Nice variety of exercises. Good exercises for both neck and back. App is very straightforward and works well. Only a few minor things that could make it better: would be nice if it showed the name of the next exercise in the routine when the countdown begins. Also, different tones for start, change sides, and countdown would be helpful, especially when doing exercises that make it difficult to watch the screen. Overall, a great app!

Some for free , some for pay. My favorite thing is its not subscription. They have 1 - time pay! Im so tired of subscriptions. So far this is my first time using the app. Worth a shot. Different exercises. I currently use 5 apps. This one is good. I wish they had some for restricted usage, like when at work, or in bed, or can't lay down, or can't stand up (all sitting/standing/laying exercises)
I followed the exercises for a while and I did see results, but honestly I'd prefer if each move/exercise had a certain number of times to do it in stead of seconds. I feel like it would be more effective and would allow us to execute the exercise correctly without worrying that we're running out of time and not doing it fully correct. I'd love to see you guys execute that. Thanks!
I must say, until now i never had a better experience with an workout app. There are a lot of different workouts for the back. I feel a whole load better. But it would be good if there was some sound, so i could change the positions in time and not look every time if it has ended or not. But otherwise, great job guys. Keep up the good work. 5 Stars!!!!
It has good exercises ( back workout) that i can feel are pushing my limit to tire. Takes short time... Easy to start and continue. It would also be bit helpful of there are any voice treiners that say how to keep the posture as all the exercises are basically just observe and do from animation. Apart from that, this is a good app, i would recommend this to anyone wanting to exercise their back.
It's a great exercise app that lets you keep making progress on your own by letting you choose the exercise time , so there's no more excuses about not having time to work out. I would of given 5 stars but the lack of a voice coaching you if a little bit of a let down because if you're working out at home you need to keep an eye out for your phone otherwise you'll miss the end of an exercise and the begging of another one.
This app has helped me so much with my back pain! I used to be in constant pain and having used this app for nearly a week, it's all but gone! I also love that it has easy, medium and hard modes, a lot of similar apps only have one mode that a beginner like me would find too difficult - but not this one, I like it a lot. (Although there are a few exercises in it that require a little more space than I have in my tiny bedroom)
My favourite app for back workouts that I have found! It isn't just one set of workouts, it varies on how your level you are or how Easy, Medium or Hard you want it and how long you want to workout for which is what I absolutely love! Best app for back workouts to date, also it isn't animations doing it, it is actually people showing you, so it is easy to adjust by seeing someone else do it.
Good Excersizes but ad free version doesn't work. I paid for the pro version but when I uninstalled it I coudn't reinstall the pro version on the same device, Just went back to free version with ads. Emailed them and no response, seems to be the way they do things. So I paid and only got the pro version temporarily. Pity because I like this companies work, just wish they were more legitimate.
Only reason Im not giving it a 5 is just because I think some of the demonstrations would be confusing to someone new to working out. My first few excercises I didnt know if I was doing reps or holding a position. But other than that, its REALLY customizabke and if you're going for something quick and easy they have 5 minute workouts that help strengthen and dont wear you out. And EVERYONE has 5 minutes at some point in the day. And you wont be left sweating! 😄
Great for free!!! Will definitely buy for extras. (Minor glitches used 3 times already useto them and dont care, ITS FREE) Iv been out of shape for 4 years, just not strong anymore. And on easy 1 or 2 this is a great place to start. I hurt my back an in PT now. my PT said I can do the easy stuff. Can't wait to get back to advanced. Thanks
It's good. There could be more customization for preset programs, like each exercise duration - sometimes it feels like I'm speeding through stretches. There are no written directions how to perform each exercise, but videos are very well explanatory. Not too greedy with ads either.
it has new, rare training and it's strongly efficient. I've downloaded many different apps and I've tried so many trainging schedules and it wasn't always accomplishing the wanting results. And after my first week i can tell that i feel stretching while training as everbody and the point is it can make difference especially for those who sitting long hours in front of a computer as it's there work ( the case of mine).
Great app. Easy to follow movement videos and actually has a starting point good for beginners that progresses to more challenging movements and sets as you grow and improve. Definitely would recommend, especially for people with neck and back pain, the stretches have helped.

Great app for the back! I love how all the exercises are time based so you don't have to click next every 40s, + it increases the momentum in every workout to really get that muscles burning. It has a lot of healthy exercises too, which are really good as well.
Very good! But needs a shortcut to homescreen. I dont want to choose an exercise everytime I open the app. It's better to go straight to the exercise. Preferably the one I create within the app!! But others as well. Hope you can do it, dev! Great job btw!

Sometimes we neglect to work out the muscles of the back, neck and spine and this app is incredible as it displays a plethora of exercises for beginner, intermediate and advanced . In addition, the commercials doesn't pop up in the middle of workouts 💯/💯.
Great app! The exercises are great they target the needed muscle groups, and another reason why the app is great is that there arent many back -at home workout (no equipment) on youtube, and thats why i vot it in the firsr place. The reason i dont give 5 stars is that theres always room for improvements ;) Cheers
Currently doing a healthy neck in 30 days. Easy stretches with explanations. Be ready to pause if you need something looked up. The exercises all run one after another with little break between so best check the list and set up first. Enjoying it so far on day 7.
Great app but i would like to recommend something. Maybe you should put in some question like "do you have enough space in room" so if somebody don't have, app will simply cut out some exercieses for which you need a lot of space (example: exercieses with spreading arms)
