Banggood - Online Shopping

I have been using bang good apps since the early 2000s. It has changed a bit. However , when buying a phone it is very important that it is shipped properly. No custom issues. You pay everything on one purchase. If you don't like hitting surprises, i just want your product sent to you in one piece then banggood is the store to go to. They sell new products that you can afford. This is what I like the most about their store.

Sometimes good deals. Shipping times a little all over the place - some items were received in days, while one order was delayed and took months. The quality of the items has been about as expected (varies widely). The packaging they use has ranged from fantastic to awful. If you are willing to take a chance on things, there are great deals sometimes, but I can't recommend as something to rely on - you're not really sure of the quality nor arrival times. Also app "rewards" don't really work.

The app randomly checked out everything in my cart (about $200 worth), so I cancelled the order, but they still took the money out and didn't send anything of items. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, sent picture proof of my bank statements showing they took the money out, and they continued to deny that the money was taken out. I then asked if they could send the items that were bought, and they said no because I cancelled it. Everyone needs to delete this app.

Banggood is amazing for electronic goodies, long as you don't mind a shipping delay as compared to what we're used to getting with Amazon. For RC cars and other RC things, batteries, gadgets, etc you can't go wrong! Just make sure you pay attention and look at many different vendors for the same products you're interested in, because this is a marketplace style app where multiple vendors sell the same products (even under alternate product names sometimes) and the prices can vary greatly.

Extremely disappointed. They ask you to "slash" the prices, and they give you an unobtainable amount to reach, and you reach it by inviting people to come open an account. I was game, willing to try it, and after a certain amount of people helping, they eventually helped out $0.00 so you think that would mean you reached your peak right? Wrong. They say you have to reach the full amount off in 24 hours, I immediately uninstalled the app. Don't waste your time.

The app works but Banggood isn't worth the hassle. 2-5 days shipping is more like 2-5 weeks. I received my first purchase today after 24 days. It was something I needed for the work I do. During that long wait, Banggood hit me with dozens of marketing emails and notifications. Don't treat this company like you would an e-commerce site, treat it like the places where you buy unimportant and cheap things that can arrive whenever.

It's easy to get sucked into thinking you're saving money with the points and allowances, but unless you shop every single day... No. Negative reviews of items are regularly deleted or hidden. getting refunds is difficult. and the "money printing" game is a joke to keep you on the app. If I could undo shopping through this, I would. The coupons enticed me until I realized I had to spend 2~3x more per order, at minimum, just to use the $6 and $11 'allowanced.' bad vibes, man. Expensive too.

Im shopping in the US and this app (and company) is a joke. I placed orders almost a month ago and still havent got half my order. finay, today, I was told that one of the items is out of stock. A month later. it already takes 2 weeks to ship. i could have had this in one day from amazon. Customer service is an absolute joke. They respond to only half the messages and basically tell you to go away. Also they make you sign for anything too expensive so good luck getting it at your door.

They charged me instantly a month ago, and apparently my order has "disappeared after shipping". They don't know whats going on and keep telling me to be patient every time I ask to cancel for a refund. Save yourself some trouble and order from someone else. Luckily, I'm only out $60 but I'd be willing to bet there are plenty of others who've lost more to these scammers.

Tracking information is Extremely sketchy. Packages will say they're delivered even if they aren't. and in all, if not, many cases (especially when ordering from China) tracking information doesn't get updated. App has a lot of bugs but doesn't affect the ordering process. If you don't mind waiting 4-8weeks for a product and you don't want to pay for expedited shipping, bang is good. Else id stick to eBay and Amazon

Ordered two items. First arrived within a few days. Second order will be another 6 weeks. My fault on that. Be very careful when ordering items that you check the shipping method. Free is great, but on a lot of items that means what they call ocean shipping. Literally a slow boat. When I realized I had not checked for fast shipping at more cost, it was too late and order had already processed and shipped. That was within a few hours of the order being placed. Shipping and processing is fast.

I went to this app because a website said it was the #1 pick for AliExpress alternatives. They didn't have as much of the items that I was looking for and they don't have as many good new customer deals and benefits. Their prices are way higher too. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was also said they have great customer service which is something the other major apps are seriously lacking in.

I just placed my 2nd order. I find some of the points, etc. a bit confusing at times. The cust. svc. people were great when I had questions (I used my laptop for those inquiries.). My 2nd order was shipped out in less than 2 hours of placing my order & making my 1st payment in 4 with PayPal. Sadly the AfterPay & Klarna just doesn't seem to want to go through, which was my major issue last month. I have used AP 3 times in the past year on other sites w/o any issues.

Ordered a bunch of items, some of which have arrived. No problem with merchandise so far, but DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It will dominate your phone, bombarding you with ads. Anything put in your cart cannot be removed, and will be ordered if you fail to un-select it for each succeeding order. Pop-up ads are "sticky," refusing to close without major interruption of apps. Ads within games refuse to close or time out, resulting in disruption of play. Deleted and will never do business again!!

I've always liked this website. Much more reliable and with better customer service than most of those weird overseas worldwide shipping sites. The app is easy to use, and basically the same as the site. If things arrive broken they will refund or replace on photo of proof, because return shipping is not worth it to them. All ya need is a photo of the problem, which is totally understandable.

Worst customer service ever!!! Can't resolve one undelivered package for over a month already. I don't understand why they even charge a shipping Insurance if it never works. Banggood, if you read this review, don't ask me to contact you so you could resolve this problem the best way (I did it at least 10 times so far). Go ahead and resolve it yourself (Order number: 75255713).

Buyer Beware - item not shipped, no refund. I ordered my item on May 10th and it said it wasn't going to ship until May 19th, even though I paid for expedited shipping. From the 10th to the 19th the app said it was "in process", then when it didn't ship the status changed to "backordered". The app gave option to apply a refund. I clicked it and get error "submit failed, please try again later". Tried multiple times in app and online and same error. Contacted Banggood, no response.

I don't see how this app has a 4.8 star rating. Cross referenced 20+ items against exact same items on Amazon, eBay, etc. On average Banggood was 27% higher without shipping cost, many items 72 to 88% higher alone. Shipping costs ranged 6 to 11% higher than all others. Shipping times were 8 to 33 days longer in nearly every instance, selection and search results are seriously lacking for lack of a better term. I was truly hoping for another competitive site based on other reviews, not happening.

USA BUYERS BEWARE!!! Bad shopping experience all around. Takes forever to receive products to US. Had one expensive item sold but was out of stock which i was informed about a week and a half after purchase, then took another week and a half to get my money back. Ordered several small items got all but one finally. For some reason they require random signatures via usps on a 5 dollar items occasionally. Needless to say I am done, deleted and never to return.

I will never use this app again. I ordered two items, they took 4 months to get to me. After I decided enough was enough and reached out customer service the items were in my mailbox 3 days later. One was advertised as something it was not, and the other was so low quality a "made in china" sticker would have brought the value up significantly. A couple weeks of customer service emails I got a refund on one item. Customer service is good. The incorrect item is still being advertised what its not
