It's not free! IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE..! $29.99 + tax EVERY WEEK...! What a joke... It says in app purchases, generally when an app says that it's free, but you can purchase an upgrade, no adds version, toquens, etc. I open the app, it says 15 days trial then every second the counts goes down. I click it at 13 days and it only gave me 3 days, this is misleading. Even to get the 3 days trail, wants me to put my payment info, then that it will charge $29.99 + tax EVERY WEEK... That's crazy...

Cheap business strategy! Bloody app providers didn't even allow us to use the App for even 3-days.. if oversmart people like u write a 3-days trial period, then you should ask for money only after the trial period is over. But the moment I installed it asked me to set up a payment method, without this they don't even allow to proceed further. Why don't you provide a skip button over there so that the users can skip this step so that they can use the App at least for 3 days to see what it can do.

I dont reccomend this app. Its hard to find out how to cancel a subscription (press contact us on the app and they will send you an email on how). Using the 3 day trial and if you cant cancel it they just take your money without warning. If you arent careful this app can easily take you money and advantage of you. Not to mention almost 30 quid a week ?!?!

I looked at there app, never downloaded it never setup a subscription and today feb 22nd 2021 i found out they have been charging me 43.99 a week for many months. I tried contacting thr developer via email and you cant send the email due to there inbox is full and there is no phone number. I have submitted an investigation with several 3rd parties as they have taken a lot of funds over many months. I also have been made aware that i am not the only one this is hapoening too. DO NOT EVEN OPEN APP

I signed up for trial period and have emailed them on the first day to cancel my subscription. But they ignored my email and proceed to bill me the subscription for the month. Please do not force subscriptions down custoners necks There is also no button in the app to cancel sunscription. So it seems like the only way to cancel is to get the bank to block the card for all future transactions Very bad support

In the app, they ask you to rate it , but unless you give it five stars it won't let you rate or say anyting. I don't like this app the ads won't let you X out. But most of all there's no way for me to unsubscribe My Credit Card payment, except to wait until it charges my account and then dispute it with my credit card company. I also wonder what they're doing with my credit card number cuz it sure doesn't l feel like an honest company.

This app is a scam I opted me to do the free trial but after I agreed to see if the app even really worked. It has me stuck on the 1st page to apply your number and IV tried many times. After I got tired of trying I wanted out and wanted to cancel my subscription. But there is no options to do so. What a total scam in trying to lock someone in to a trap. I do not suggest even downloading this app or you will be on a call with your bank trying to sort things out.

I am just choosing 1 because there is no option for 0. This app is such a fraud, please dont download it. We tried this app, it opened, it was showing us to enter email and get a free trial for 3 days, and mentioned anytime cancelable. We believed it, and did as it said. After that, we got a notification, that 155 dhs was deducted from our card from be closer. The worst ever.

Your advertisement in Facebook is misleading. You should say it's not free or give more elaborate details. I didn't click on subscribe and I hope to not get a bad surprise in my bank account. I have already contacted my bank. I've also read a few people's comments and they're not happy, it's very wrong of you to attempt to make money this way. İt's just like scamming/fraudulent.

I wanted to install and use this APP and willing to pay, but they wanted $45 a week! No Way! Then I declined and of course offered it to me for about a $1 a week. I would have paid 4 times that rate. But they can go F@#$ themselves. Just be fair and and honest upfront, can not trust a company like this. The APP may be very good, but I will never know. I hope they go bankrupt.

Today i subscribed that. After subscription i can't open or hang that application. Just after 10 minute i unsubscribed that. As can't open. They mailed me that bailing on 19. But i cancelled. Don't know whether they will charge or not. My money. Even i can't open anything. But most of the review bears negative

I cancelled subscription and deleted the app and they are still trying to charge my credit card!! It's a scam and the app doesn't work. I would give a zero star rating if it was possible STOP TRYING TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD! I DO NOT WANT TO PAY $60 FOR AN APP THAT DOESN'T WORK!!

This App was useless to me, didn't do what I wanted, lots of ads, sent to payment pages. I cancelled the same day & emailed. Got no response, so I contacted Google. The company has now charged my credit card $39.99 twice in a few days. I just found out that I have to deal with this issue here. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE 'BE CLOSER' TO SIGN ME UP AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD & CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD, $39.99 /week FOR 2 WEEKS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I REQUEST IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION & REFUND OF $79.98. BEWARE

This is deceitful. How would you say start free and next add card payment. If you start free, then do that otherwise you go straight with start by adding your card payment. Let customers know they are going to pay for using this app. Additionally, there should be a trial use of the app. Be clear and plain as to the contents and conditions of your app, stop deceiving people of their card details. NB! No star for you. Your app is deceitful. When your terms are clear then we would use it.

I installed the app may 7th, couldnt use it and so i tried to cancel the free trial. That didnt work. i sent an email to the apps support site and since then theyve been billing me $40, four times already since may 7th! Noone is responding to the emails, but someone is billing me. This is fraud! I want my money back Is there anyone that got their money back? There are so many bad teviews why is this app still even operating from google? The developers running a scam and do not engage customers!

Daughter subscribed thought it was free and she did it on my account. She is 10 yrs old. I have been trying to get the money back they charged. I looked at account and couldnt figure out who this company was taking 39.99 out of my account. I contacted company through support , no amswer they are making it impossible to get ahold. Wouldnt recommend this app.

This is totally a fraud. I wanted to track my loved one through out his mobile number. He was trying to withdraw a cash from his card accidentally it turns to a debit.. machine didnt turned it back so he goes to a bank and report. Then bank was also wondering why his card was also charge weekly 1,500php it turns to 3,000php a sum they get from his card. In addition dont ever try to DL any apps that are suspicious and not recommended. Dont ever give your mobile number.
