I've had it for a long time and it's been working perfectly, but all of a sudden it crashed and though I've tried reinstalling it several times, it still doesn't work every time I open it. which really is a pity, because I want to buy something with the Card discount.. and now I can't. Unsafe, you start scanning products, switch to other apps to chat or checklist items on the shopping list, come back to the app, asked to resume shopping, products are missing. If i wasn't aware, i could've gone to the Scan and Go checkout, only to be stopped by security and considered a fellon. You cannot leave this app as is. At a point in time, after switching back to the app, to resume scanning, my list was not showing the prices, thus getting the pay code. Had to delete products and rescan

I tried creating an account to add a card, but my email was initially marked invalid. After activation via chat, I added the card, but it disappeared after 10 minutes. Three days later, I was logged out and couldn’t log back in due to the same email issue. Support couldn’t fix the problem, and my card still doesn’t work. I’ve called multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Very frustrating experience with poor customer service.

Used the app for several years now can't login. Great update. No I didn't forget my password and can login to the website. But not to the app. Being a software developer myself it's very hard to believe that someone could be so unprofessional to release non working software update, really beats me

in Auchan Titan, after scanning all the products when I wanted to pay, I was forced to take all the products out of my bags in order to be checked one by one. It was not a random check but a decision of the cashiers manager that all baskets using scan&go will be completely checked by this making the app useless.

Yesterday I added some product in tne shopping cart. This morning i opened the app and a message popped up to check my Internet connection (which was fine). I reopened the app and this time it worked, but the cart was empty. I don't want to work twice (or every day) to add the products. Moreover, if someone forgets items in the shopping list, can use the "empty chart" button. Therefore, it's better to save the cart. Please take this into consideration. Thanks

There is no option to change language in the application to English if you're in a location where English is not the local language (e.g. in Poland). This makes the app, its notifications, and other features pretty much useless. I was only keeping it for the digital card, but then I suddenly can't see that in the app when I am already at check out and I can't figure out how to add it back immediately....so again, it's useless. The developers should probably take a cue from the Biedronka app

Each time I order from this shop, they put in a substitute product without asking for permission. It should be down to me as a customer to opt for a substitute product because I pay! You don't have it in stock. refund the money, simple as that. If I order something, I expect the exact same product I added to my shopping basket, not whatever you please to add. Lack of common sense. Everything needs improved on the online shop because you're at the Stone Age level!

So incredibly poorly designed. You are logged in when you open the app (apparently) but then when you start adding items to your cart you have to log in again(?). Most card payments require you to leave the app to confirm the payment in the banking app but when you return to the Auchan app it has logged you out and you haven't actually paid, so they send you the groceries anyway and then chase you for the payment later on, fun! Why isn't online shopping the default function? Awful, truly awful

They are not capable to deliver the products in the amount of time they specify, they cannot (or they don't want) to provide the option for card payment on delivery or at the moment when they know for sure which products are available (because payment in advance for a list that is not confirmed creates more issues afterwards). And even when you wait for the delivery with cash, the currier does not have enough money for change. Maybe you should look at how Bringo works...

The app is so bad, I don't even know where to start. And so is the client service. I've tried multiple times adding my physical MyClub card to my account, kept getting the same error: Validation error: Constraint violations. I called customer service, they said they KNOW about this error, but there's nothing they can do (!), advised me to just keep trying, as it will work in the end (!). It didn't. Also tried generating another card in the app, zero response. Extremely disappointing.

The app is very slow and not really user-friendly. You have to press search and close the search bar in order to see te results of the search. It won't allow me to write my full address, not letting me move to the next step, saying my address doesn't exist. (I put my entry&door number to the notes at the end). The only good thing is, that it has a lot more products available than Auchan on Glovo. I wasted 55 minutes of my life for an order that could have been done in 15 minutes on Glovo.

I can't order. Each time I add something in the basket, it either augments the quantity to 0, or, in the few instances it does say "1" and that it added it in the basket, the basket stays empty so there is nothing to check out. Also, the "contact us" button in the app just says there's an error. Why have it?

worst app ever. keeps booting you out. then finally when you get to pay.. you can't. as soon as you leave the screen to get your cvv from another screen you get booted out. then have to log in again (for like the 20th time this evening) to have lost your entire order. what a waste of time

Basic functionalities do not even work, and the error you get does not even specify what went wrong. Previously at least their website worked, but now I can not even log in there. Really remarkable...

install the app and try to create the account. Lots of errors, managed in the end to register. after, I tried to add my Auchan card but it didn't work, not digital not manual.

App doesn't have Language settings, it should have multiple Language options, also App crashes frequently, developers need to resolve this bugs swiftly.

Absolute garbage. Self-scan doesn't work which was the only reason I installed. Data mining and ads for customers.

Terrible. I couldn't make a card via app. every time - an error appear. When you write to support, of course no answer

I don't the use for this app as the online order is made in the browser anyway and you have to log in everytime even if you are logged into the app. Scan and Go doesn't work, i could not scan any product and was told by an employee that probably the product is not on their data base and that is why is not working...i tried with about 10 products and it didn't work.
