Not trustworthy app. They don't reply your emails in time and also not attend calls mentioned in customer service. They don't delete your account permanently despite of repeated request. Later it can become risky as they have access to your cards. I used it once and recommend it to others not to use it. Regards

I attempted to place an order using BaadMay however, while the payment has been successfully deducted from my account, the order status on Gul Ahmed’s website remains 'Payment Incomplete.' I have contacted Gul Ahmed, and they have confirmed that they have not received the funds. I have attempted to reach baadMay via phone and chat multiple times without a response. Please investigate this immediately and either ensure the payment is pushed through to the merchant or issue a full refund

A pretty decent app with several renowned brands. The main thing is the shariah compliance which they have displayed while checking out.

My experience with Baadmay has been very frustrating. My account was suddenly disabled, and for the past three days I have been trying to log back in without any success. I have called the helpline, sent emails, and even tried to reach out through WhatsApp chat, but there has been no response at all from their support team. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles customers’ trust and financial access.

Useless app since I can't add my card to pay for anything. Tried to contact customer service multiple times over 6 months by email and WhatsApp, but they asked for my phone number and then just didn't respond again despite emails asking for an update. Do not recommend!

you are charging so much extra amount on the name of installments,even you cut amount of delivery,?what is the use of buying on sale items if we need to pay you the same amount when it is on discount?you are taking wyage and make us all sinner...I think this is a easiest platform for earning money for you without doing anything just sitting at home and charges money without doing anything...

instalment charges too much high... as 1000 rupees on every article charged by Baadmaay.. reduced your charges may be helpful for you to increase your installers...

I have received the order I had given today through this app, the order was the same, no charges were given, but I did not understand one thing that again when I wanted to log in this app, the app is not opening nor is it logging in, no one. I am not getting the response, apart from the ID card, an ATM card has also been saved in this app, so you have to inform that if people trust you, please do not treat them with any financial irregularities.

they should provide delivery details .. but the product owner delivery is not working great

BaadMay is a great app with many well known Pakistani brands available in one place, which makes shopping very convenient.Please include food brands.The app is easy to use and reliable. I was a couple of months late on my payment due to bank account restrictions, but their customer support handled the situation very professionally. A representative named Zohaib Ahmed contacted me and helped me in a very respectful and supportive manner. They didn’t rush or humiliate me like some other apps do.

I'm already registered my account but after sign out in the app when I re-log in to the app, the message I have seen so many times your CNIC number is already registered to the existing account. please log in to the account... But log in page is not showing up in the app... I call to the helpline number. After 35 minutes of wait they didn't picked up my call for help me. What a sham
