Authenticator App - SafeAuth

This app isn't bad, it's not for me. It's super easy to sign up/setup and very user friendly. It's difficult to cancel your subscription for those of us who don't want to pay for the yearly subscription. Here’s how to get out of it. Google Pay (online, its difficult to do with mobile)> Payments+Subscriptions >(find app) Manage> Options to Cancel

Thought it was the Microsoft one as both icons look the same. Immediately it asks if you'd like to start your 3 day trial (though when you exit out of it will bump it up to 30 days) and the only options are to "start trial" and "cancel anytime" 🙄 what a bother! Other reviews mention the paid versions as well and the developers keep saying to "just use the free version" and "there's a free version" yet nowhere on the screens does it say there is a free version unless that's the "cancel anytime"

(SUBSCRIPTION SCAM WARNING TO OTHERS BE AWARE OF AUTO RENEWAL) never knew you did a free one lol 😂 you never told me lol, why have you just charged me nearly double on subscription renewal £37.99, I see you don't even send a renewal reminder either warning about payment, then you won't give the money back when asked, no cooling of period no warning email prior to payment to cancel the subscription,others need to be warned about your scam tactics very crafty just to get more money

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT THE APP YOU'RE LOOKING FOR... Money grabbing garbage. ETA after dev response: app takes you straight to a pay page. App is designed to look like Microsoft authenticator and confuse ppl. Most that don't work in tech won't realise this. Why have an advertising laden app when you can have any number of reputable free apps?? Like I said, nothing but a money grab.

I never ordered this app as I have had one on my Samsung Galaxy A9+ since I bought it. I am new to all this and just feel like I was taken advantage. I had a $48 in change charge which I had no idea what it was and then finally figured out that it was this app that I never ordered! what a scam! then I read that it's very hard to get a refund! I'm 100% disabled and on a limited income! I just had to have my right foot and ankle amputated and it is quite costly to keep up with all the supplies.

COMPLETELY AVOID. By the time you first get through all the 4 adverts, the counter has run down to less than eight seconds to copy numbers - and then get back to the other app, to paste into, that you are trying to sign into. Ads giving 4 or 5 stars, treat with deep suspicion.

I love how easy simple it was to set up and connect with my Google account. you definitely were five stars. The only thing is it costs prompts you to have to pay for 3-day trial free when other apps give you 7-Day trial free

First time use it so i put high expectation for this app. Please serve me well as i treat you well. Simple to use actually. Good job, keep evolve.

I searched for Microsoft Authenticator app on my smart phone and this app came up instead. the icon and colors look very similar, I doubt that is a coincidence. I paid for the $70 one time fee only to next find out this is the wrong app when the QR code wouldn't work in the very next step of set up. Been trying to get my money back ever since!!!

Quick and easy excess, not a hassle to manoeuvre and find what you want. All in all, great application.

I'm suppose to rate it zero This is the worst app ever I can't even log in to my Instagram account The code is not working I don't have access to my Instagram account again. This app just added to my problem

You get spammed with ads before you can get to your codes. Very slow to load on some occasions. There is no transfer data to new phone option. In order to do so, you are forced to subscribe, give your credit card details, back up & sync data. I wish I used a different Authenticator app to begin with.

this app should be blocked as it c9vers full screen and doesn't allow to switch other apps at all.

This is spam. it downloads without your permission. As soon as you open it before you can read anything. It installs itself completely.

trash. I can't even figure out what I'm doing without getting a ad popping up every 5 seconds. use a different app

Three days free to try.... then $10.00/ week after that? What a skam when they can't/ won't text the code like before.

I stopped using this app because of ads. Also ads are weird and i dont want to use this app anymore. Big NO.

i cancelled it on the very first day and even received an email confirming the cancellation. So how was the subscription amount still deducted two days later There’s no option to export the account — is this some kind of way to force users to stay on the platform?

absolute scam of an app. I was looking for the Microsoft authenticator app and made a purchase on this now they won't process my refund. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

this app is cancerous, jam packed with ads right off the rip. also not capable of importing from Google.
