AWS Wickr

For most things this app is awesome. Encrypted messaging, video calls, and I love that you can edit and delete messages after they are sent. My only complaint is that calls lock up when moving from wifi to cellular. I always have to re-join the call when leaving or arriving at a place where I use wifi One nice thing is that the creators have acknowledged this issue and indicate they have a ticket open to address it

I've always used wickrme but recently I have noticed my contacts reappearing there branded as 'so-and+so is a wickr pro member', even though they are not and I am using wickr me! I also dislike the feature across all platforms that once you have entered a user, they are 'stuck' in your account, with the only option to block them . Ps the logo icon in Google play looks as if it was drawn by a 9 year old on ms Paint, with the white rounded corners standing out glaringly against the main black

While trying to set up an account I was trapped in a verification loop. Going from verification screen to sign in screen and back again. Now my account is suspended but I have not actually successfully signed in. An error message says contact network admin but I'm not part of one as I didnt actually successfully sign in before being suspended.

Awesome, in theory. Middling, in practice. Has many good features. Love the privacy and security. I wanted this to be our company's solution for collaboration and communication. However, the video quality of calls was laggy. Audio had constant pops and cut-outs. Support was MIA. Hope they sort some of these issues out. The project seems promising. In the meantime, back to Microsoft Teams we go...

Horrible so many things wrong it could be good but they want to charge you for everything just like Apple if you accidentally send the wrong email to add to your network you cant delete it without paying for the premium monthly version you also cannot access the admin web portal without first going through the app as you have to pay a premium for a password yours does not work also if someone is attached to a network you cant pull them to another one unless you suspend them from the original

I've tried 5 times now on Honar 10 lite, brand new account and it creates said account sends verification email to confirm, which does not work then says if this does not work to Input verification number instead, this when entered says is Incorrect what's going on Wickr! major problem I Think..was so good... hope sorts very soon or ll give up. shame.

The phone receives notifications with wickr app closed. They use Google cloud messaging which is deprecated to another name. If the app is secure it should only use its own servers and not rely on other services. Notifications of other clients online is not accurate and shows a client online when I had my other client network switched off. It is not capable of auto answering

Requires google play services(gcm) for message delivery. Hopeful that will change one day. Maybe a workaround for users that don't have/want google involved? For a privacy/security app like this, having your app require google doesn't look right..google has a bad reputation. wish there was an option to not have all chat messeges delete automatically. it would be nice to have the option to keep some conversations. Thanks for everything. Great looking app. Wish our team could use it.

Wickr needs to combine Wickr Me, Pro and Enterprise all in one app. It's foolish to part out the features of this app. Video and calls drop often. Messaging is great but, limited file size transfer is basically useless to share media. If Wickr were to stabilize and streamline all features into one app, it would be the clear heir apparent to what BlackBerry used to mean in mobile 📱 security.

App is currently completely non functional (crashes either on open or when attempting to send a message or when accessing contacts), at least on a few different Samsung devices. Customer Success will direct you to support, but support is unresponsive.

Why is a business email or company name needed? Since I'm retired I don't know how to go about setting it up I'm not going to open up a business just to use the app for . Customer service was reading the customer help and I discovered that Amazon is the owner!! In my opinion that is a BAD BAD OMEN

Terrible. No account removal option. No way to hide your email from other users, all said privacy lost. Edit: How difficult is to program an option for that? Like 90% of all services require email address, but they aren't displayed to the others by default, that's plain stupid ;D

Sign in doesn't work, such a pathetic service, when I open this damn app, it asks me to enter my email ID again and again for which I don't get any incoming email making the app utter useless. Uninstalling after all the failed attempt I was so excited but the app ducks big time hence uninstalling it finally

Works great. Love the privacy options and tools. Simple to setup and use. A little basic but has everything you need for a messaging app.

Since the last update the app keeps crashing and not giving notifications. Messages are not being received and then several received at one time. Seems to be a buggy update.

One of the best collaborative app in between personal, organizatios or companies especially privacy. I recommend every one including Organizatios or Companies as well. Moreover, best customer service. Speedy response.

Worthless app. Cannot register, even with a work/government email even though it is advertised as such. Literally no point to this app, and an absolute waste of time

Can't create a message to your self, and can't delete contacts, jeez this app is under developed. Not to mention for a security and privacy focused app to only be available on google play and dependant on google play services is ridiculous.

not very good st all, the FAQ section is awful, "You will have to be able to login to the app in order to delete your account, and there is no way to delete an account" why say we jave to be lohged in if thete is no way to delete my account. i dont wsnt thos app or thos account, i wsnt it completely deleted!!

A wonderfully useless app, it asked for download to install keypad and at the end it still didn't install nothing and asked for another download of another useless app... Work on the app and stop making rubbish out of someone's time
