getting all the time the activation scanner message. regardless of network. sometimes, for no reason, it works. I think this got worse lately. I don't want to try opening the app 8 times to pay a bill. what is this activation scanner? had to reduce rating. I can't open app because of activation scanner, regardless of network. starting to become a deal breaker.
A very clever banking app. Using pots, you can keep track of income and expenses very easy. Includes e-Bill payment and all the other stuff you would expect from online banking. After having severe stability issues, it works well again.
Pleasantly surprised by this new app. I was expecting a nightmare but I was able to login in a few minutes. It obviously looks different and requires a bit of adaptation. I was able to find all my information quite quickly. The design is minimalist and I hope they will refine it over time as everything seem to be floating with no visual anchors, very similar to the new web banking. All in all, so far, it looks good to me, and I am glad they modernized their app.
I downloaded the app on my Fairphone and installed it. I opened it and it immediately hung on the blue startup screen. After two minutes, I could write this review, but not use the app. What a dramatic failure of the incompetent idiots that wrote this app. And it is not the first time that they put a nonworking app in the Play Store. Who will finally kick them out?
The app us pretty unstable. Since a couple of days the app is again not able to load any content (documents, account details,...). I just see the beautiful loading spinners. The only thing which is basically working is logging in..
Please implement biometrics login. It is so annoying to constantly have to login using username + password + sms OTP...
Could we have the ability to choose the app language ?? My smartphone is in English, but for my banking account app, I prefer to use my native language. Obviously, I don't want to change the system-language.
When changing to a new phone, say goodbye to your easy access to your accounts, as you are locked out of your account with the error "something went wrong".

Absolute rubbish. Bank CLER cannot even write an accurate instruction guide on how to initiate e banking. USELESS INCOMPETENT.

Good app, few bugs with login but once found the workaround it works well

The app doesn't permit me to any bank transfers as the button "Next" stay inactive

either does stay stuck with the starting message or complain there is not internet connexion
It refuses to run on LinageOS. It is not the bank's business which OS version I am running, must of their competitors understand that.
