When i selected my items and checked my payment was blocked and i did not bother to purchase the items again, two months after i got a notification saying i have a packages from the site. I was very confused and it was already shipping and delivered by my Courier company. I paid for the shipping which was to high because i did not have time to go through the long process to pay to send this back. You all need to do better uupgrade your site. The clothes was great quality.

Worst shopping experience ever!! Do not recommend at all! It has been over a month and I still have not received my package! Contacted customer service and all they keep doing is asking me to delete my bad review. I'm not deleting a darn thing until I get my order! Maybe if they gave satisfactory service they woulf get a satisfactory rating. Most unprofessional online boutique I've ever dealt with.

Bought a pair of shoes have been trying to cancel my order due to it not going to arrive on time and it goes to customer support and once you give them a little information it literally closes the message and you can't get back into it this is the second time it's happened would not buy it again so disappointed on how hard it is to get through support

I've been asked to send a full image of my ID, card I used to make purchase and screenshot of payment. The payment screen I'm comfortable with, but a complete image of my ID which has my tax registration number and my credit/debit card, hell no. I'm in the process of trying to get a full refund and move on. Worst service I have ever experienced. 😑

Sadly, I didnt make it past the purchase process. It took me almost a week to decide what my first purchase was going to be. I had decided that I am going to own ALMOST everything on this site. I couldn't believe the fact that I had fallen in love with so many items/outfits and the price was the icing on the cake. So you can imagine how disappointed I was when I went to pay and the shipping fee was $54 dollars. Needless to say I deleted the app immediately. I could get 3 more outfits 4 that.

Wouldn't recommend for the fact that shipping is very expensive. let's be real the overall quality of the clothing is not going to be high end. My cart totaled around 60 bucks but once shipping was added the check out price was over 100 dollars. There are other vendors with the same clothes so I'd recommend them over this one.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothes and I did not receive one item and I reached out to see what the issue is and for the longest they kept saying it was in transit but according to the app it said delivered it's been over a month in a half and I keep asking for them to just give me my money back but NOOOO they keep giving me the run around. I feel like I'm being played...TO ALL OTHERS DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I ordered my clothes on November 26th and one month later, still no clothes. I contacted them and they said it should come before January 1st and that they would expedite my order, but it hasn't even shipped out yet. I asked for a refund but they said they can't because the clothes have already been shipped. But for a VERY long time it has been at the same Chinese facility. Also poor updates on the app.

I never leave reviews like this with a one star. If I could give no stars, I would!! BUYER'S BEWARE!! This company doesn't honor their refund policy! I ordered some items and when it arrived it didn't look nothing like what I'd purchased. So right away I requested a refund. And it says refunds before the 14 days are up upon receiving merchandise--I did that! One salesperson said that I'd get a refund minus 10%. Well next thing I know, I get another email saying that salesperson was wrong.

I recently made a purchase on this site. When I first did my review I was trying to be nice however I feel I really need to speak my mind. I love the prices no doubt bit what I do not love is the money missing from my account. I do ordering all the time online from overseas and have never ever been charged such charged a custom fee 13 times some of the amounts were the same multiples of them and some were different charges and few small international fees and all they offered was $26 of $513.

Horrible quality and even worse costumer service.I tried to contact them several times with no success and you have to submit a ticket to try and i mean try to talk to someone from the company. They have no phone contact at all. Very fustrating when nothing you ordered was what it was suppose to be.oh and let's not forget it takes months to recieve your order. Save yourself from aggravation and don't order from there site.

This is a FANTASTIC company to purchase from, whether you're purchasing clothing, shoes or bags, you will NOT be disappointed. My 'derriere' is naturally BIG (like most women of colour), so I've finally found trousers/jeans which fit perfectly without the need to go up a size!

Wish I could have given them a negative zero. Please don't bother ordering with them, it's a SCAM!!! because I didn't send them a picture of my bank card they decided to refund me. I guess a picture of my payment wasn't enough for them. What the hell you need a picture of my card for? People their reviews are terrible. Be aware and DONOT order with them. Plus their shipping is VERY expensive. They need lessons from SHEINS!

I would very much not recommend this site. Because they will not send you everything. That is on the list to be delivered as well as it's incapable of talking to them. Go to WhatsApp and talk to them quicker. But at the end of the day, I'm highly disappointed the clothes that I did get. I'm very grateful for and they fit perfect although; I am definitely not pleased With the fact I'm missing 8 outfits.

I'm leaving a 5 star review. After reading these reviews I decided not to buy anything from here. I would've requested a charge back from my bank or credit card company if I were the pissed off customers. The shipping cost and months of waiting for a package isn't acceptable to me. Try Rome ,Shien or AliExpress. Ur shipping is fast and only cost a few dollars. They don't have customs charges and u can receive tracking updates.

Cheap Cheap Materials worst can't do return need some call a ticket I still couldn't get one sent me half of a order wrong size I spoke with them told them before order went out it's two outfit same they said they didn't see it I got to of same thing bad service never buy from them again worst part is there are no way contact them I try.

Basically the quality of the clothes is like Ross or DDs. Yes it's cute but to ship you want to charge double the clothes price. Ya'll got it backwards. Charge clothes the shipping price and charge the shipping price the amount you have on the clothes. 🤦‍♀️ Just might as well use Shein.

I ordered over a month ago. Said it shipped on the 4th of October. So I emailed last week the lady said it's be here within 2-3 days... It is now Monday and I can't contact anyone to figure out when it'll be here. Very disappointed with this app. Wouldn't give any stars if I could. Most definitely will not be recommending to anyone.

I would not recommend buying from Bella wholesale because my shipment got delivered to the wrong house and which was the mailman fault but Bella wholesale would not replace the stuff I ordered and sent they don't ask if you want to buy insurance when you order then I didn't get anything replaced and I was out $30.04 for nothing. Bella wholesale does not care about their customers.

Great app. Easy to maneuver. The clothing fit great. True to size for the most part. I used the size charts. Everything I ordered fit. I will definitely be ordering again.
