BILT: 3D Instructions

Would be great, except does not match the product instructions or box letters in the case of the item I am trying to assemble. I nearly contacted the manufacturer to tell them parts were missing, but then I checked the paper instructions and saw that the box letter this app they told me the part was in was not part of the set for my model. I checked to make sure I had looked up the right model, and I did. Update (response to manufacturer): it was a Weber Genesis E-335 Grill.

decent app and nice idea. but it is hard to use on a small screen. ability for browser experience would help a lot - for access from laptop. also when scrolling thru the steps would be nice to see a title, not just the picture, to take the guesswork out.

awesome tool to install Manny different things. pretty much leaves no room for error. What a great idea. And the visual is spot on, simple easy instructions. Sometimes I think people get overwhelmed thinking about doing something they have never done. And this completely takes all that overwhelming feelings out of the picture completely. Making your task much less stressful. So thank you.

Horrible to try and install a garage door opener from chamberlain. some info flat out wrong. spoke with support, i need to disassemble the garage door to fix this mistake. also, you cannot see the direction of important parts because the long 3D models get unwieldy and are too big to be useful. directions are very different from official paper instructions. What a waste of time! Just download the written instructions from the website.

Complete waste of an app, terrible instructions, clumsy UI. Could have printed the instructions on the sheet of paper rather than the QR code for this waste of space on my phone. Shame on you.

Very easy to follow and ilimintes trying to figure out what they mean in the written instructions and with the small print.

Absolutely make the assembly super easy and fast. If only I had this app for everything I needed to assemble, I'd be set! Truly a game changer for this independent single momma! 😜

I have used the BILD app twice now and can say that it provides the most clear and straightforward instructions that I have ever experienced. Much better than printed instructions!

No complaints. nice to have visual models and animations instead of just paper instructions. definitely makes things a lot easier. I think some improvements would be the navigation and scrubbing through audio could be improved. currently, you have to listen to a long instruction for the little bit you missed.

Installing the curved rod myself was much easier with the step by step installation video! I love it!

easy and great instructions. had to ability to zoom in the 3d model and maneuver.

simple to follow and the 3D pinch and rotate options are superb,, !!

I dont rate many apps but this 1 deserves all the stars, made my life at Christmas time alot easier. thankyou

wow, so far I think this app will be very helpful. I may even let my son assemble or install some things. I'm likely to look for and purchase products that have the Bilt logo knowing that there's an easy instruction process for me & my son.

the instructions were easy to follow and you can pause and retain where you left off. The diagrams highlighted each new parts in a different color to be sure you had the correct one/ones.

Excellent interactive instructions! You can manipulate the viewpoint in these animated step-by-step instructions and see detailed models of the subjects, including descriptions of visible parts. It works really well!

easy to follow instructions especially with the images
