In Slovakia I can't select the store from map, when I click on it on the map then nothing happens. When I try to find the store in List view it isn't there - it seems that only stores in Poland are visible.

Christmas adv appears endlessly even after clicking "I understand". Impossible to use the app. Great job!

very frequent requires updates; information about products presented in rather chaotic and not user friendly way. functional as a digital paper version rather than a real app! A lot of space for improvement!!!

With the new interface the app seems much nicer and it is faster as well, however it is REALLY annoying having to login everyday, why so much security? Is it really necessary to login everyday?!

Great app! It works smoothly and the interface is very user-friendly. However, it would be even better if you added a search-by-name feature. Currently, relying only on barcode scanning can be a bit limiting if you don't have the product right in front of you.

Works, sometimes. All day I'm trying to look at my offers, can't. Everytime the app tells me to "try again" "something went wrong try again" trying again doesn't work. I uninstalled the app and installed it again. Now it doesn't work at all, I can't even log in. It's a shame. When it was working I would go shopping every day and look forward to using shakeomat. Hope you'll fix the app.

If you call your store Ladybug, your app must have a lot of bugs) And this app is full of them. Laggy, buggy, slow and not working sometimes. I buy always in one store, and I get my special offer of goods, that my store don't have. Scanner for barcode is so slow, that it is faster to use store scanner. Meaningless app for me, except transaction history.

Nit able to login in Android mobile now(Pixel). After entering mobile number it shows error "Your account was moved to new biedronka app", but I don't see the new version in Play Store. It was very useful in the past especially for foriegners as it support English version. Now its really painful 😣

Overall concept is good with shakers. But app is very slow to open and react. Especially when it starts with loading offers. No choice to straightly jump in to app and go through offers as app takes 30-45 seconds just to push "start" button. You guys need to hire really good Android developers to enhance your app as it is like a turtle 🐢! No offence guys! But that's clear facts!

Forgot to charge my phone and when i restarted it, the app told me to use only new version, reinstalled it and nothing, I opened a ticket and the reply was something like "We have a bug...sorry". Bravo people, next time make sure you test the update before you launch it.

After updating the app month or longer ago it becomes worst experience ever , so you can't login without phone , you can't delete your phone from app. They spam you with messages , I change phone to a random one , the new phone does not working the old phone does not working , they continue send you spam . All you can do delete the account it's the best way to solve all the bugs . But now I don't have account I just lost it and still continue receive it's spam. Fix - mark those sms as spam

App is hot garbage. Frequently logs me out, and when I try to log back into it via the SMS passcode, I never get it. Developers claim they fixed the issue but are clearly LYING. The SMS promos are basically trolling, since I can't take advantage of them. This is beyond infuriating!

App is ok, but i can't recover password, i didn't set any, cause registered with my phone number, and want to login with my laptop, but can't without password but when I try to recover it and get a link, by ckicking the link i see the "you already log in", but that's not true, so there is no way to login from laptop

It takes 20 seconds just to get to the main screen. When you lose internet connection, you need to reload it and wait another 20 seconds. It's best to uninstall it completely because it does the opposite of helping you while getting your groceries :)

The app is useless in the store as there is no internet connection inside any of the Biedronka stores at least in Gdańsk. So my advice is to make a screenshot of your card's barcode 🙈 Right now the Mocniaki game is on, but I cannot take a quiz, because it simply shows me 1 question many times and then decides I lost the quiz. Cool 👎

The worst retailer in Poland forces people to install their bloatware by requiring it to activate some discounts. But they are the worst in this too - unlike competitors, many of these discounters are simply fake - they bring in microscopic quantities of discounted goods to stores, so that the stocks are exhausted within a couple of hours (for example, it happened with butter at 4.95 per pack on Dec 16) - so they force to install it not in exchange for a discount, but in exchange for a fake.

Not able to login. Everytime I login it's sending the same message that " your account was moved to new Biedeonka app". Is there a way to fix this? I have been struggling to login since last 2 weeks.

I am wondering, why this big supermarket chain can't afford a decent development team?! There is always an error message "Something went wrong on our side" when I try to log in. The whole experience of using it is dissapointing
