I love how it shows me what to do and how to do it. It's very thorough and quick and easy exercises tailored to what you want to work on, and it alternates through different exercises so you're not just doing all legs every day. You have time to relax your legs and work on arms or abs, etc. I also like that you can track your meals and water. And it also gives you meal ideas. I paid only $15 for a month to try it out and it's been great at motivating me and getting me started on daily exercises.

This app is really good for those who are getting back into exercise. Just be careful of what choice u pick when u say you're beginner, moderate, or do daily exercise. I thought i was moderate, but after doing these, I was like... I think I need to be a beginner. But it gets me going, energized, and I feel the workout the next day. The cost is the only issue I have with the app. I don't have the budget to spend $20+ on the app. I used the free trial. and boy i want to continue after the 14 days.

Information is all good, but there is lots of room for app improvement. Challenges were a disappointment (preset daily message about a generic healthy habit with a linked youtube video for the exercise). The training section is separated into categories, but there is no other way to filter anything. You can find similar exercise sets on youtube/tiktok for free. It feels pretty bare bones for an app, but it has promise if they update features.

These people will offer a 6 dollar trial for 1 week and then auto bill you 40 dollars a month. They are not up front about the billing terms. Terms are buried in their app. I constantly get adds from the trying to sell additions to their plan every time I am in the app. It isn't even a very well thought ut workout. I've seen better for free. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! And as far as the response, no, they do not make it apparent they would auto bill me 1 week later for 40 dollars for 1 months service.

I just downloaded and pay the fees but I am bit disappointed cuz I tough all programs were included and more structured but you actually need to pay them individually. The free one you can easily find them on YouTube. Not impressed. I was very excited about this app. I will try the 4 weeks because it's been paid off but not guaranteed that I will stay after. 😐

So far so good! I really enjoy the guided workouts. Exercise is a hard journey to start because it's hard to know what to focus on to reach your goals. The apps guided workouts makes it easy to just follow along! I'm excited to see what sort of results I get after my 3 months. It motivates me to eat better too, because if I exercise I feel less inclined to put bad food in my body.

I've been using this app for over 2 years and in the last few weeks it's stopped working. I used to get varying, interesting workouts every day that kept me motivated. Now, it cycles through 3 exercises, often duplicating the same routine on consecutive days. Support has been unresponsive, so I sadly canceled my subscription and am looking for a replacement. Not paying for an app to cycle 3 exercises. Disappointed after 3 years of being happy. Maybe they'll fix it one day.

I love this app, it gives a variety of workouts you can do with or without the reformer!!! it can help you track a bunch of stuff like calorie intake, calories burned etc. my only complaint is about the workout videos being too fast. the instructor in the videos just gets to the workouts & doesnt demonstrate the move before hand so its hard to keep up, constantly having to watch & pause or rewind.

They have very nice advertising. Which drew me in. The app is nice but everything is a bit pricey. After the trial ended they of course charged me full price, in their defense they sent me a reminder email. I was able to get some resolve on the billing issue. Which I was grateful for, I feel like my voice was heard. It is very nice to have a meal plan and the exercise videos are nice with music that is nice to listen to, but not overbearing. May try it again in the future.

great up good exercises had me for the first few days. Then I accidentally started a difficult one. half way through my wrists started to give up, my arms couldn't hold me anymore and I realized... there is no pause button. That happened 3, 4 and today 5th time. I always give up on the exercises and I don't want to start another 25 mins one so I end up quitting. I'm demotivated. All bc there is no pause button or an option to add 1-2 mins break 💔

Android version is lacking. You can track calories but have no way to see prior days or to even share them with your coach. I am told that these things are available in the iPhone version but net yet in Android. but im paying for something that doesn't work. My coach is great, but sharing with her in the app is vis screen shots and photos of meals. that seems like such a basic thing to fix. I got a response from the developer that indeed, there is no way to review prior day meals or share. :(

I have tried a few Tai Chi workout apps and this is the first one that explained when to breathe. For example, the others kept saying breath in going up and out going down but with both arms moving it was confusing and difficult. The master explaining to breathe while following one arm made a huge difference. Thank you I look forward to learning more and soon moving more during the workouts

I only started using the app for the pilates challenge. After diving further in I realized it has all the features that I have other apps for. Fasting, water and meal trackers. I can also add or change my workouts or choose to add another challenge. Great app I love coming back to it everyday. I've been able to lose 37 lbs in under 4 months.

I like the app a lot. I'm using it mostly for food logging at the moment and there are somethings I wish they would add to make it better: the ability to add my food in and not just search their database and the ability to see the meals I ate on other days. Those two things would make the app near perfect.

Won't work. Can't log in. Downloaded the app. went through the questions and entered my email. I go to log in and I never set up a password but it's telling me my email is already registered. ok...but when I go to have them send a link to create a new password, I never receive an email to create that new password. and there's no way to create a new password! I contacted customer service and explained this all and they apparently never read my initial email!

The price is a bit high, especially because the monthly fee only includes their daily workouts, if you want different workouts or features they'll nickle and dime you. I did the three month option, on month two and I supposed if you're just starting out working out or getting back into it this might be ok for you. For me, I already work out almost daily, and I've found that on their hardest tier the challenge doesn't build day to day, stage 2 seems to be exactly the same as stage 1.

I purchased a 12-week trial for $36.99 on Instagram afterwards it directed me to download the app which made me pay an additional $19.99 I've been in contact with customer service via email back and forth several times trying to get clarification on the difference on the payments that I made because it seems as though the app and the free trial are the exact same. so I paid double and now they won't refund my money. it has been a inconvenience with their customer service communication

I've had this app/fitness program for just under a week, and I really like it for several reasons. First, just seeing the app on my cellphone is helping me to drink more water which is helping a few physical issues already. Second, I like the short duration of the workout videos and that I can exercise anytime and basically anywhere. Third, I'm definitely getting good exercise but without the sweat! Which makes working out anytime and anywhere even more possible.

Marketing and sales practices feel unethical. Shows exercises being done with simple resistance equipment and won't show you pricing for it until you purchase a subscription. I purchase it thinking the "simple" equipment can't be that bad... HA! Boy, was I wrong... $200. Now I have a horrible taste in my mouth from dealing with this company's business practices, and a subscription for something I bought with the effectiveness of the equipment in mind, but I just fell for a marketing ploy.

The app is fine. It was nice to have a physical reminder to drink water and work out. However I am a very active person and I felt like many of the workouts were too easy for me, even on the high intensity. I have to do 3 or 4 of the workouts before I feel sore. I just think a YouTube video would be more helpful. I also don't like how the app is set up to loss weight, I am not trying to loss weight, and the app would still send me reminders about caloric intake and walking to loss weight ect.
