Love thier products, been buying them for many years, but their customer service has declined significantly. Orders were delayed due to new warehouse/process, which has not worked out to their expectations and I accept things happen. However, my order is missing an item and I reached to their customer service a couple of times over the last few weeks, but the only response I've received is from a bot saying they will work in the order received & no other response, so still awaiting resolution.

Tried to order through the app. But it always ask for shipping and billing address even though its auto saved. Other than that app is good. Now getting what you ordered is another question 1st order had to email and complain to get it after waiting a month, the last three have just been messed up. Like I am ordering from a grab bag. Just use Amazon or go to a physical store if possible.

what the hell is happening with BRCC and their website and / or app. It won't let me order. I can't add to the cart. Furthermore, it won't accept my first responders' discount. It's very frustrating. I've also reached out via email, and they wanted info from my order. I was never able to complete the order, the reason Im emailing. I love your coffee but hate this. I dont want to go back to Duncan. Help me!!!

Not user friendly. Also when I click the option to email, it gives me no email address to contact them. My order status says fulfilled on the app, but I never received my order. When I finally did reach someone by phone, she said my order would be expedited, however, I still have not received ANY communication or my order. Very disappointing experience all around.

This app (and their website) are unusable. I love the company and want to support them, but the basic interfaces don't work and make it very frustrating to do so. Pages always load with errors, missing elements, etc. Sometimes I cannot scroll through the entire page, but I can scroll half of it away laterally, leaving me with a white screen of nothingness. I can no longer find the affiliate discount list available to me as a club member. The basic shopping experience is clunky and disorganized.

Been a coffee club member for a while and LOVE the coffee. Would really like to spend my $ on your products, but just like almost all the other app reviews, it keeps crashing when i try to checkout. The website is constantly removing my entire cart, the app remembers. Please get the app fixed. Love your products, if you want me to buy them, make them accessable.

absolutely un acceptable. as a member for years getting coffee delivered every two weeks. I try to purchase using my points and the system keeps erroring asking for my billing address and there are no fields for the billing address. FYI, they billing the same card twice a month. also, when try to contact them using the app. when it opens your email the 'to' line is blank. they also don't show the email. very dissatisfied

I love the coffee! The app works sometimes. I have been a subscriber since 2018. I updated my payment information on the app, and I received my order. Then, the next month, it told me that my card had expired & wouldn't process my payment. I had to re-enter my information again. Finally, I received my next order. I have had trouble getting shipping updates, as well. Never had a problem with that until this year.

the app itself is fine. but the company is horrible now. took an entire month to get a Christmas present i ordered December 10th. CEO sends an email with a sob story about how they were changing warehouses (stupid time to do that) amd how shipping was going to be "on them" (i still paid for it). tried emailing and chatting with customer service multiple times to cancel, only to be completly ignored. have been a long time customer but this buisness will not be receiving another dime from me.

I'm having a hard time cancelling an order that was in my subscription. Still having a hard time, taking coffee off my subscription, it'll let me drop it down to one bag, but won't let me take it to zero, I can't figure out how to delete it On a separate note, I got a few shirts, they fit very well. I'm 5'11" 210 lbs. I ordered large. Perfect. Material is a little thin, but I'm in Florida, so that works for me . I've washed them a bunch and they are holding up well. No complaints.

Their app doesn't work. After creating an account, I tried to place an order. After making my selections I had to re-enter my shipping address. Then, on trying to enter my credit card info I got a server error. After three tries (and re-entering my shipping data each time) I gave up and deleted the app. Bye-bye.

Great app for ordering, managing, shopping, and viewing all BRCC products. Easy to use and always friendly staff if further help is required or preferred. I recommend this company and products. The app could be better as far as editing payment type, being able to delete a product from upcoming orders instead of just adding to upcoming orders. It's an ok app. It just needs more user-friendly features.

Your app sucks. 25 minutes of trying to place an order and every time I get to checkout it won't expect my card information, and I tried 3 different card. I will also be cancelling my other orders too if you can't fix the glitches in this application. I like your coffee, but the app really needs some work to make it user friendly.

No longer can place orders easily. Unable to enter my name and address to complete my order. Unable to place an order unless I log into the website. Tried to email customer service using Outlook, and no email populated in the "to" box. No, I am not calling the customer service number tonight. I am moving on to other projects.

Loyal coffee club member here, will be for the foreseeable future. Was excited to learn they came out with an app so that I could more easily adjust my club settings. Unfortunately the coffee club tab on this app is the only one that doesn't work at all. Also, you can't check your loyalty points on the app either. So basically the two things I downloaded the app for don't work yet. Im sure they'll sort it out, but for now it's unusable.

You cannot edit your cart. If you want to change anything in it you must log out & then log back in & start over. Also, I like their website a lot better than their app. The content on the website is more informative & laid out better. It is so much more user friendly than their app. And, you can edit your cart.

(Edit) I just reinstalled the app and that's what ed n it started crashing. However it is opening now for the first time so whatever you guys did you fixed it. (Original) .the app crashes every single time i open it and i have never got it to work properly. Love this company and tell everyone about it all the time however your app has something seriously wrong with it.

App not working, I changed my address in my account and the coffee subscription keep going to my old address. I'm not able to call in with the number provided on the app. says too high of customer demands, also if I try to email, the email address is blank when the app opens my outlook to send the email. I can't reach a real person to help. is this a scam?

completing checkout, it autopopulated an old address, but I couldn't tell because I'd scrolled down to confirm the order. the button to contact BRCC and email populated an email with no email address to send to. the call center says due to a high volume, nobody can take your call and then it hangs up. and where'd the chat function go?? I want to love this company, I do love the coffee, but the app is junk. creates too much friction.

Love the product + company mission, but EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service. We have been subscribers for 4 years and last month received grounds instead of beans and we can't get help anywhere. Their phone has a recording saying please email, I've emailed and gotten no response and I've tried the help chat bot. They just sent our next subscription though! Figured out how to keep charging us! We are close to stopping the subscription and start the search for new coffee. Do Better BRC!
