This app is going down hill and it wasn't great to start. The most recent update has issues when opening up a news story from a notification. When clicking on an article AFTER the first one of the day, it does not go to that newest story, but the previously read story. The ads are annoying & irrelevant, and the auto-play on videos needs to go away. If I want to watch, I'll make sure to catch the live broadcast. I want to just read the article, which is why I'm guessing there is text.

This app has gotten worse and worse. now there's an ad when you open it. there's an ad when you click on every story before you can read it and when you click the menu to go back to the list of stories. The back button has not worked in forever and causes the app to crash and close. It takes longer for the app to open and function than any other app I have. Find someone who can actually code apps and fix it.

I uninstalled the app after opening it only twice. As it opens an ad pops up. First thing! You got to be kidding. The format is not thought out properly. An ad right under the first story and one at the bottom of the phone that does not move and remains in place. Are you reporting advertisements or news?? Think about the business you're in. Sit down with your app company, may be hard with social distancing, have them get the layout and format correct. Clean it up and maybe I'll try it again.

More ads than news stories. On start up it takes forever to load (assuming because it's loading ads). And when I get a breaking news alert, I will click on the link and again never ending loading. When I close it out and open the app again it's no where to be found. I've had this app for about 10 years and now it is trash. Uninstalling it now.

not only do videos play automatically when you're reading an article, now even on the main screen, sound or music plays from unidentifiable places so you can stop them. Trash app now, developers are aware yet don't care, best uninstall of my life.

Cannot check my notifications tray on Android without the live stream pausing. Every time the live stream resumes an ad plays. Makes this app unusable. This app has had a BAD track track record of poor usability and reliability with constant freezing and bugs.

Informative & Relative. Content is sometimes repetitive and reworded with some updated information, yet always informative. More frequent updates on older stories are lacking. Overall, it's a great app.

When you open the app there is a pop up ad with audio so don't open it anywhere you want to be quiet. I'm deleting

it crashes constantly on my android phone running the latest software now you can no longer mute or skip the ads you can't turn off the volume on their ads

I do not like the new layout and the auto play on the videos is annoying, if I wanted to watch a certain video I would play it myself!

Doesn't always take you to the story that you click on and it's difficult if not impossible to find the story once the link is used.

09/09/25. You and your news blocking ads suck Channel 3. Goodbye. There are plenty of other news sources. Too many ads. can't get past ad pop up to the story. What happened to the Rainfall Totals spreadsheet in the weather tab? They used to be excellent with 24 hour and weekly tracking too. Now, if it's only 3 hrs as an option, if it's even working. No one responds or fixes anything.

This app has too many pop ups or ads which are not relevant. Some of the stories are like the National Enquirer

Keeps locking up and back button doesn' work.The new app sucks take it back to the old one that's when you can't log out

Two ads and an unwanted video screaming at me when all I wanted was to read the news story.

The app now has the most annoying gambling ads that play loud sounds and music when the app first starts, as well as frequent ads when trying to read articles. the ads start with the sound on, and have to be muted every time you open the app again.

Before the format change, it was a great app. now it is a mess. What happened to traffic? You use to have a link directly on the main page, now i can only find in the menu and its not the same maps and traffic info as before. Where are the traffic maps that you use in your programming? Update 3/9/20: traffic maps seem to of reappeared. However i have discovered that either the app or one of the ads in the app keeps turning my sound on when i back out of a story.

So far don't like as much, used mostly for weather and radar but find the warning boxes and Temps distracting make it harder to see. Can remove temp layer but have to do every time will not hold from view to view. Fix and give option to remove warning box. Why can't we have the option to add the different layers instead of having to remove everything just to "see" the radar clearly

App used to be great prior to the recent update. Now, the layout is worse, and a lot of the articles link to other sites in a clickbait type way. I think most people that download this app are just looking for Arizona news with articles written by local journalists. Time to look to see if ABC15 or FOX10 have a free app after moving here from the other local news app that gives 3 free articles before a subscription is required.
