BCBSMA MyBlue Member App

This app so far has been literally unusable when searching for care. It's 2024 and the keyboard just does not work. Every time I try to type in anything in the search, the keyboard glitches and when it does look stable nothing populates in the search bar. I always have to close the app and use the browser. It has undergone multiple updates recently so I don't understand how this problem is persisting. It should be a simple fix. Fix it!!!!

For some reason, registration is separate from the web site. Unfortunately, registration and connecting your web account doesn't work. "The information you entered doesn't match our records" is all you're going to run into. Then your account gets locked and you have to wait 24 hours before trying again. No doctor is on your list, so you find a doctor but there's no way to add her to your list, so what's the point? I verified my phone number several times and it still says it's not verified. Plan details only shows copays, no benefits.

I can't even get into the app right now. When I try to open it, it allows me to use my fingerprint and appears to be loading, then it stays on the login page, requiring me to enter my username and password. Even after entering that info, it removes the password from the screen and still doesn't load or produce any error message. Just a non responsive loop. Will be uninstalling if not fixed soon. Garbage app 🗑 👎

Horrible App. I did the registration and the app wanted me to verify my phone number and email, not a problem and I had no issues verifying my phone number, but when I left the app to check my email, it logged me out and when I logged back in it wouldn't allow me to enter the verification code and now everytime I log in the communication preferences screen pops up and it won't let me save it or close it so now there is no way for me to access the rest of the app because I can't get that page off

Can't get past the verification process when trying to create an account (get "invalid request -93201"). When going through the regular desktop website on chrome, I can't get past the terms of service because the "Agree and Continue" button doesn't activate when scrolling to the end of the terms of service. Guess I can't register my health insurance!

App buggy, please fix! Can't get off the pop.up about updating communication preferences. Can't hit save, there's no Xing off. Update: If they gave the option for zero stars, I'd change it. I can't sign in, says my password is incorrect. When I click on "forgot password?" , it says there is no account with that email,which, since it's my only email, is the only one I could have signed up with. If I try to make a new account with that email, it says that email is already in use.

App crashes constantly. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I've tried countless times to do a video medical vist and it crashes every step, causing me to start over and over again. Sometimes it will, in the middle of trying to use the app, just log me out. Which then I have to start all over again. So between being logged out and it crashing. The app is worthless.

The WORST app ever. Why even have an app at all?? I tried to use it for a telehealth visit. It kept crashing and making me start the process all the way over - THREE times before I gave up and went to a desktop computer. And you really list "no known allergies" alphabetically by the "n" instead of putting it at the bottom? It's like a child made this app.

I can't book an appontment because the app keeps crashing. The UI is poor. It's way too hard to find an in-person provider (it almost seems like they're trying to push virtual care on you - it that because it's cheaper for them to cover?) I've been trying to find somebody to fill a super basic prescription for weeks and I keep giving up because this app makes it so hard to find care.

Based on other reviews, I'm lucky I can log in. However, it doesn't remember you, and if you turn off the "remember me" it will just turn it back on the next time you log in. The face recognition doesn't do anything, forced to log in each time and the field for the username confuses both my password keepers so it puts the password in there too. It's merely a web portal, not a real app and no QA that I can tell if the main problems are on the first screen!

Searching for a specialist, the filtering is extremely slow and tries to load results everytime you check a criterion and will clear out your selected filters if you tap into a doctor's page and return to the list. It also doesn't allow me to copy/paste any text, so I can't compile a list of doctors in a note app, and I can't even take a screenshot for future reference. And emailing the results appears to disregard the filters entirely. Just another barricade to healthcare.

Fine when/if it works. I can see easily where I want to navigate to or what I'd like to use... It just never stops "loading" the entire page will be there with a never ending loading wheel in front of it preventing use. Have to force close and start again, but always at some point somewhere it just gets stuck stating it's loading. New to this company but not impressed so far, app is buggy, and I never receive responses to email questions about my coverage either. 😑

Since the update, if I try to find in-network care, when I click on location, the keyboard never actually pops up for me to fill the information in. I can only assume it's some kind of glitch. As I've tried different times of day and after restarting my phone. You'd think a multi- BILLION dollar industry could hire proper programme's.

App keeps crashing. I have updated it, and it still crashes. I need to check to see if a provider is in the network and the search feature will not work. Plus, you type one letter and a suggestion pops up, and the keyboard disappeared. Every letter it happens again. NOT USER FRIENDLY. PLEASE FIX APP!

Will not allow log in. Does not recognize that information has been entered into some fields to log in. Trying to reset my password, says I have my birthday wrong. I assure you, I know my birthday. I've logged in numerous times before and now I can't. Thought there might be an app update I needed, but it's up to date.

Thanks for fixing the login issue. I can now login. My RXs are missing. Last week I got my 3 RXs filled, so they should be there. I guess I haven't used my Doctors yet so that is why they are not listed. I did find them in the Dr list, but adding them to my account isn't an option. I guess they will be added when I visit them next year they will show in my profile. I'll rerate this app when it is clear it does what it says.

Garbage. Chat does not work, incredibly difficult to find what meds are covered, and search never works correctly. Oh did I mention that when changing your password it takes 20 minutes to receive the verification numbers via text, which is past their 10 minute time limit. It's an endless loop. As of 12/31/24 can't chat on the app, no text entry box on Pixel 8.

This app is totally worthless. The search features are extremely inaccurate. I searched for Peace Health within 25 miles from my home (Oregon) & the results I got were in South Carolina. The medication lookup tool doesn't work properly either. It's like it doesn't pay attention to the information that you enter. The app in general is very dysfunctional & seems like it's disconnected. I'm exremely disappointed because this would've been a great tool & resource to have on my phone.

So I get up for my therapy appointment to find out 15 mins before that well connection switched to this. No explanation. No smooth transfer. Yall didn't transfer my user information. I missed a needed appointment and the stress over all that and the cancel fees lead to an anxiety attack. How can you guys do this? And now I've been trying to sign in. Trying to sign up? Trying to figure out all these websites and app only to realize this is a worst UI and user experience than well connection. 🤬

this is the singularly worst app I have ever used. constantly logs the user out for no reason, will not load critical information. wont remember the users login info regardless of whether or not the user wants to be remembered. wont allow the user to recover a password, despite the pertinent information being correct. normally I would say it is simple ineptitude, but considering this is the barrier between me and the medical care I have already paid for, I think its intentional.
