Authenticator App

Absolute mess of ads from the moment you open it. Almost every screen you switch to brings up a full screen prompt to pay for a subscription. Simply opening the app leads to an advertisement. Let alone the double ads from trying to add an account. Not worth it in the slightest. Tried to use it for work and gave up after attempting to open links provided by the company only to have them completely ignored by the app I'm trying to connect to.

Makes it almost impossible to cancel trial. I still haven't found how to cancel it yet. Have 2 more days until it charges me for a year. I have not received the email it said would be sent 2 days left in the trial period. I was hoping to cancel in there. Do not get this app, Google authenticator is free and amazing. Play store needs to stop putting these suggested apps at the top when one types in the specific name of another app in the search bar as well.

All I did was try to update Google authenticator. Had no idea I installed a paid program, until a $49.00 charge turned up on my credit card! Can't find out how to dispute on the Google store , so trying to dispute on my credit card. $49, is way too much for what you get in this app, especially as there are so many free alternatives.

The biggest scam ever. I try to export and import my authenticator from one phone to another, and I have to pay to do that, because the import and the export options are behind a paywall. And now I risk losing a very important account and I don't want to spend 16 euros just on a single feature. Won't even be surprised if this gets an automated reply or something saying I'm at fault.

Seemingly had to sign up for a 3 day trial (with option to cancel before an annual premium) to sign up for a new system for work. Now that I have signed up, I cannot find any option to cancel anywhere. This seems like a total scam.

Started free trial then learned its not the app I wanted. Can't find way to cancel so I wont be charge after 3 days of free trial. I've searched everywhere. Terrible!! Do not install!! Dont be fooled! Make sure you get Microsoft Authenticator not this one that looks like it is.

TERRIBLE. So many ads, I could hardly tell what was an ad and what was the actual app. Didnt connect with my Microsoft sign-in attempts. If I didnt need this app for work, i'd delete it immediately. absolute garbage.

I want to cancel and unsubscribe. But I can't log in to my account.. I need to find an alternate route to Cx my sub and get my refund.. I accidentally choose this app. But it was not the correct one ,I found out a few minutes later. There is no phone # or email for help that I have searched for. google play refused my refund. Told me I had to go to this app.. Can anyone help 🙏🙏

As others stated, I'm finding it impossible to cancel. I did not get any email. After the 3 day trial, all I've gotten is a charge to my credit card. I recommend staying away.

Sneaky... I searched Microsoft specifically and was tricked into purchasing this... will be checking with my bank to ensure that they're not just stealing people's credit info.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO UNSUBSCRIBERIBE THIS HORRIBLE APP. The easiest way go to your app store open up your account settings go to payments and subscriptions and from there you can unsubscribe

i don't know if it's fast but i certainly like to know what part of this is free... because it's not free it's actually more expensive than most authenticator apps.

You guys are criminals you better refund me my money. I just downloaded the app today and it said the free trial ends in three days. I cancelled my subscription today tell me why I was still debited by this people. you guys are scam. I won't advise anybody to download this app. I regret ever touching it

difficult to cancel subscription. Should provide a one touch baton for cancelling paid subscription instead of sending subscribers to good play

Search for Microsoft authenticator and this comes first in the results, it's designed and described to mislead users in to installing it. it's a scummy tactic.

Did not want it, never used it, no one has replied to an email that I sent 2-4-26. Does anyone believe in customer service anymore? I don't trust this app. Why should you?

I did not know this was paid and cannot see how to unsubscribe, the best they've let me do is pause my payments :(

your app did not open at all. it just starred at me. whereas google authentication opened instantly.

I have been trying to reach out to their customers service emails and their have been no response. I am trying to recover my accounts and they are not help. I regret using their app.
