the app keeps crashing. I have Uninstall and install anytime I want to use this app

Realize today that when you tap on the video to play it doesn't play rather it takes you back to the home page.

when I try to play a video, it takes you to the home screen. this started right after new forced update

It's totally untrusted, and there cars in very bad condition I bought an ev car after making the purchase and transferred the amount, including shipping fees. They asked me to pay more 500$ for shipping i asked to cancel the order, but they told me they would deduct $ 1000 as a penalty for the seller, so i have no choices rather than paying 500 $ After that, the car took about 3 and half months till delivered And when the car received it was in a very bad condition

I guess since much of the early development and RFC's for technologies like this were written in English it should be no big surprise that some countries try reinventing the wheel, but apparently complex passwords will pass validation while being unuseable for things like...logging in. I'd hate to think why the sloppy input validation means for the security of the platform.

They do not commit to a shipping schedule, even if the car is marked as 'fast shipping'. I don't recommend buying from these folks. They have zero customer service. I have no idea about when the car will be delivered. Given the first lie, I am not sure the car will be as described.

To many nugs, It's very unstable, you tap on a listing and it's just blank screen.. I had to refresh and start all over again. You need to hire a good developer to diagnose the App and fix the numerous issues & bugs that everyone is complaining about. This is business. You want customers? Do you want consistent sales? Well then fix your App.

The App is works good but Autowini customer service is very very poor. I even wonder if they have staff at their customer service office at all. I sent email to Autowini Office 6 days today and until now no reply. This really serious and you will lose a lot of customers. Please to do something about your customer service. Thanks

Worst service ever, They are not honest people, I bought an hybrid car with them but they sent me a broken car (the hybrid system was broken), with a tampered odometer, Very poor communication, i would not recommend it to any one. To avoid at any cost.

I have account but i can't go into the App its blank...i Uninstalled many times and install back no improved at all....iam really sad about it. You guys need to do something about your App otherwise u will loose money....I want to buy a car and Right now I can't.

Can't remember my username and have forgotten my password by the app asks for email address, username and country! That's not standard, I suggest username should be taken off for email address only or maybe country. Am deleting the app though 😉 😄. It's such a waste of time to recover passwords.

There is a problem with the sign up kindly please address that. Your app continues to restart when you're using it. it's a nice initiative you need to address that quick please.

App was working good untill it gets out of date and is asking for update but there is no where to update, and nothing else you can do with it. Please fix the issue. Thx

The app was working perfectly till the new version came in. It has now become useless because whenever I try to open it says "update for the new version"but there is nothing to update.can you please resolve this issue

Zero customer service. I have upload the app create an account then I found the car I want I did ask for quotation. Since then I have not heard back any thing...I contact them email, WhatsApp and messenger. 3 months no respond to any of my inquiries

The app asked me to enter my during sign up and I did and it rejected it telling me that the name is invalid. I tried all the combinations of my name it still rejected it all the same saying it is invalid.

Please beware of the site after the purchase. The car was sent to me with the engine damaged when the car arrived, and they are deluding the customer with a one-week warranty and this is not true Please do not deal with the company because they are only interested in making money

This app is crazy. Don't waste your time to download it. No update available and it won't work until you update it. No one is forcing you to create an app for your business. Been downloading it since 2020 and have not been successful . Just fix it or delete it.
