Bogus app. They stole my money. Purchased a half year subscription, and could not play a single series or movie. The free trailers play just fine. Also, if I try to use this app in another device, it straight up asks to subscribe, like my subscription payment just vanished in thin air! If this is not a scam, I don't know what is!!

Recommend to not subscribe. Purchased subscription but didn't show even a single premium content. Highly dissatisfied at their unprofessionalism.

One app which has no option to choose video quality,screen rotate,to skip intro,no option to choose or close subtitle, just an amateurish development!

I thought I was the only one who isn't getting any sound on the Euro games, but then I came here to see the reviews and found more people with the same issue. I am paying for video content that has no sound. When I unsubscribed (so that they don't charge me next month) they immediately took away my subscription, whereas it's supposed to be that I will have the subscription for the time I paid for at least. What a waste of money. Sorry Rabbithole, I was too critical towards you :(

Bogus App. Bought monthly pack but shows me as free user. Can't find any option to watch in full screen. Improve.

Please do not purchase it; it is not worth it. It keeps disconnecting me from my TV. I had to sign in more than five times just to play one movie. After a few days, I can't even log in. What a joke! This is nonsense, and it probably has a bug. The app needs a lot of improvement.

They have no yearly package. And monthly package is 99 taka, yearly 1200 tk almost, which is not worth it.

Worst app ever. Can't even see a premium content like Euro 2024 in full screen. The app doesn't support that. (Device Pixel 7). I had to use google chrome to watch the game in full screen on the same device. I should have never bought the subscription from them. Their page event don't have any way to contact support.

I am giving one star because of their subscription policy. You see, there's no logic to automatically activate the "auto renewal" option during subscription. Worse, no notification regarding auto renewal appears while paying for subscription. You can only notice it when you get the text message mentioning the charge. There MUST be an option to select or unselect auto renewal during subscription.

I bought 1 day package at the begining of this year. And never again. But they auto renew this package every single tym. I was out of country fr a month. I didn't notice. Now i dunno the id i used. And they are just taking my money away!! This is absurd!! And I'm trying to get into this app but the app won't even open. What a theif these people are

If there is option for negative ratings, I would have given the worst rating for this app. I haven't seen a nonsense app like this in my life. I have high speed internet connection but when I want to watch anything on it, seems im using old edge service of data connection. Their server is truly very slow that you can't imagine. Their contents are awesome. But what will I do with that if I can't watch them? Unlimited hate for you.

I have purchased 1 year subscription, within 10 minutes cancelled the subscription when I saw they didn't have the movies I want to watch. Couldn't find any options to contact customer service, twice I wrote feedback, requested to refund my money, they didn't response, but funny thing they cancelled the subscription the time I cancelled it. Today I found an email address, sent them an email, the email bounced back to me with delivery failure notification. Rubbish app.

Worst streaming app I have experienced till date! Contents are not organized at all instead very puzzling. Live broadcasts are available but does not work on TV properly. It is okay only as mobile app but TV app will take lots of improvement. I am not sure why they are buying sports stream rights for which they are not fully capable yet. And charging us lots of money to compensate the purchases they make.

Binge is a total scam. I subscribed for just one day and paid for it, but once that day was over, the system automatically renewed my subscription without informing me. I lost my money for nothing. On top of that, I couldn't even watch a single movie properly,what should’ve been a 2-hour film ended up taking almost 5 hours due to buffering and terrible streaming quality.

Biggest scam app. I have purchased 6 months subscription. But the app is not at all working. They have given me subscription for 6 months but it stopped working after watching it for 1 day only!!!!! They even do not have any customer support. This is worst OTT platform ever.

Very poorly made app. Bought subscription for Euro Finals, could not even watch it for a second. It wasn't even there. The android TV app os the worst I have ever seen. The UI is worse than any other low budget Bangladeshi streaming platform. On top of that they automatically kept taking money everyday. I didn't even ask for any auto renew. NOBODY WOULD EVER WANT AUTO RENEWAL ON A DAILY PACK SUBSCRIPTION.

I purchased a one-day subscription 10 days(2 times) earlier for Tk. 19 via bKash. However, I later discovered that Tk. 19 was being deducted daily without my consent. This cyclic subscription setup was not disclosed to me. I can't even stop the deductions through bKash, as your app has no 'unsubscribe' button. This is the cheapest marketing police I've ever seen! The loop holes to cheat the customers without their concern is a crime. I request a full refund asap.

This app is a piece of work. Garbage is the best word. When I signed up I used my US number. I had to make payment outside of the Google app which was a big mistake. One of the major flaw was every time I opened the app I had enter my number and an OTP. Now the app completely stopped working. Now it is telling me to enter an Airtel/Robi number. There is no way to contact support. So essentially, I lost $50.

It's just a money making platform of robi/airtel by stealing/scamming the customers. When I subscribed first time it took the amount from my acount for the monthly package, but it wasn’t acrivated. So I subscribed again, and this time it took the amount again and subscription was complete. From the very next day, the app is showing me as a free user. And definitely I can't watch the premium content. What a shame.
