Autozone is preventing customers from seeing order history!! I think it is their way to prevent customers from using the warranty on parts. I have been trying to access my order history on my account for over a year. I have used different seach engines, cleared cookies, used desktops and cell phones. I have used the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled app. The order history just will not work. You get a oooops, something went wrong when fetching orders. I have put in 40 requests, but no replies.
It's pretty good. When you input what kind of car you have, it will tell you if certain parts are compatible. It would be nice if there was a list making feature (unless I'm completely missing it). I've been adding things to my cart that I would like to pick up in the future but don't want or need to buy right now. Edit: Devs mentioned the save for later feature I hadn't noticed. I didnt see a save for later button when scrolling item, only in the cart, but is still useful. Changed to 5 stars.
terrible app! common search names for item won't show up. (for instance what is the proper term for a oil drain pan inside the app) 🤔 a year later the app still not improved! at this point I'm just adding to it you can be looking at one thing but they'll have a picture of a totally different item. and still, there's no way to save items that you may be interested in in a list other than the shopping cart. no side by side. At least when you call the store they answer the phone fortunately
easy to use, the UI could use some work but it's not the worst. can't log any pre 80s cars because of the vin, which sucks but eh not really a big issue. my biggest problem is with the deal system, I want to get the deal with the most value but the description for any deal outside of the little magazine/ coupon book area just doesn't really give enough detail. I still love this app and I still love AutoZone (Even if the employees think I don't know what I'm doing just because I'm young)
It's nice to be able to look up parts. But I've tried multiple times to checkout online and the app tells me to double check the expiration date on my debit card. I'm looking right at it!? It will not update or let me finalize my purchase. Very frustrating when you're hoping to save time by ordering online for pickup and you spend more time confused and upset. Just to have to go into the store and find the parts yourself.
When I added items in the cart with a promo code, the discount was reflected across all item. This was supposed to include free delivery. However, when I went to check out, the cart kept stating the delivery was max out, and wouldn't allow me to choose one delivery method, or even store pick up for all items. upon check out. I was charge over $12 for delivery and the promo discount was only applied to one item. Even in store, the manager wanted to argue over ad prices.
The app is crippled by a lack of filters. It won't let you filter by availability, so when you search it gives you tons of options that aren't available any where. Why list items that can't even be shipped to you? The app works well if you know the exact name of what you're looking for and it is a common item, but it is trash if you don't know the proper name of the item. It is also brings up irrelevant results way too often.
Their rewards are a sham. They will send you an email saying that there is one timeline to use it by and then cancel the 20$ credits sooner than is advertised, and if you reach out to customer service they'll be like "ooooh, sorry, I see how that could be frustrating, anyway right now we have a special deal where if you spend 100$ you get 20$ off, that's the same thing pretty much, just spend 100$ more than you already did to get that credit. Yeeeeeah". Never shopping here again.
This app sucks. Maybe I don't want to create an account? The problem is you start by entering a vehicle and finding you part. OK up to now, you can't put it in the cart until you click the button to "get local pricing" which leads to store selection, OK, done. But then my vehicle info and part selection are gone. I will be shopping elsewhere and deleting this app.
Never in my life, after ordering thousands of items online have i ever experienced a merchant cancelling an order without notifying the customer at all. If youre placing an order, good luck because Autozone does not have accurate inventory management. So god forbid you order something you really need, and you want it by a certain date... Forget about it because they might cancel your order without telling you and say "oh, we don't have it" even though the item is STILL available on their site.
App is nice for knowing which store has your part in stock. Great for when you need your parts today or a special tool, but Parts are almost always available for less elsewhere online. Sometimes by as much as half. I understand overhead and all, but it seems like price gouging at times. Still, it is a very handy app to get an idea of options you have for repairs. Repair guides can be a little hard to access on my phone, but work good on my PC.
App won't allow you to sign in after entering the correct email and password. It also won't allow you to change store location. I live in Jacksonville FL not Orlando!!!!. I've tried Advanced discount, but that is the slowest app. I've ever had to deal with. What's up with apps. for auto parts companies can't anyone get it right?
I thought I liked the app at first, but I had some troubles with it. Like figuring out what's usable under the coupon codes. Plus, the buy 2 rotors and get pads for free deal. I did that for my rear and fronts. I ordered what the app had selected for me only to be given 2 sets of rear pads... so now I have to wait for them to order the new ones. Yet again, coming to the shop to have them done another day. Not to mention, some of the pricing in the app gets odd when combining different things.
FIX YOUR APP!!! - anytime you try to scroll through a long list of items it randomly jumps to the end of the list and does not allow you to scroll back up. I have found it easier to use the website for many tasks as opposed to the app. I also love how the app lists products that you can neither ship to home nor pick up in store... like, why even bother?
Too many glitches. The layout of app is good, I like the point system, but tons of issues. It runs incredibly slow and if something you put in cart that shows "available for delivery" is actually not, it won't tell you what. I had to put in address and billing about 5 times before it finally worked and I had to systematically take one out of the 8 items I had to find out which item wouldn't deliver via mail.
Well, the overall look is better. 2 things so far that i noticed. 1, every single time i open the App. A " No Server" window pops up on screen. 2, when i scroll down to the "Product Description". it starts glitching out. And the 3rd i just remembered was why can't i click on Product so i can zoom in for a better look.
It would be nice if the app could show your purchases in store when using your account instead of just what you bought through the app. Also the app does not allow you to enter your information in the profile section, it keeps giving you errors. The app is really good for just looking up parts or finding the local ad or finding the nearest store.
Worthless!!! Every time I need an actual part and the app says it's in stock the store says they don't have it and then tries to sell me something else for almost double price. Great for car washing products and bait and switch. After years of buying from this company in one year the business has gone to the sewer and I'm done with it. Deleting my account and this app
Literally went somewhere else because I cannot for the life of me place an order on this app. I have spent the last half error getting different totally irrelevant error messages as to why my order cannot be placed. I give up and will be shopping elsewhere. You can also order a part on Amazon and it will ARRIVE before the app is done loading.
Convenient to say the least. Parts locations and availability, rewards and purchases tracking, digital receipts and car parts specific. Not ideal for major/extreme fabrication like swaps as it is vehicle specific unless you know what you are looking for. Not a huge variety of different performance parts for each vehicle. You get what they have available or can order.
