never been resolved with any kind of permanence. I have had only 3 orders go through. Many more than that have not. All the orders have been placed for the same theatre. This is very frustrating and of course unacceptable!

Use app for Tmobile discount coupons. The coupons work, but often I have more people than coupons. And the fee for multiple people seems to have no discount at all, or even more than one, which really kills any coupon effectiveness. No big deal, so I buy the extra tickets at the theater, but no, the app reserves them and will not release them, basically forcing you to buy. If you don't they stay reserved later. Just complete torture to try to use the app.

Terrible customer service. I got an error message all weekend. I tried different payments and theaters. They said they were escalating my issue and less than 30 min later write back they won't help. A few months ago I went to use my gift card and they had pulled all the funds from the card. This is now twice I've had issues and very "don't care" reponses.

Was a fantastic app, it was all I used, then all of a sudden my log in stopped working, when I contacted their support, they told me my account was deactivated for violating their terms of service, when I asked how I did that, they would not provide an answer, instead they said they won't change it and closed the ticket. I've never been treated this way, I uninstalled the app and will no longer recommend it to my fellow movie goers.

Was working fine for a while, then, my cards wouldnt work when I purchase a ticket and when I would use my atom cash. It would say that it would not process. I have emailed them so many times about it and they said that they would escalate it and fix the problem and I've got no response at all. At this point, there's really no point to keep the app. Thanks for nothing "atom" and for taking my money you call "atom cash."

Awful, I just spent THIRTY minutes trying to buy ONE ticket. It crashed when I tried to log in and I had to reopen it. That didn't work and it still refused so I had to log in on the website instead and totally negate the app, but the dumb promotion I was trying to use was app-only. Then it refused to let me use my debit card. Just an unending mess of errors and nonsense.

Tried it for the 1st time to order tickets for The Chosen. Placed my order. When it processed my purchase, it gave me the right date and time, but the wrong movie. When I checked for the right one It did not have it available anymore. I went to theater site, they had it available. When I went to cancel the wrong one given by Atom, they told me 3-5 days for reimbursement, plus they keep convenience fees for inconvenience me, unless I put the money in an Atom account. Worst 1st impression ever.

Terrible, just Terrible. I've reached out twice to customer service cause I can't log in through my Google account like before. I got a new phone and downloaded the app again, and it won't let me log back in. So i reached out and sent an email, twice, and every time I got a reply, they kept giving the same advice, and nothing at all worked, I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do, nor I don't know how to fix the issue at all. If there's anyone out there who can actually help, please do

Good idea, but customer service is non-existent. Our account regularly bills us but then the tickets are not available when you go to the app. Their customer service bot is about as bad as it gets -- completely useless; and then when it refers you to an actual person through their text communication, it takes hours to have an online conversation that should take about 1 minute. There is a toll free number posted for their customer service -- not in service.

Terrible App! I'd rather just go to the site for the theatre and directly purchase my tickets that way. This app never lets me log in, I have to log in from a desk top. Then I had to cancel tickets, and when I went back to use my credit, it was non existent, had not even refunded my card either. I reached out to customer service and nothing yet. Update: they reached out to me after this review (shocker) and when I followed their instructions to contact them, they STILL haven't replied to me! 😠

This app is terrible. I tried contacting customer service because I couldn't purchase a ticket trying to use one of their promo codes. A customer representative didn't get back to me until 3 days later, only to tell me they were busy. Edit: They will simply lock your account without giving reason why. I asked for a reason, only to be referred to their terms and conditions. My guess is because I've left a negative review. I even recommend it less now. This app is garbage.

I was introduced to this app via Amazon during their partnership to allow Prime members to see Aquaman a week early, and I've been using it ever since. I like how easy it is to purchase tickets (both day of and days in advance), and I really like that I can buy basic concessions through it as well and bypass the line all together. If you're looking for a movie ticket app that makes you only need one across different brands of movie theaters, Atom is a pretty solid choice.

I have to say, this proved extremely frustrating. I had such difficulty that I ended up with TWO accounts and could not add my phone number to the first account because it was already in use. A friend of my experienced the same issues. It is easy now that I figured out which account was linked to my purchases, but it took over an hour to help my friend with hers. I couldn't find the LOG OUT button for the longest time. It was just extremely frustrating.

loved the app initially, but now the convince fee are so high, almost double from some time ago. A convenience fee of around $3 to get services that are implemented once in creating the app features like buying tickets in advance, reserving seats, skipping the lines, inviting friends, pre-ordering snacks, watching trailers, using different payment methods. All these doesn't justify a hike in price. These are the sort of models that discourages people to go watch movies in theater.

Edit: I did get a quick and friendly response to this review and a full refund. I do not know if they changed the policy or if this was just a one-off; therefore, I gave it two more ✨ Refunds Suck: You are better off going to your theaters website to order tickets. They only offer full in-app refunds (to put towards a future purchase). They keep all taxes and fees and only refund you the price of the ticket in the manner that you paid. Also very quick to charge and slow refund- nearly 14 days.

Absolutely the worst costomer service!!! First of all there is no phone support...only email. I had an issue where my payments started getting declined. I sent an email about the issue and after a few email exchanges I was informed that I violated the terms of service. All I ever did was order tickets and food thru the app...well until my payments started getting declined anyway. They would never tell me specifically what it was that I SUPPOSEDLY did to violate the T of S. Out of space 🙄
