Finally the point expiry is now displayed after going missing for months. Call to bonuslink phone number does not reveal point expiry. Noticed that the 'Survey' tab is missing now after updating. Sad to say Bonuslink stopped sending the monthly account statement to my registered email address for a number of months. Generally poorly maintained app and poor service.

Update 27.05.2025: Bonuslink asks me to report the issue at a link that I have to sign in with Bonuslink Employee credentials. Update 27.02.2026: I uninstalled and reinstalled. Working now
Bad, have been refuelling for a couple of years with Shell. All the points accumulated in Bonuslink cannot be used as mine is a Singapore number. I am not being told that redemption can only made through apps. Very disappointed. Hope to hear a favourable reply. suggest to let singapore number be registered too

The Nov points have been credited into my Blink. Good job, guys. If it happens again, the stars will probably drop to 1 star again. No hurts feeling okay. Anyway, I don't really use the app much because I got the physical card. And my points are not enough to exchange for anything yet. I do, however, like to check my accumulated points via the app.
new features update is very easy to check the point and the thing we can exchange but idk the point when expired if the point got expired pls put the expired date below the point thank you.
Suddenly I have to register a new account despite my old account still active. Contact the customer service thru e-mail and it's been radio silence for more than 1 week now.

Only option to open the app is via phone number, if the phone number not in use we can't open the app and if call customer service to change for new number only AI talks with us and there is no human to assist. In the end I can't even change my number and can't open the app as well

No more transaction history for the past 6 months; tap [Point History], you see only the latest 20 transactions. BUT!!! Tap [Shell Campaigns] and then scroll down, voila~ you see the transaction history for the past 2 months. EVEN BETTER!!! "Shell Asia" app has filters that can return records years ago. (Luckily I didn't listen to them and only use BL for petrol. Could you imagine the mess otherwise? LOL)
Why is my December 2025 point not reflected in the apps? Where Are my point gone? I did used it on Shell petrol station this month with few times already !
lousy app. can't attach file in the submit the request. the choose file button didn't work properly. click and no response. even talk to ai agent also click attach and no prompt out for file attach.
After recent update from play store, all November transactions fuel fill up at shell until today still not updated. Hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm very frustrated. Been months since I've been trying to LINK my physical card but cannot. Maybe it's an old card?. Now recently it's said I can't redeem anything with the card, only by the APP. The problem again now is that I've been trying to log in and even attempted to change passwords despite following the requirements it still can't log in.. There's no way that I can press the button "confirm new password"!! Let us utilize the card for the redemption while u go and fix the app..
