Not bad so far, bit it is early. I will keep updated. edit: There is always an issue when i try to withdrawl. i have a significant amount of money in theirbapp. However, whenever they do respond, which is seldom, there is always a "technical issue". I spent my time driving and searching and is all i am asking for is the reimbursement. It is really a shame.

Very user friendly app. I for some reason only get offered treasure hunts but at all the stores near me, that's cool, but treasure hunts are hard to find products, & if you're unable to locate them, then you barely make $ but the money comes in if you're able to locate the items, & I personally have yet to find any but I've only attempted twice so far, so everything is still new for me. I also personally think that everything has room for improvement & nothing is ever perfect so 4 of 5 stars

I have been using this app for around 2 years give or take, but I will get frustrated and not use it for a period of time and then decide to give it another go. My main issue is that the treasure hunts, which is about 90 percent of the Jobs I'm offered, but the items are very rarely in stock. I have literally gone through every upc code in the section it's supposed to be in and only once have I found one. I keep hoping it'll improve because I like the apps set up/concept! Plz work on it

if they would get their pay outs right, I'd give 5 stars .I enjoy the missions and the cash if the items are available,but most of them are not at the store or out of stock.. depending on your commute via vehicle or bike may not even be worth your trip and they don't take that into consideration and make it worth your time. so with the payment issues twice already 1st in app shows pymt pending (several days), 2nd then shows $0 but no money in my account was transferred from them. aggravating!!!

The app is great but has some issues with missions and payments. Sometimes, the missions are clear, then othertimes they aren't, which makes it frustrating. The item can perfectly make the description, but the app has very different barcodes. The app does pay, but I have not gotten my 4th payout yet. Even though I requested it last Thursday and I'm still waiting. They say it takes 30 minutes to 3 working days via PayPal. Hopefully I get my payment soon because the app is legit and good.

So they give you missions to find items, half the time it's items that don't have barcodes because they are from the kitchen at a gas station. Then if you get a mission in a store that's tiny and you don't make 10 laps around the store they reject it because "you should have spent more time looking" The item says frozen. But if you only check the frozen section. Nope denied. You 50 cents for most quests . Just not worth it anymore. Oh and if they deny it you lose points , the points level you ∆

Update August 2023 THEY JUST STOLE 500 points because they said I didn't take enough time to find 1 item in a Dollar Tree!! It doesn't long ESPECIALLY when we ask employees if they carry the item! Don't recommend using this app anymore! (Waiting for a reply, we'll see if they reverse their mistake!) Update July 2023 They hve now lowered the price per item to $3!! Hardly worth it anymore with the amount of mistakes that they make! My experience? I'm level nine!!

This is a great to pick up some money here and there. Missions change at least once a week and are easy and fun. Completing missions is a great way to get more comfortable taking pictures and secret shopping in public! My only issue is, there is no way to cancel a shop without being penalized. But my experience has been 98% positive. I love that it travels so well, I can do missions wherever I go! This app has been a game changer for me!!!

Simple, easy interface, but the only jobs I can see in the US are "treasure hunts," which really means they're sending you out to decipher a poorly scanned receipt line item with a catch-22 of "must match our incorrect UPC code." I panned the map over to Europe just to see, and sure enough, plenty of real jobs there. Unfortunately this company hasn't really gotten into the US market.

Extremely harsh and obstuse app to work with. I've only had this for 2 days but unlike field agent or mobee which I've used in the past, the windows for your missions are extremely small. You also get penalized if you have to give up the mission, additionally the rewards are not to scale for the effort to find some products. I was told to find Plastic wrap, of unknown brand, at an average price of 30$ For a completion prize of 3.50 maybe. Additionally you get punished if you can't make it.

Hardly ever missions, and when there are, they barely payot for them, even when you do find and verify the products. Not to mention your deducted points when you don't complete in time so when the app malfunctions, which happen ofter, you better make sure you've covered your but, but even still you'll have to file a form and submit everything thing and it TONS of extra work and time that you don't/won't get paid for. Its not always worth the time, effort, or headache.

Great app! This app really does pay you to review items in stores! The payments are reasonable ranging from $2.50 a mission to $15 a mission. They pay you as soon as you request it as well. The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the item description they give you to find the items is sometimes impossible and frustrating!!! Other then that great app and they also pay you for your effort if you can't find the items!

At 1st the only Missions were all over an hour away and not worth what the missions paid. Until I realized I hadn't set my City in settings. Once I updated that, I awoke to various missions within 5 miles. The barcode scanner malfunctioned on the last 2 items for my first mission. I believe it was a result of the shiny containers & florescent lighting. All was not lost as I was pleasantly surprised to see that I earned $7 from a potential of $11.50. Most importantly, I had fun. Best app ever!

Great app for little easy store gigs. Only complaints I have are the products on missions not being sold in the store half the time. Also, many times the barcodes don't match. The barcode given in the app is not the same as the one in the store, even when it is the exact same product. However, this is common with all the similar apps I use. Your missions get approved extremely fast compared to other apps, but you can only cash out every two weeks as a beginner. Overall I think it's a great app.

They pay you, but newcomers beware. I cashed out $1.50 just to see what the process was like. Turns out you can only cash out every 2 weeks. Most of the products asked for aren't sold in the store, but they pay you 50¢ for trying. I'm convinced that they send you into stores to find products that aren't there so the vendor can stock them. 90% of products aren't at the store. The ones I found were 1 number off on the barcode, so they didn't count. My camera didn't work 99% of the time.

How can you expect your eyes to complete a mission in 2 hours when you can't answer a technical issue in 2 weeks (and I'm willing to bet two months). The camera in your app wouldn't work. No way to know this before starting my first mission in a store. I followed all the suggestions and they did not fix my issue. I reported it and sent a screenshot of the point the app was stuck on without advancement. No response. Not even a "we received this". Great app for WASTING time, gas, & money.

I think the app is pretty good. I like that it builds incentives for new auditors to keep it exciting, as far as the mission pay it's not too bad could be a little more since we don't get compensated on gas to travel to each location, also the payout and approval period is to get the full earning is a bit of a pain to have to wait forever. Even with paypal as my cashout option i would of expected it to be instant or at least a few hours at max it's paypal.

The barcode scanner in this app is garbage and can't read some barcodes. It is a frustrating waste of time to stand around and watch this app not be able to read certain barcodes. I have found specific products as part of the "missions" and the only option is to submit "product not found" There isn't an alternative if the barcode scanner doesn't work. You just end up wasting time.

At first i really like the app cashed out with no issues but now its been a bunch of bull. I've been waiting to be able to cash out for for no less then months now. They respond to my emails claiming something went wrong and they're working on it but they also claim others are still able to cash out even though some cannot. It may small in cash value but the principal isn't. They are basically cons at this point.

It's fun .when u have time to do it. I don't think the pay is enough tho. I'm still using my gas . Maybe increase rates or add a gas perk. The missions are pretty simple once u get the hang of it. The product descriptions could be better. But over all I like it gonna keep doing it. It's like a mini savings account too. Hopefully they will raise the pay scale enough to supplement the gas hikes and price increases on everything . I will have to do 30 of these to make any money. It's fun tho
