absolutely the worst service of any transportation app. drivers don't come to the right location, randomly cancel, and refuse to even answer the phone! it takes up to 30 minutes just to get a ride!

Cheaper than grab and no overseas card fee. However, the search engine is not tuned to English, making it difficult to search for relevant destinations. If in a hurry, I would use Grab instead.

Customer Support is nonexistent. I've been waiting for 17 days to hear from them, and they don't respond on the app or on their social media pages. GRAB responds within 7 minutes! It is obvious which platform is better

Updated on November 18th, 2025: Where is the Challenges screen or shortcut??? In the new update it's either been removed or made very unintuitive to access. Paying with cash is harder than ever because there is never a discount for it, so I rely on completing the challenges for discount coupons. got some improvement, but it still needs better care. Sometimes I still have to wait for 20 minutes until someone accepts my order. that is too long for me.

no button to switch to be food, the map doesn't even load any restaurants so I can't order anything

Within a minute of my first order in Hanoi I got 7 scam call from Romania. Given I just woke up (did not do anything else yet) and in Romania it was 5am. I dont see any other way the scammers got my number and start to call me. BE must have a data leak or someone must accept food orders and scrap the phone numbers and sell them. Be must solve this.

the system doesn't allow login with credentials previously used, and it gets stuck in sign up mode, so whenever one uses the usual email/phone number, it says the account is in use and won't allow to login. This is a massive bug that must be addressed.

a few times missing item on be food. they require a picture of the missing item (which is a really stupid form of evidence) and because I had no picture of the missing item I was not helped. polite people but really stupid process.

Edit: Now someone help me find menu with the setting to change the language from Vietnamese to English. Translation is okay, most parts are in English. If I compare prices with Grab this app is the cheaper alternative for traveling/living in Vietnam. I would really love to give 5 stars but it's not possible to add any credit card which isn't issued in Vietnam. So only cash payment available while for Grab it's possible...

Horrible app. Keeps telling me there is no connectivity but I am in a an area with a lot of connectivity. Uninstalled and re-installed and still does not work.. When I was able to use it, the drivers were late, very late, the location was inaccurate and the bikes where old, unstable, not safe. Really disappointed. Going back to Grab.

Drivers accept and cancel orders whenever they want. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. Seven drivers have changed

I chose the option to set up the speed limit, but 1 driver canceled and another one told me to turn it off because he said he can't drive under 35km/h??? What is the point of giving the customer an option but they can't use? If it's useless I think it should be removed

Be!! I forgot my password, and entered the incorrect one too many times. It says to click 'forgot password', but when I do, it sends my phone an otp code, and then takes me right back to the same page with the incorrect password. It doesnt fix it, reset it, or allow me to change the password. So now I am locked out of Be! No good!

Used to be good but now there are no more good discounts and barely any drivers.

The food delivery service does not show that whether the place is closed or not. If you place an order and it's closed, your order would be on pending and there are no ways you can cancel the order even if you paid for it, the money just sits there. The chat support and phone support are useless, no one is available helping you out like the service sucks.

I also got threaten by their driver ,this app is not safe. No I don't want to waste my phone bill talking to your bad CS, never able to solve any problem. Worst experience ! I booked a car, and after getting accepted by a be driver, waiting for 10 minutes, he arrived but canceled my drive as other customer who was already there was offering him more. If the app let him do thing like this then they just don't care about what happens to the customers !

Ridiculous customer support for a service where customers may leave their belongings in the car. Customer support chat only available within the app, and if someone tries to help you then they say the phone owner must use the app - impossible if they have left their phone. Meanwhile, over 25 minutes for customer support to pick the call - within which time the driver has had 2 rides, and 1 turned off and stole my phone. Instant support for this type of service is a must have - never use!
