It is very hard to know how to actually pay when I pass a station, and it costs 20 NOK to get a notification if my card expires?! Unacceptable.

notifications are blocked in the app be default and cannot be unblocked. not very convenient for being notified of pending charges. Automatic payment doesn't work, so you need to pay manually

"An Autopay account makes parking easy." NO, IT DOES NOT. Too many error messages, and it took at least half an hour and numerous attempts to get my payment through, when the initial payment when leaving the parking facility had been unsuccessful. A lot of hassle for the extra three minutes I spent out over the two free hours...

Deceitful website, after adding a card and charging a small fee it doesn't give any indication of success just takes you back to the add a card page. I thought it must have failed so I added again. Its a small fee x2 but I guess they hoping enough people won't bother for a refund.

extremely greedy. because they by default activate automatic payment as soon as you enter your card info, and they hide the disactivate somewhere in the settings so you just give up. it's very very dishonest. I had to use it for some parking payment but I can't say enough, these sort of actions only means they want to steal your money without your knowing it! pay with consent, no forced automatic payment is ever good. they should be banned from Europe because of these dishonesties

Avoid! There are hidden costs in using their services. Sms/email confirmations costs extra. There is also a fee for getting a reminder when the payment card is about to expire. If not enabled will be a lot more expensive if the user forgets to update payment info.

Continuously getting error message "Oops something went wrong. Go back and try again." Have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, changed password. Still not possible to get in to the app and get the receipts I need.

I see from comments that you get charged for additional "services" so I had to remove my card and the whole point with the app is to avoid the extra charges if you pay by invoice etc. Yet another parking app that sucks.... And another app you have to update when you sell your car

Terrible setup, added a payment card, authorized a charge and no card shows up in the app. Additionally they really want to charge to get receipts and notifications? All other parking apps work flawlessly, I will just avoid places which use this, not worth the hassle

What a greedy company. You want email receipt? It'll be 10 SEK. Since when you need to pay to get receipts? I understand that it costs to send SMS, but email doesn't cost, and when it does, it's nowhere near 0.10 SEK/email, leave alone 10 SEK!

Avoid if possible. I had to use AutoPay once because a shopping mall had it. After few years, out of nowhere I got charged 2€ for them sending me a reminder message that my credit card is expiring.

Another eavel Tricky ways to scam people who while visiting hospital for emergency, the ticket was paid through the app next day and Still we received a fine for 10 times more the original value saying that it was not paid. Why this much any way abs why your app does not alert and warn before and why there are no normal gates with cash payment on site ...absolute scam

Weird. I have account in Finland and traveling to Sweden. Went to mall in Stockholm. At the exit app didn't stop and still charging me . Customer service call is ONLY in swedish for international customers! So I found someone speaking swedish to help me to navigate through the automatic call and reach a real person to speak to .

If you enable automatic payment, you lose parking time. It is better to go to the machine and pay, and then you get some minutes to pack your car and leave gor free. They want hige fees for receipts sent my sms or EMAIL.

The app that does nothing, basically. For example, you still need to login to the web page to be able to start charging, because it's not possible to do it from the app for some reason.

Charges €1 for an email receipt, something that costs the company literally nothing. What a joke.
