Not a Great Experience. trying to do any account serting in here is annoying. sign in, and then click on settings and then it opens a web page for you to sign in again. what is the point of the app if you have to keep on going to the web to do most anything? It took me 20 minutes to move my authenticator to my new phone. tried to had lots of error messages and had to go back and forth with the 2 phones a few times and sign in probably 6 or 7 times between the apps and web pages. Very annoying.

Can't login. Stuck in an endless loop after you click "Login" and it brings up another window where you enter credentials. Once you enter them and sign in, it immediately bumps out of the window back to the main page, then brings up the window again this time with the credentials cleared and no indicator as to what happened other than an error popping up. There's no loading or lag time either it instantly fails and reloads. It doesn't say anything was wrong with password or anything.

It was working for some time, but since I got logged out (for reasons I don't know) years ago, I've not been able to log back in the few times I've tried. I tried once more now, but, despite the information being correct and authenticator approved, it's still not logging me in. There might be a flash or something, then the app goes right back to the lpgin screen. I'm uninstalling. It's worthless. Idk what's up but I'm not gonna bother figuring it out.

It won't accept your password. You can say you forgot it. It won't recognize it when it is changed. It is the most time-consuming app I have. After multiple efforts and magic dust, it works. Until you need it again and it doesn't. "Enter code manually"? Put a link to this on the serial number page. This may look easy to many. It's hard if you change your password or switch computers.

When I first downloaded this a couple of years it worked pretty well. Just wish you could voice chat in-game in certain games like Overwatch but no biggie... but here lately, let's say at least a year or so now, I've been unable to do anything! Can't even log in... It's so frustrating because some things like changing your online status are only available via the app. I can understand maybe a week or 2 but A WHOLE YEAR??? That's insane! Please fix or have the exact features on the website too...

This app is nothing more than a pile of hot garbage. It never connects. I went through all the "troubleshooting" steps and still have the same problem. The real kicker is I need to be able to activate the authenticator in order for one of my games to function properly. However, since I can't connect I can't activate it. You know what does work though? The damn store. Of course that connects just fine. They have to make that money. The sad thing is it used to work just fine for the most part.0/10

It seems to be very hit or miss if it even works. I haven't been able to use the app at all for several days as I'm stuck on the "still connecting" screen before it just says "something went wrong." At this point, it's faster to wait 10 hours to get home and log onto my desktop than it is to get the app working. If it does end up loading in, it shows 0-1 friend and no chat conversations even tho I have 60+ friends.

Horrible app that offers little of value. It constantly struggles to connect, logging in can be very difficult as well. Once you do get in and stay connected, there's not much and you realize the effort it took was not worth it. All of this just so you can have access to the authenticator, which used to be a really simple and great app until it was ported into this app.

The lack of account interaction was a little misleading. The impression was that it would be possible to view in game content. It seems the only function this app provides is the same as the "game store" so if you want to buy the same mounts, and companions that are just as available on the desktop app, you can do that here too. Redundant. If there were even some utility I would feel differently but, it is just another place to push more micro purchases onto gamers.

This app says it's "not connected" a lot of the times I open it. The few times when it is connected, my account is signed out or logged out...I don't want to have to log in every time I use the app! and then the other pages/tabs either take forever to load or don't load at all, with the exception of the store/shop tab... which seems to always work...

It's been stuck in a 'Connecting' loop for the past month at least. The app has been updated, the caches cleared, logged out and back in, uninstalled and re-installed, tried on cellular data and multiple wifi sources, I've tried it being the only app actively running - even contacted support and nothing. Would be nice to be able to use this again for seeing my online friends and for whispers, but no.

The UI of this application falls short for a few reasons that lend it to be significantly less usable than the alternative option they used to offer. For one you need to login, fairly reasonable for an app that's meant to be a mobile launcher, but it... opens your browser. What a joke that is, and it doesn't even remember you logging in with zero options seemingly to allow you to use that function. I'd go on but 500 character limit, so insert rant about notif spam.

Hands down the worst authentication app ever made. The moment you set it up you're logged out and from what I can tell it's not even possible to log into the app past that. Even if I'm quick and copy paste the code and log in, it gets stuck in an in app browser. Absolutely pathetic from a company like blizzard, although it's par for the course for them.

Cant even play my game. Recently switched to pc and rebought my game. Keeps saying my number is already connected to an account, it isn't. So can't play my game and support is nonexistent. Extremely upset after spending so much money to buy a game twice then on top of that spending a lot more money to buy a new system so the game will even work properly.

Have had the worst experience setting up one account. Wound up with 2 different accounts. Both have money on them. Cannot merge the accounts. Cannot friend each account to gift the balance to the other account. Nor can you get any help only a 100 or more other problems to read through to see if they can help you. But never to formerly submit your own issue. I DO NOT recommend this site!!!

It used to be excellent for chatting with my friends while I was at work and they were in game. But for the last week+, my friends list and chat is completely broken. App unusable. Until it's fixed, there's no reason to have it on my phone. Fix it please. It's been broken for some people for several weeks. Last I checked on the forums, there was no reply from Blizz even acknowledging there's an issue.

The app is fine when it works, which half of the time it doesn't. More often than not I try to open this app and it says "Oops! Something went wrong" and refuses to actually open. Sometimes it gives me the option to log in after...but that just causes the same pop-up. This happens more often when I am on a low speed connection, which makes me think it's pulling an unnecessary amount of bandwidth just to log in.

After being forced to switch half a year ago, I *still* cannot log in through this app. It simply refuses. Sometimes pressing "log in" takes me right back to the login screen. Sometimes it let's me enter an authenticator code, which will just endlessly spin after submission. Thank goodness the authenticator still somehow works for approving desktop login requests. But if anything happens to this app, I'm outright locked out of my account. I have no way to recover without this app. PLEASE FIX IT!

This app is supposed to protect your account. It protects the dev and frustrates anyone trying to share an account like parent and child. I can see the business logic behind it. It does an excellent job of trying to force consumers to buy multiple licenses. At $50 or more dollars per game license (no family discount), it makes for either a truly cumbersome and/or expensive hurdle if you want try and play a game with your family. They took a page out of Microsoft's practice. I am not a fan.

If you are encountering the infinite still connecting screen, for some reason you have to clear the cache and data from the app's storage from your settings. Also I've seen it helps if chrome is set as your default browser. Why do those files keep you from logging in, and how are they created if you've never used the app before? Thats just modern day blizzard for ya.
