Easy to Browse, Impossible to Order The Baskin Robbins app is easy to navigate and works well for browsing flavors and customizing items. However, it completely fails at checkout. The app doesn’t show any date or time options for placing an order, making it impossible to complete. This happens despite having two nearby locations. While the stores have great variety, the app is unreliable and ends up being a frustrating waste of time.

updated review: 6 months later and I tried to order ice cream using the app again and unavailable ice cream flavors are listed. It seems they are always out of many. original review: Unavailable ice cream flavors are listed. The app list flavors of ice cream that are not available. And then when you arrive at the store the people at the store have trouble even finding a similar flavor. In addition the people at the store don't know how to make many of the items that are listed in the app.

Had to get the app for the free birthday scoop. When I sign in it says it will call or text me a verification code. Neither one worked (never even got a code) and I could never fully log into the app because of it. I tried multiple times. I wish they would just keep the birthday scoop coupon with the emails like they used to do. Very disappointed.

I have a brand new phone and this is the only app that does not work on it. I cannot add payment methods because the keyboard doesn't even show up. Everytime I try to add something to the cart, the app freezes and I have to reopen the app. When I try to checkout with my order, it says there's an error. Not even the website off the app works right.

Hello, Evening. How are you? My app hasn't worked in over three months, ever since the last update basically. I had contacted Baskin Robbins & I never received any response , or any email updates. Every time I try to reset My password, I'm not receiving any codes, emails, or anything & yes, I've tried resetting My password, forcing the stop, clearing cache, rebooting My phone, & more. This app (and the website) are non-functional for orders. I have tried multiple times on both platforms. It either gets stuck on "loading" when trying to add to cart or "error" when calculating the total in the cart. When I am successful in adding to the cart, it doesn't retain the info for me to come back later to (attempt) to check out.

The app and website are useless. I wish I could show the screenshot I just took. Laughable! It says two pre packed quarts for $11.99. Below that, it says $12.99. Looking in the cart, they are charging $12.99. That's pretty much the only thing I can even order. No options for buying the fresh packs or diy kits. Just a blank page. No deals in the app. Had to waste my time giving my ACTUAL phone number because it would not accept my all 8's, and created an account for nothing!! Uninstalled.

This might be the worst app I've ever used. The login fails most times (the last 3 times I've tried to use it I've just given up in frustration). Even through I knew my login credentials were correct, I went ahead and tried to reset the password (and of course that doesn't work either). On the rare occasion that I can login, my gift cards show a balance, but scan as spent. The coupons & deals they email you can only be used in their stupid useless app, so you might as well delete on arrival.

Yeah, let's design an app for Baskin-Robbins to allow customers to easily place orders without having to stand in line! Only instead of doing it right, let's make it so that people can't order ice cream or beverages in it, just cakes and party kits. This will be the greatest app of all time! Please fire the teenaged daughter/'intern' you put in charge of this travesty and make an app that is actually useful instead.

This app drives me nuts. At least now I'm finally able to log in but there are no deals once I'm in! We used to receive our freebie birthday coupons via email but now the email points me to the app for the coupon....not sure where it is in the app though. And there are no deals at all. Is the 7/7/23 "new and improved" version supposed to kick in? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall, having to reenter all my info just for it to tell me I'm already registered either.

Not well developed and orobably not QCed. the birthday club is default off even if you've had an account for a long time before the app. Plus there is a problem with the dates when you add it to your profile. it's always a day or two off. even after editing it several times. also, it's silly that you can't combine giftcards onto 1 card and have to use multiple ones when purchasing.

I have been using this app for a few months now but it is only good when it decides to work. You have to sign in to your account upon opening everyday. The autofill is deleted often so I'm forced to type in my info constantly. There have been multiple instances of the login not working without any reason or error message (even with the correct credentials). When I am actually able to use the app, it is easy to navigate and has great deals.

This is specifically about the app, not the store or their service. The app needs to offer flavors offered at specific locations or alert you if the flavor you selected is unavailable. As of now, the app lets me order flavors of ice cream or new products not available at my local store on that particular day. Please show us only products that are currently available so we don't waste time, gas or money going for nothing.

The worst!! All I wanted to do was order a Cappuccino Blast and, you can't! When not logged in, you can view ALL the menu items including those. But when you go to make an order and are FORCED to log in to do so, the whole beverages part of the menu, DISAPPEARS!?!? Makes absolutely no sense. A definite waste of my time and energy.

This is by far the worst app available. You can only get the app to work half the time when you are trying to use the deals and even then you have to time it correctly before it closes out on you. Who gives a deal then gives you a time limit to when it has to get scanned? I thought Dunkin had the worst app but this one takes the cake!

only reason I started buy at Baskin Robbins recently was because of the rewards. however the last time I filled up "rewards" goal on visits, they transfered it to an "offer" not a "reward". emailed them asking where the "reward" was and they confirmed it was an "offer". some context: you can use up to 3 "rewards" per order. you can only use 1 "offer" per order and the offers are worse usually. I'll wait to use this app till it gets better again was good During summer months.

This app sucks. You try to pull the menu up and it goes to a blank screen, showing no flavors. The opt out of selling your info makes you go through hoops. Overall this app isn't worth the time it takes to download. Save yourself the frustration. I boycotted Baskin Robbins 30 years ago and in hopes they changed in that time for the better, was a wasted thought. Won't be spending money on BR instore or at the grocery store.

This app is a scam!!!! It was set up now won't accept my password. Tried to reset password it's supposed to send you an email but you never get that email. I have tried five times to get the email even doubled checked to make sure email address was correct. This is the worst app I've ever tried to use it's useless because you can't get any of the offers if you can't log in. TOTALLY USELESS!!!

Very very limited options. If you hope to order a cup of each family member's favorite and unusual flavor then pick the half dozen options up later, forget it. This app is geared only toward the more expensive products and a very very limited variety of flavors. Not worth the space it takes. Very disappointed. One point for quick load and colorful layout.

Horrible app! Have tried to access discounts & it's always "down." Tried to update account online & that is "down", too. Also takes up double the amount of space on my phone than other restaurant apps. But provides a fraction of the customer service in proportion to the aggravation trying to get the app to work. Save your memory and don't download!
