No ability to cancel your subscription or delete your account from the app after the free trial (it sucked so I wasn't going to continue using it.) The spelling errors alone made me decide against it, as something meant to protect my privacy and accounts should be run by people who can, at the very least, proofread three sentences. The design is hard to use, the whole app doesn't make much sense, the "button" to access your account in settings doesn't work; it's just poorly made. Use Google.

this app used to work but I nearly lost an account entirely, it just stopped showing codes when i needed one to log in on my computer. Not only that, I couldn't click on a single thing anymore without it forcing ads and promotion for its new subscription service in my face. I was scared there was literally nothing I could do to get into my account. I was very lucky one of my devices happened to still be logged in so I could turn off 2FA and save my account.

Just doesnt generate functional keys anymore. Update in response to developer: I can't tell if you're dense or what, but it's impossible to readd the code to the app, because in order to add an app to the service you need the authenticator to generate a code. Again, are you acting stupid or are you genuinely that dense?

I don't know if it's just my phone, but if I don't manage to click on notification right away it disappears and I have to wait for a moment to send another request. Generally speaking I don't even understand the meaning of this service and I was only forced to use it

Scammers, they tried to scam, but those make £40 a day, they no giving you easily that money, you are recorded theif, I never seen on paly store, people's be careful, one you subscribe, they will theft your money, no matter you cancel subscription or not .

This app was good before but now after switching to a new phone whenever I try to login it says unable to parse TLS packet header how do I fix this. I can't login to my accounts.

locked out of all accounts, no one is getting back to me after ive paid the lifetime subscription, had a new phone and unable to get on any apps cause the codes are active, but my subscription isnt linked, even though i have sent proof linked to my correct email address, no one is helping, this is affecting business as unable to log on. sent 5 emails now, getting ignored. even after they've replied to me they've told me nothing can be done and no one is resolving the issue.

Lots of ads. got a new phone. the transfer process does not work.

It's not syncing with my other device that uses the same app. I can only use the first app

so many ads. shouldn't take 5 minutes to get a code and it is not used enough for you lame subscription so it is just annoying to use.

imagine getting locked out of work accounts when you urgently need to access them. that's a common experience with this app.

This App is FAKE! It said it was FREE, but it's not! First it charged a $1.00 fee so I knew something was wrong. Then I saw that it was a 4 day trial and then it would be $39.95. I deleted the app because as you know you can't unsubscribe, so I deleted it. Well it tried to take the money out of my account but my bank flagged it as FRAUD ALERT! It will not help to call because I did, but they hung up. So I had to get another card so they wouldn't try to charge it again! My experience, HORRIBLE!

Would rate a 0 if I could. Was locked out of my discord due to the codes being shown by the app were invalid. Support was no help either. Telling me to use another means to sign into an application (either text message or email), delete it from this app then re-add it. Which was impossible due to do as I was never given those options and needing a 2FA code to sign into an app. Hard to do when 2FA codes are coming up invalid. Emailed support multiple times and only recieved one reply.

I was suppose to get codes to enter on of my clients platform. But suddenly one morning it stopped showing the codes and now I have to ask my client for the reauthntication process. This is very annoying. If you really want us to pay for you using , why would you let people us for free and interup it when needed the most. Very disappointed with it , better to unistall it and never use

Very tricky setup. Almost made me purchase the subscription instead of trying the free trial. Even now I'm having a difficult time trying to cancel the free trial before it charges $4.99 subscription fee. I'm a pretty IT savvy guy which is how I avoided the trick but this is ridiculous.

Have been using this for about 5 months now for a login thing, but after the new update it made the app horrible, every button I clicked it would be either a payed subscription for me to buy or an ad, not only that but all of my codes we're gone. I clicked back up in the settings but that just did nothing, now I'm stuck here contacting support for a way to access my account I'm trying to get into. 1 star, before the update it was 5 stars

Can't scan qr code and this apps only give 3 days free trial. Not recommended. Tq

When I first got the app everything worked perfectly fine, I was able to play anything I wanted with extra protection. Now I can't play anything because it won't let me change my settings on Roblox. The codes no longer work for anything. It would be a 5 star rating if this issue was fixed. I have literally tried EVERYTHING and nothing is working. I even tried using other devices with the app and it's not working.

This app is helpful, but you can’t get a refund if you accidentally subscribe to the application and didn’t intend to subscribe. It’s really a waste of money because it cost ₱665, which was supposed to be my allowance. It’s really disappointing because I won’t even be able to use it.
