I hate the new Avon app! Before when we shared the app on social media you were able to see a picture, now when you post the link to your online store all you see is "Adding Beauty To Your Feed" & no picture! That will not attract someone to your site if they can't even see a picture of what you're introducing! The old site was much better as should not have been bothered with honestly! I need to know what you intend to do to fix this issue soon! This has gone on for far too long!!!

This is about the third time or more reinstalled this app. Very disappointing. Unprofessionl. The first, I LOVE BEING An Avon Ambassador. HWEVR, the very last thing you need to troubleshoot is a technical issue that affects your customer engagement OUR shopping experience, and payments. AVON Techs step it up. Your websites and technical quirks are supposed to be worked out. Prior to any attempts to shift blames to USER Errors. Lets begin with being 100% more accurate AVON software&netwk knwnissu

The app itself is good, very easy to use and navigate. But it freezes up on me a lot and and I can't navigate anywhere on it or even log out. All I can do in that instance is restart my phone and try again. It is very frustrating and I have had to restart it at least a half dozen times today already. If that issue could be fixed I would give this app 5 stars.

No good at all. I have been buying a lot of products from other companies and never have the type of problem that I encountered with this app. Friz all the time and take it so long to look for the right product. Also, I put products on the wish list, and later, I found the product is out of stock. Stated an error has occurred. What is the mean to put products on the wish list if most of the time they took it from there. Avon is a big company and should do better.

Neither the App nor the Campaign Book shows the lipstick and nail polish colors well..! Customers are NOT happy with not being able to SEE the colors. We need MORE visibility of the colors and less of the pictures of the models! I use the App to place my Avon orders for customers and myself as an Ambassador.

Wow - so disappointing! The pages in this app are so tiny they're impossible to clearly read the tiny descriptions. Instead there would be an ad for a different product in much larger print. The pages did not turn easily either. I was so put offby this app I didn't even try to find an Avon Rep in my area. ☹️☹️☹️

how can one order anything when the app itself is so glitchy that's it's not funny, I would take care of orders but it want let me ,and on top of it the prices are un realistic and I don't know how many times where I mentioned that I sell Avon on to somebody and they're like I don't even like Avon and stuff like that that make or break it with clients, yes you got a good quality product the house of hell can I sell it when I can't even buy it

I have attempted to login on this app and have failed. I get verified and it is just sending me back to the screen. I have un installed it and re installed it and it is doing nothing but taking me back to the log in screen after verification. Is it a problem with having a certain type of android phone? Is it in the settings? If you want people to download this app and find it useful, it needs to be consistent. Please fix this so that I can leave a better review.

updating my profile photo has been really tough. I guess it's a bug in the app. years ago I had no problem changing my photo. this past year. it repeats itself even though it has permission to use my camera and video.

Works perfectly, but the live show popup is always in the way. I'd prefer an "x" to click on when I don't want to see it rather than having to continually adjust app pop-up permissions under preferences.

My app is really slow but overall, it works. I gave 2 stars bc it's pointless to sell for avon now. I used to order things and keep them at home then let people come buy from me out of what I had. Nope. They make to where I can't afford to do it like that now. Avon wants people to sell for them and won't even offer us free shipping. Psh, yall better go somewhere with all that. Oh wait, you will be going somewhere.. Out of business.

I love Avon, so i downloaded this app and deleted it less than 5 minutes later because I couldn't figure out how to get the ridiculous live stream off my screen. It was a nuisance trying to do anything, let alone shop.

Can't sign into new app ,Avon keeps calling to verify it's me the rep but it wont let me i to the app,its a nightmare, yet Avon is called because i haven't place an order yet, why did you change what wasnt broken! Urgh!!!!! Not user friendly

This app is great for representatives placing an order. Its easy to find items and easy to pay as well. I find it just as easy using the website on a desktop as it is using this app on my android phone.

I love the app, the only problem is a chat help message that can be problematic when using my phone - the help bot doesn't let you out of the threads.and repeatedly sends me to the help chat when signing in.

Garbage. Its not any better and Avon and the app developer have left us in the dark for months that they created a whole new app and thats why we couldn't log in on the previous one.

This new app is easy to use for customers and representatives. I'm a technical dummy and have been able to navigate through the site. I haven't had a chance to use the new try it tool. But I can't wait to use it and show my customers how to use it.

The app sent me to the bot chat even though I did not request support. I was unable to log in or initiate an order because I could not close the chat.

What is going on with the Avon app and the website? I can't access the website from the app or from any of the web browsers on my phone. It’s like the website's down. Very odd.

well it wouldn't let me sign into my account so I deleted it I don't have time to jump through some apps hoops trying to get an account. I'll download Mary Kay instead.
