There many things that are required for the app to be "functional": - stop spamming localisation requests while I didn't start a ride yet. - messaging is terrible. Between the missed notifications and the unreliability to send/receive a message, the app forces us to use other means of communication. - mange your activities correctly. Why do I have browse drivers, leave and browse again? Every activity is unreliable. I have not been a driver so I can't tell you what they see.

I managed to use it a few times and i'll say it's handy for people that actually use it. Where they lose all their points is because you can't disable your account, ever. The consequence is that I'm still getting trajects planned every week even after doing everything i could to delete my acc So most of the users you'll see probably already stopped using this app. THIS IS A PROBLEM BOTH FOR PEOPLE USING THE APP AND THE ONES WHO STOPPED USING IT. FIX IT QUICK !!

What is wrong with this App? same as other blablacar app. While I use the website until now and works well, but the app is just thurible. i can't login to my account, it's not possible to change language(only French), not possible to make new account. it just doesn't work. what's wrong with you people in development team? Do you take all of you a long vacation? so many users are sharing their frustration, don't you care?

The application is completely unreliable, the timing of pick up are not consistent between the driver and the carsharer. You always need to reconfirm it. Also, it would be better if the driver could write exactly the point of retrieve. Instead, we always have to specify it and most of the time we are contacted by passagers who are absolutely not on our way. The messages are also not working well, they don't load properly. The old version of BlaBlaCar worked so much better

Awful user experience! My frustration is beyond imagination after trying everything to make it work. I have been using the app for almost 2y, I have never loved it, but my company asked me to use it. Today, the user experience just touched the worst possible level. I was invited by my colleague for a carpooling, but when I accepted, it asked me to renew my card for payment (even if I had more than enough in my wallet). I added 3 cards, I updated the app l, I tried everything, but the app sucks

Used blablalines and got a ride to my place of work today. Great concept. Instead of having more cars on the street, it would be awesome if people use carpool more. Less pollution and less traffic. The app still has a lot of bugs, but is usable.

Good app but not so easy to change a pick-up location. I have reduced the number of stars because I'm not able to add my bank account permanently. I have reached 10 euros but I'm still not able to transfer my balance.

The blablacar and the blablalines apps are both limited regarding the region and languages options. Which is sad since it's supposed to connect people. I'm a french expact leaving the netherlands, i cannot set blablalines in english and use a dutch phone number or address! everything is stuck in french. Please do something about the language and regions, thanks.

Very bad. Not their fault people are not using the app. But they show tons of people taking you to work : nobody is actually using the app or responding. The ride should only appear when people are active instead it is all fake. Don't trust if you need to go to work.

My experience with Marie was exceptional, very nice young Lady thank you so much Marie and blablalines. There is a problem with the times though..eg if I put 5:30am my booking shows 6:30am and most of the persons that comes up in the search, havent been using blablalines for a while. Aside from that it's a very great way to carpool.

Painful registration with multiple countless retries then really really wants gps with all services activated (WiFi network...) when i only want gps on my phone. This works like a charm on other apps not with this one😠. I stopped trying to make it work...

Amazing application. Always meet really good people. If the app can have multiple destinations option, it'd be even more useful. Currently it can only be used between Home and Work.

Is it possible to somehow add a buttonsaying that WE ARE READY AND WILLING and LOVING TO WALK TO THE Damn meeting point. because Some people are just refusing the trip while we are just 200 meters away. the reason being well the meeting points does not suit them. It happened 4 times in a row

Terrible application. Some pop-ups always block screen and you can't go back. You can't see the drivers list on your route and nearby roads. Not recommended.

I cannot even click on "let's go" because it's overlayed with text on privacy, T&Cs, and many links, so you cannot reach the let's go button! Review your design please

Good app. Needs more work on setup though. Super easy to use after it's setup correctly. Otherwise, it's a superb idea and ecolo...

The App doesn't work when trying to input the security code sent to my email. It automatically refreshes itself and sent me back to the home screen.

While opening, the app bugged. (The circle symbol keeps turning around) Then I can't access to any functions. Error "something went wrong. Please try again"

Does not work with non-French numbers. It is overly restrictive as it makes it impossible for foreign travelers in France to use the app.

Great tool for carpooling. Used it as a passenger. Missing a couple of options but they cant be blamed.. they just launched it..
