Baby Tracker - Newborn Log

downloaded a few hours ago after changing a diaper and still not seeing poop. Decided I need to track LO's bowel movements. So far I'm glad i decided to start tracking bc his sleep patterns are weird too. Recording his wake and sleep times has been more helpful than trying to use my memory with a newborn. The app itself seems straight forward and easy to use. Deleting entries was an issue, but read the comment that said you swipe left in reviews. Definitely worth the download.

Been using this app for a few weeks after switching away from our baby monitor app since LO is now starting solids and I wanted a way to track everything in one. Overall it is a good app and easy interface once you figure it out and figure out where everything is. I do wish when looking at the records it was more clear on the times or have the ability to zoom in because as someone who did feeding on demand it would be nice to see the precise patterns of feeding times now.

It might be good for some people but the UI is poorly designed and can be confusing, e.g. needing to press back in some menus to change baby but in the main baby screen pressing back closes the app and you have to click the baby's picture to change baby. Signing into a "group" is literally just logging into the existing users account, not the same as making your own account and syncing the babies in the group. Feels like a beginner developer using simple tables for menus and items.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the simple and clear way this app is set up. As a first time parent, I was already overwhelmed and any other apps I tried to use for tracking were so overwhelming and made it difficult to connect to my spouse. Baby Tracker is exactly what we needed to track here feeds and changes with none of the overwhelming bulk that other apps have. This app saved me as a first time parent!

Fantastic free app! This has been a game changer for me when it comes to tracking all things baby, so much easier than trying to remember it all when you already have enough on your mind. It also helps me to be able to compare different days if I feel something is off vs trying to remember if the past week was similar- with the app I can just scroll up/down and know for sure.

I love that you can sync the data with several different devices because that lends my husband & I to log things independently but be able to save it to the same profile. Brilliant. I also love that you can choose to hide sections/fields you don't personally use. For example, I hid anything that concerns logging breastfeeding activity because I'm only formula feeding. Being able to only see the category of things that I am logging makes things so much more streamlined. Highly recommend this app.

I've loved this app for a while now and have used it without any issues, but I'm encountering a couple of problems lately. On my Pixel 6, the widget isn't updating correctly, and I'm consistently getting a stuck loading screen when I try to insert a new entry. I hope these can be fixed soon! Edit: Glad to see that everything is back in working order with the widget. Now if only we can get a dark mode option for the widget in a future update! 🤞🤞

This app is perfect for tracking! It made things so much easier for my husband and I with our newborn. no more trying to remember when we did things and constantly looking at the clock and doing math. The layout and clean and easy to use, not cluttered like other apps I tried. Even the ads aren't in the way or annoying. I love that it syncs between phones, even grandma can use it while babysitting. love love love this app!

Great app, only some small flaws. I find the input of information to be easy and intuitive. I like that I can look at all the input in charts and with average, max and min. I am glad that you can adjust how the weekly/daily timeline is viewed, because for me it makes the most sense to view time from top to bottom. However, when I select Review I would prefer to see the most recent entries at the top. Also medicine is my main use of the last type, and I wish that was the first option.

I've looked at so many other baby tracking apps, and they were all bogged down with pushy subscription models and obnoxious, screen-covering ads. This is perfect. Simple, feature-rich, an excellent widget, and easy to sync and share with others. I'm going to be paying the five bucks to get rid of the ads, not because they were annoying, but because a good app designer that doesn't force revenue through price-gouging deserves it.

I absolutely love this app. The layout is easier than other apps and it's very quick to input info and easy to edit if needed. My only issue is that the widget is awful. If it worked it would be so much better. It will get stuck on a "loading" screen and never load so I have to delete the widget and put it back on my homescreen for it to update. That would be okay if it only happened once or twice a day but it's constant. It works often enough that I keep using it but it gets annoying.

Just wonderful and smartly designed. Tracking is easy and full featured, revisions are easy (you will need them as a parent), the syncing feature is excellent and flawless. Used for 2 kids and couldn't live without it. No 3rd party sales in the privacy policy!!! Such a relief to find non-scummy parenting software. Thank you for helping us with our babies Nighp!

I used a few others with my daughter and ended up just using the notes app on my phone because none of them were inclusive of everything I wanted to track, or ads were annoying. This time with my son, a friend recommended baby tracker, & I love it! I use the free version, & it's so useful! It took me a bit to get the settings the way I wanted, but it's very easy to use once you get oriented. I've been using the app for 5 days and only got an ad once, other than the running banner at the bottom.

EDIT: After using for my son's first entire year of life, I can confidently say this app is still the best! We are stopping use now, but it has been such a partner on this journey. This app is the best!! I can't believe it's free for all the features it has. It's so easy to log diaper changes, nursing or pumping sessions, sleeps, medications, and any milestones or joys you'd like to save. I love the data display - it can be displayed as a log or as graphs with lots of different representations.

Simple, straightforward, and easy interface. Uused the glow baby app for the first year of my child's life, was looking for alternatives versus having to pay 30 to 70 dollars for an additional year. I wish I found this app in the first year of my kiddo's life. So many other apps have an obnoxious amount of adds, less and less features for free and seemingly ever growing price point. I plan to pay for the free version, just to offer gratitude to the developers. Free version has non intrusive ads

Edit 2: The ad-free version doesn't have the trackers. Just buy it, it's a good tool. Your money removes that tracking nonsense from third parties. My DNS logs haven't seen third-party attempts from this since buying it. It's still incredibly helpful Original: I like this app, but it does have backdoor trackers in the form of advertising if you don't get the full version. I don't know what that's for. That aside, we found it incredibly helpful tracking our child's status. We use it to this day.

I've been using this app for 8weeks now and it's been super helpful!!! Be sure to read the FAQ before use, I didn't do this at first and wasn't using all the functions correctly and it was frustrating for me. I do wish the feeding section had a start and finish time log. I write in the notes when my baby finishes feeding (nursing & bottle) so I can track duration.

App is very helpful, especially once I found I could sync between my Android and my wife's iPhone. One question I have: she gets notifications when I add entries, but I can't find any option to get notifications on Android. I checked both the settings within the app and my general app settings. Would be nice to be notified when he wakes up with her, etc.

Love the app. No credit card information asked or needed. With a newborn it is tough to mentally keep track of when you last changed a diaper or fed them. This app allows us to track feeding, diaper changes, sleeping, and a few more I don't currently use. My husband and I linked the account up so we both can track and monitor together which is extremely helpful. Another favorite feature of mine is the pumping tracker. I enjoy seeing how much I pump in a day.

Downloaded 3rd day in hospital, helped us to keep our sanity during the first couple of weeks. This app is exactly what we were looking for and needed to track diaper changes and feedings (plus other activites and milestones). The best part is both my husband and I could access and log recordings and even export/print out the data/daily review into a spreadsheet. I now recommed this to all my friends who are expecting! The free version does contain ads but just as a mild unobtrusive banner.
