BitTorrent®- Torrent Downloads

I'm not sure why it's happening now, maybe the most recent update, but it's closing within seconds of opening. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and done everything that would clear out any normal conflicts that would have popped up, but I can't keep the app open for more than a few seconds. Using an old phone, but it's worked flawlessly before now.

Great app. There is definitely some features missing from the desktop client, which is to be expected from any mobile app. The UI is a bit different but it gets the job done. Works great. Only thing I could really dock points for is the ads; which again, are part of any well oiled mobile app to get the devs paid well. Thanks to bittorrent on behalf of all archivists, we couldn't do it without you.

BitTorrent is the best. I've used it on my PC for over 10 years & the app is great for my phone & tablet. It's a little disruptive when an add blasts open full screen with no way to exit the screen for several seconds. But that's why it's free I guess. There aren't as many control options as the PC version & you don't want to seed on mobile data so be careful there. It's best to remove the torrent before switching to mobile data just in case. But it works very well.

The app works but has a long way to go to even be on par with its PC counterpart. Its got intrusive full screen unskippable ads that have caused crashes for me, forcing me to restart the downloads. The download speeds seem to be quite a slower than on my PC. Its UI needs improvement along with its basic and advanced settings. For example, you can't select a specific file location prior to download to doesn't really exist. Means you'll have to dig through your file system to find your download.

Been loving this app for a very long time. The most recent update makes it look and feel so unfamiliar, as well as gutted. I can no longer pick which items to seed, restrict or separate. It's like they made this for beginners. Really, the absolute deal breaker for me is that I can no longer see what's seeding and no way to toggle seeds. The are so many options, it's not worth waiting for a fix. Thanks for the good experiences prior.

One of the best peer file sharing apps available for mobile devices. I do recommend to upgrade to the pro version, because it just seems to work much more efficiently and it's just a one time small fee that also unlocks all it's features. Been using BitTorrent for years and will meet all your needs, plus more. I recommend this app to anyone looking for a great P2P or file sharing apps that is also useable on your PC as well. Great job on the application! Keep up the good work!!

Warning! DO NOT download this piece of trash app. WAY TOO MANY ADS!!! The ads take over the device and play in full screen for about a minute with the dumbest ads I've ever seen in my entire life. Then they pop up again intermittently while the app is running. There are far better alternatives with higher ratings and more downloads available. Sad because I used BitTorrent on my PC for a decade, and now this crappy app disappoints in every way possible.

I understand an app needing to have ads to support itself and the staff who develops it. However, BitTorrent introduced ads that are extremely intrusive and interfere with my use of the app. No, I will not reward you by getting the "pro" version to get rid of ads. I will be finding an alternative with less intrusive ads and uninstalling BitTorrent. Such a shame too, since I've been using this app for years. Thanks, but no thanks.

A loud obnoxious ad that I couldn't close out of startled me to realizing I should uninstall this app immediately, which is exactly what I did. Note to developers and corporations that pay for their work: there are several dozen apps besides yours to choose from. Ads that startle me with loud volumes, and don't give me the ability to x out of them, are automatic uninstalls and a one-star review. I don't care what your app has to offer. OTOH, If I like an app, I'll purchase it every time.

Worst torrent download app I have used. It randomly freezes up, no option to download individual files, no option of changing the download files are saved, the inconvenience of which is compounded by the fact that if you try opening a downloaded file from within the app it opens a bare-bones media player instead of allowing you to choose a different app. Worst of all is the ads, which require you to watch the same 20 second clip again and again. Don't download.

Just as simple and intuitive to use on android as on pc. I've been using this software since the early 2010s, the ads here and there are obviously annoying, but still 5 stars, because even though it does have ads, they are minimal and only last 6-12 seconds, and you are allowed to close them early. Understanding that ads are required to keep the software free for consumer use, this app doesn't cram it down your throat, again, GREAT app.

2 minutes worth of full screen ads that loudly took over my phone and kept that control for 2 minutes, I hadn't even had the app for 5 minutes. You didn't deserve a penny for my downloading the app without using it, and I won't. I just wanted to see what the pro version looked like before buying. The ad also took over my audiobook and paused it.

most annoying app I've experienced. First cannot find anyway to add a link for downloading. Then likes to go straight into advising without giving you the opportunity to go back and try a sort out your first issue

I've used the likes of BT for over a decade and will vender never switch apps. its free, meets my needs, and can do everything I need. highly recommend. I'm very sleepy as I write, so forgive the scatterbrain!

Bruh. What happened to this app? The ads are downright invasive. They play every few seconds, and to get out of the ads is a nightmare. Worst of all the dowloads will pause the moment the app drops to the background.

It's unbearable currently. Constant ads, Opening other apps aka AliExpress as ads. Its relentless, I simply cannot use this app anymore and there is better options. do not waste your time!

This is absolutely your only option for downloading torrents. It's fast as hell and extremely easy to use.I highly recommend fam 😆.I won't deny the ads are kinda annoying but they have to make money somehow right?

The app as it is now is totally useless. First issue it opens the search results in Google which yields nothing as these are filtered out second the sheer amount of ads is insane

Works just as well as the PC version with minimal ads. Edit: 9 years later and im uninstalling because of the constant ads. where does the time go?

This app has more Temu adverts than Temu factories have Temu stock. I miss the way this app worked before adverts. It used to be quick and easy. Now it's just ads and ads. What a sad downfall of a once great app
