The game is becoming trash day by day. The ping is always high, frame freezing, slow rendering is almost becoming a daily routine. Can't see enemies, don't know whether the jump button is working or not as the frame is freezed inside a room and after a while HP goes down. Without launching new mode please take care about the server response, because the rendering issue is high enough to cause someone irritated and finally stops the game forever.

I am giving 1 star because the game keeps getting stuck in the middle of matches. My character suddenly stops moving and controls do not work. I have to close the app and reopen it immediately. After reopening, the last match shows “Continue” and then works again, but this keeps happening repeatedly. This issue is very frustrating and affects gameplay badly. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

The support team is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They have not provided a single proper solution to the “parameter error” problem. It has been a year, and there is still no resolution. All I receive are useless automated messages and AI chat responses that solve nothing and only increase the frustration. There is no human communication at all, which makes the entire experience even more irritating and unacceptable.

Dear Krafton: There has been a glitch in my ID for a long time, almost 6 to 7 months. My ID time limit remains logged in for only about 90 minutes, then suddenly the game logs out after reaching the time limit. Though this game is not as good as the original PUBG, it is still very playable. And when I say it, I mean there are more hackers in the lobby, servers are kind of glitchy and I am thrown out of the game suddenly. Sometimes the app crashes down all of a sudden. Also the present trend of new events for every season has interesting mechanics and features. Keep it up!

I want to share that I play this game on a very low-end device that lags and creates many difficulties, but because of my love for the game, I never stop playing. ​Despite my loyalty and hard work in completing missions, I haven't received any 'Rare Bundles', 'X-Suits', or even a single permanent 'Legendary' outfit from the crates I've opened. The playing experience is good but lately have been having so frequent issues with controls not responding. Sometimes the map doesn't show when I respawn. None of the controls would respond. That's when playing on the MI 15 ultra so it's not a device issue. This has been a long lost bug now. It's so annoying when you're in the middle of the game and it stops working. You guys need to fix this ASAP.

It is good for few players but when it comes to ranked matches, 80% of them have to be hacking or exploiting or even camping. It disturbs our experience, and destroys our favouritism of playing it. Nowadays campers are getting out of hand. You never know where they are and they just pop out of nowhere and kill you, which ruins the fun. Overall the game is good, but still people should understand about these key details.

One of the best game that I have ever played. I was playing Free Fire for 2 years and was totally bored cuz it's a pay to win game. When I played this game, initially it was bit difficult for me cuz it doesn't contain auto aim, but with time I perfected my skills and now it's my favourite game overtaking Free Fire in all aspect ranging from graphics, maps, and many more. It's a good game but it is lagging. I always play small map like nusa. Because, If i entered into erangle my phone will stucks and don't even respond to the commands. Many times I want to go for the new event but it will crash and freeze until I switch off my mobile new graphics are not enough to play smoothly it need some repairs like downloading unwanted resources after deleting, unstable connection, slow response etc... Ever since BGMI launched, I’ve been playing it consistently. But the biggest problem I face is with solo matchmaking. Hardly anyone plays solo, and outside of Erangel and Livik, no one wants other maps either. Even outside events, regular players aren’t queueing, which means matchmaking takes forever—10, 20 minutes—sometimes you don’t find a match at all. I request BGMI to make matchmaking more global, so we can be matched with players from other countries and reduce these long wait times.

Game is good, but I think major problem is they haven't optimised the game for my android device ( poco x6 pro) as my phone is highly capable of handling 120 fps also but it's far away because I can't play properly in 90 fps only because of frame drops. I have been a loyal player of BGMI, but the recent direction of the game is unacceptable. Krafton is now pushing a monthly subscription just to play without ads. This is a massive "red flag" for several reasons: Double-Dipping on Players: We already spend thousands of rupees on UC, Royale Passes, and expensive weapon skins. Forcing a subscription on top of that just to have a clean, ad-free experience is pure greed.

The overall game is totally good and engaging. But the only thing which is irritating me is the new skills introducing in the game. Personally, in the games like BGMI, there should be a very small space for these skills and players should focus on their raw skills and strategies.
