The worst app you can ever get. As soon as you book your appointment they take money right away. I talked with support and cancelled 2 appointments because they were incorrect and only received 1 payment back. I've been talking with support almost every day to get my money back and all they say is to wait. How come then the first payment was processed right away? Avoid this app at all cost, literally.

Your observer was terrible she was late then did not ask for all the info on the box - expiry and registration no etc. She then cut off at the end before telling me what happens next. We then spent at least 2hrs trying to get a satisfactory answer. It was very stressful. My husband and 2 friends had a good experience with different observers.

Relatively easy to set up but not a lot of info about what to do after testing and access final results. I wish airline (WESTJET) had more info about Azova and what docs are required at time of check-in and cost in CAD $. Glad we did it in the privacy of our own home ...results were quick too. Only wish we could set up all travellers at once instead of individually. Thx 😊

Great service but extremely buggy Android app. Use an iphone, or a computer, to actually do your appointment. Got stuck with 'waiting for proctor' while being messaged at the same time that they couldn't see me. Worked around it but this was in stark contrast with how smoothly the session when for my partner who was on an iPhone

I found the whole process to be confusing and slightly stressful. I had trouble linking to my proctor and then it turned out that I needed a different appointment because of the test kit I had ordered. I can say that the proctor and the call center person (who couldn't hear me until several calls were made) were helpful in getting me another appointment with the right proctor and the second video session was very easy. A mixed bag here.

Nonstop issues. I kept getting kicked out, told I was unathorized, it booked a duplicate appointment under my husband's account, and was extremely complicating when it should have been relaticely straightforward. I had to download the app but had to use chrome for other aspects of the appointment process. The only saving point for Azova are the people that you talk to. They were typically very nice and understanding. Now I just have to hope this 3hr process allows me to travel back to the US.

Terrible. Do NOT use for mandatory PCR tests in the UK!!! Test results still haven't arrived after 72 hours. And this is after receiving notification that I had set up my account correctly, after I had meticulously followed all instructions, sought out a priority Royal mail post box and mailed my test. Nothing. Complete waste of money.

I spent all morning trying to input my information to use when I travel to Hawaii next month. It was SO slow at each step, customer service even slower, and in the end I discovered I needed to pay a fee to verify my covid info. I downloaded a different app (Clear) and was finished in 15 min with no fee, including connecting to the Hawaii Safe Travels website.

Oof, the first booking I had to take my test the person who was supposed to watch/audit it could not get the sound to work. They tried various things for half an hour to no avail. The person was not able to communicate well over text either. The second appointment I had scheduled worked well, the person was very pleasant and easy to work with, and her sound was fine. I'll adjust my rating if they actually manage to get my test back to me in time because that would be a feat.

Smooth for one of us, stress for the other, but ended up ok for both. Results PDF is professional looking with all needed info for destinations that are strict. Tips: 1) Proctor recommended against two on one call to ensure no trouble. 2) Have a tool available to pry the battery cover off the analyzer. My proctor didn't know this workaround but it's a common one for Bluetooth issues. 3) Call toll free if there's an issue. I was scared of an invalid result when proctor left call. They helped me!

Good service! Had a little trouble navigating to the QR code and a little overwhelming the first time entering info, but overall good experience! Once figured out the help system was able to get everything we needed entered, testing etc. Sure with upgrades the app will run smoother as time goes by. Overall testing and results very fast and great service from proctors and ready to go home without the lab waits etc.

Garbage app and company. Charged my credit card for covid tests when they had no stock, didn't tell me until the day they were supposed to be delivered, and cost me $25 in foreign currency transaction charges. Canada isn't an option for vaccine status documents. Avoid this app and company,especially if you live in Canada.

Easy to set up - just be sure you follow all the directions. I made my video appointment and received my negative results within an hour. The airline accepted the digital certification, and I was on my way. If it wasn't for this test, I wouldn't have been able to get on the plane!

Zero stars. It's a combination of awful instructions from this app and the State of Hawaii. The route through this app was a waste of time. Never got a code. Just go to the State site and do nothing else. And you will get a barcode emailed to you. This process is actually straight forward if you ignore apps like this.

The app worked great. All the info I posted on the website transferred correctly to the app. I registered my take-home test and received a text notification that the lab received my sample the next day. Then, about 6 hours later I received an email notification that my results were ready, and they are in printable form. So, it took only 24 hours for the PCR take-home test results. I'm very impressed.

Both the website and the app are super slow to the point of unusability. I have tested on two different networks and without wifi on three different devices. I have serious concerns about whether my video conference or accessing my test results is even going to work.

Absolutely horribly designed app and mobile web experience. If this was designed by interns they should never be employed to make larger scale apps and if they are they are Senior devs they should not be allowed to develop anything else and should find other professions - preferably one were they get to work with their hands.

Quick response including polite staff, quick answering, processing and sending results. There was a line problem for 15 minutes where I could here the agent talking to others in his native language, but he didn't hear me.

So hard to use They require a 10 dollar appointment to verify vaccine info instead of accepting the same info you upload to the app. Plus entering date of birth starts at today's date and makes you click the back button however many hundreds of times until you get back to your birth month. Youd think with do many people in tech you would have more user friendly apps that governments require you to use in order to travel.

The app and web browser version was very easy to use. The proctor was polite and patient while I looked up flight information. All covid tests are uncomfortable, but this made my flight preparations from Mexico back home less bothersome. Will use again.
