poor quality, doesn't work half the time, shows you look at once, even on accident, show up at the top of your search forever. I only got this app because it was the only way to actually use the ticket I bought. if you're looking for shows, just look online or use a different app *edit* this hasn't been a one time issue, the app has been bad since I got it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in, created a new account, and I still can't access anything within this app. Its very buggy (pop ups opening and closing without me even clicking anything). No matter what I do the app seems to think I'm a bot, but also wont accept any kind of verification that I am not. How am I supposed to access my tickets?

Plain and simple garbage. Easy enough to add your information and make a purchase, but I was unable to attend an event due to a natural disaster so I sold my tickets. Easy enough to sell, but then you have to transfer the money to yourself which seems impossible through the app. I was able to initiate the transfer online. None of the instructions in the help portal matches the app or website. looks like you can never remove your payment information once entered. Fraud!

Yes, I'm a real fan. Stop trying to sign me out constantly, I am not clicking too fast, and I'm definitely not a bot. Not that you care about stopping bots anyways, because you still allow them to buy up all the tickets before real people actually get a chance. Junk/scammy app and company, it tries it's hardest to prevent you from getting the money out from tickets you sold. App fails to allow you to edit or delete your current listings.

Awful, truly awful. I regularly can't sign in and have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Imagine trying to do that at a show where cell service can be spotty and time is of the essence. If I never had to use this app again it would be too soon but I'm forced to if I want to see an artist I like. You'd think with all the ridiculous fees they makes you pay they would have a functional app. It also thinks I'm a bot 80% of the time and holds me up while the real bots scalp everything.

This app used to be good. Now it's a headache. Half the time I want to buy tickets it thinks I'm a bot. No feature to search by number of tickets needed. Told me my purchase info was inaccurate and wouldn't let me buy. Tried to buy 4 seats next to each other, 2 resale 2 not, apparently that doesn't work and breaks everything. The only thing I like is the tickets transfer fast and are easy to use at the stadium.

I tried refreshing my tickets, to see if the tickets I bought had transferred. it kept telling me there was an error, and taking me to a screen of a barcode to scan, as if I had opened a ticket. then I logged out to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I tried logging back in, with all of the correct information, and was telling me it was wrong.

Can no longer attend the event, and when I try to sell my tickets I keep getting error messages to "check my connection". My connection is fine, so I followed THEIR advice of unstalling and resetting password. Now I can't even log in at all. Help chat leads nowhere. Already annoyed that I can't attend, but now I don't even have the chance of recouping any amount of my money.

App & site is a NIGHTMARE! I purchased a ticket for an event this week and my app wouldn't reflect it the following day, it said there was an error and the app hadn't been refreshed since a couple days prior. I tried refreshing to no avail. I then reset my password, cleared the apps cache and tried logging out and back in. Now, I can no longer log into the app. It says my log in information doesn't match, even though when I log in on a web server, it works. Probably gonna miss my event. Thx AXS

latest app failure - can't use VPN. When I disable VPN, the app still is not able to add my purchased tickets to Google wallet. This is a problem because when you go to a big event, the axs app is often unable to connect with servers, and you don't have any way to show your tickets. prev: Unable to use app to sell tickets, "Failed to convert your e-tickets, please try again", over and over. Latest version of app.

Bought tickets for a basketball game but on the day of the event they suddenly disappeared and moved to the "Past" tab. We had to get help from the staff to confirm our tickets, luckily they helped. Figured it was just one time so bought tickets to another game and already see we will have issues. After some testing it looks like the tickets will again disappear into "Past" about 3.5 hours before tip off... sent findings to support and their recommendation was to clear cache and uninstall... lol

Terrible app. Due to a glitch/app freezing, I wound up purchasing twice the number of tickets needed for an event. I have been trying for WEEKS to sell the tickets I don't need, and it keeps saying "I don't have a connection." NO ONE answers emails. The event is this Saturday (10/11). If you can avoid this app and purchase another way or do "will call," you absolutely should.

It glitches trying to add a payout method and never gives you an option to add. I managed to get it to work on the web, but it doesn't give you a receipt of the amount processed. So I don't know if the money went thru to my personal account or if it disappeared. No email confirmation provided either. Why is a confirmation email or tracking your process hard?

used this app because I had no choice. it worked for spending money. then I had to cancel going to the show. seemed cool. resale option was easy to use. my tickets have sold. sweet. it's been almost an entire month now.. the app refuses to allow me to withdraw my funds. it's either suddenly suspicious I'm not a "real fan", or redirects me to an account verification page that doesn't actually seem to exist, or has connection issues as soon as I click pay out. I'm two feet from my WiFi router. run

AXS, Pay attention!! Almost all reviews from the past year are 1-star. Clearly you have issues that you don't care to fix, but rather blame on the customer who isn't doing anything wrong. I tried for 3 weeks to buy a ticket, and your site/app will not allow it, no matter what I do. I had multiple chat conversations, phone calls, and emails that are now being ignored. I've been told the issue would be fixed in one hour, in 2-3 days, and that someone would contact me. None of that happened.

Couldn't login to my account to pull up my tickets, kept getting the "Are you a real fan?" error message with the robot. Spent 45 minutes on tech support chat following their advice to uninstall, reinstall, turn off wifi, use Chrome to access the website, etc, etc. Nothing worked. The website let me login but showed no past or current tickets at all. Missed the event and by the time I got back home and could log into the app, it was too late to try and sell. Requested a refund and got a NOPE!

This app NEVER works, I have never been able to log in and always have to go to ticket booth for them to get the tickets for me. I even uninstalled and installed it back again, tried to update the app and it still doesn't work!! It was easier when I could log in from Google to get tickets but now that makes you go to the app...I really hate this app...fix the problem!

This app absolutely sucks. It never loads the tickets I've purchased, just tells me "there's been a connection error." So I've always had to add my tickets to my Google Wallet through the confirmation email instead of the app. I just updated my app as instructed and now it keeps telling me my email and password are incorrect when I know they're not. Tried resetting my password anyway and it still says it's wrong. Can't get into the app at all anymore.

for the last 2 months this app has been showing an error message when you go to your ticket page. so that no tickets appear, neither upcoming or past concerts are listed. Even their own support says the app works best would not connected to Wi-Fi, which is less than ideal when you are walking into a concert venue with low reception. for the last couple of shows I've had to either login through the web or get tickets from the box office. low rating bc of the recent unreliability

This service actually forces you to install an app just to access concert tickets you've paid for. Who honestly thought that was a good idea? And of course they don't tell you that until after you've given them your money. Unfortunately, I couldn't avoid using the service either unless I wanted to get secondhand tickets. I'm sure not everyone minds about these things, but I just hope there's an alternative service next time.
