Trying to create a new account to use it but it keeps telling it cannot validate credentials. Used 2 different email accounts and changed password complexity, no difference. Maybe it's great after you get an account but it's not very useful at the moment. Edit.. Moved up to a 3 star, after leaving it alone for a few min, and writing my review, it finally let me create an account. We will see how it goes now.

In my experience, it does not work. I created a login, then attempted to add a vehicle by entering my plate and title number. I attempted upper case, lower case, no spaces, with spaces, and verified the accuracy of my entry many times. Unfortunately, all attempts resulted in the response ERROR "Vehicle information not found." As a consequence, there is no function.

Created my account, added my vehicle but when I viewed the registration it was incorrect. Expiration date: 05/31/202 (correct year is 2022). Waste of time and effort to figure out how to print it only to realize it's WRONG. I updated my rating from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟. Shortly thereafter I received an email from the developer asking for more information so that they could correct the error. The error was fixed in less than 12 hours! This is the 1st time I've received an email regarding my issues.

Absolute garbage! There is no way for my wife to create an account! It keeps telling her to enter a valid email address. Her email address is a valid email address! Then, to top it all, I attempt to use their website "contact us" link to request assistance. I entered all of the information and typed out the issue that we are having. Once complete, I click the submit button only to find that it will not submit. Pathetic!!!

Doesn't work. It will not store a credit card number or ACH information to be used. For credit cards it states unable to store at this time and for ACH it states the routing number for the bank is invalid despite being copied and pasted from the banks website and will not let you save it. Also, when trying to renew and having to enter card information for payment source, I get this error message after entering submit. "Error request failed with status code 400"

First time I used app, had no problem adding vehicles and renewing registration. I have another to renew and not a single action on the site works. Just says, "function not available" or "changes can't be made right now," etc. It shows the registration as expiring but won't let me act on it. Just awful.

It's great some highschool student got to do an advanced version of a hello world app but maybe let their big brother polish it up some. A faq that actually has usefulni formation it it would be a great start. Some UX work to make it more clear what we need to do would be mind-blowing. I camt rate how well it works because I CANT USE THE THING. I TRIED THREE DIFERENT CARS AND NONE OF THE PLATES COULD BE FOUND!! Are you just grafting the state?

Download was easy from app store. The app, however, can't find my car information after multiple attempts to enter the data. I'm logged in to service, email is verified, and my network connection is solid. Software just doesn't work. If the developer can fix the issue I will regrade the app. Till then . . .

You can't create new account. I renewed my yearly license tag online, but when you download the App, it doesn't even let you create a new account. It gives an invalid error without a description after you try to enter your password on setup. I uninstalled the app immediately because it didn't work!

02/24, doesn't work at all (iOS or Android). Tried reinstall. Hasn't updated data since 2022. Fails to validate credentials when trying to login. Won't connect to network. Website and app haven't been updated since 2021. Attempted to use contact form on website, it doesn't work either. This is a Totally Dead app, which is a shame. I found it really useful when it worked.

I don't know how many years I've had this app now and the only time I've been able to use it is one time. I've tried adding vehicles I've tried paying and just nothing ever seems to work. I end up doing everything online on my phone or on my laptop. Seems to be just quicker and less frustrating.

This app worked great for years. I had all my vehicles registered and was super easy. Now I can't log in, I can't use the forgot password feature, and I can't create a new account with any of my valud email addresses. I sent messages to support, and we will see if there is a response.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The app does not work, no matter what email you use to create am account, it only says enter a valid email address. There's absolutely no way to use this trash app. Whoever they have designing this app really needs to find a new line of work because clearly they lied on their resume.

I have used this app for several years now with no problem. All of a sudden, when I try to access the vehicle insurance information, I get an error message saying, "Error: vehicle information not found." It also does this when I try to add a new vehicle or check the registration of one of my existing vehicles.

the app does not work for payments, you can look your vehicle up and see the status of your registration. But that's about it. it gives you an error anytime you try to submit a payment.

All Errors. I set up an account and entered the plate and title number. I did this for 2 different cars. The app gave an error message for both saying vehicle information not found. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried again but got the same result.

This app was pretty decent, but they haven't updated since 2021. I just realized that the records for my registration & insurance are from 2021. The vehicle recall section says I need an active internet connection, which is totally bogus, since I have a reliable one. So this app is completely useless. I don't know if the state of Tennessee is even using this app anymore. I doubt it. Don't bother downloading.

Not letting me reset password has not sent code to my email to reset password net to update app and make emails instantly sent and not be waiting for them. I like the app but it needs fix will give more stars when fix. Won't save payment information have tried five times says can store payment information at this time. It needs updated been a while since last update

Worked great until recently. Tried to add a vehicle and all I am getting is errors. I've tried everything capitalizing the letters adding spaces. Nothing is working. I've even logged out, logged back in and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Used to work good. Can not use to renew registration. Which is the entire reason for downloading. Will not take payment info. No matter how many different ones you try. Only part that works is info that was already in the app from when it actually worked last year
