A very versatile app that makes planning more convenient and accessible. I started this app to get items for wedding favors and was impressed by the nice packaging, prompt delivery and overall good customer experience. My one complaint is that there are way too many options that are always unavailable. it seems more like a marketing strategy than anything else. Anyways keep up the good work.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blinkit. I placed an order and later realized that the product quality was not as good as expected. I tried to cancel the order before it was delivered, but there was no cancellation option available. After the order was delivered, I planned to return the item, but surprisingly there was no return option either. This is extremely frustrating for customers when there is no flexibility to cancel or return an order. please improve your return policy.

One of the worst delivery platforms. I had a return pickup order, but for the past 2 hours, it's showing the delivery person will reach the destination within 13 minutes. Even the customer service people couldn't contact their own delivery person or stores and are telling us they're unresponsive. You can imagine the state of a customer trying to reach them. This shows the condition of the service they provide.

For the past few days, every time I try to place an order on Blinkit, I see a “High Demand Surge Charge” added to the bill. It seems to appear almost every time I open the app to buy something. It would be better if Blinkit applied such charges more reasonably or ensured better availability of delivery partners. Otherwise, the app and service are quite convenient, but this constant surge charge makes the app unreliable for regular shopping.

I've just edited my review. I was always satisfied with blinkit .. since zomato launched this app I've been using it from day 1 . Recently I've been experiencing just opposite of what blinkit has been offering a while ago. There's always a delivery time of 20-30 minutes now, there's always surge , the productivity is zero nowadays. I can't even order more than a pack of cigarettes. There's no service now .. It's dull. The charges have gone up on the sky and the service has dropped so far below.

I like using Blinkit because the delivery is very fast and convenient. It is very helpful when you need something urgently at home. The app is easy to use and most products are available. However, the prices of some products are a little higher compared to normal stores, and sometimes extra charges are added. Still, because of the quick delivery and convenience, it is a good option for emergency or last-minute shopping......👍🏼

I love their thoughtful packaging. Every time I order I never miss a chance to see what's there on their paper bag this time. I've saved few of them as well. Very easy and useful app, products never disappointed me till date. Well behaved delivery partners, on time delivery. Great experience. Overall I'm their happy platform user!. This is the second time this has happened with Blinkit. I placed an order and paid in advance, then waited almost 30 minutes while the app showed the delivery partner was on the way. Suddenly the order was cancelled without any proper reason. Now I have no order and my money is stuck for 5 days for refund. This is very frustrating and irresponsible service. Customers’ time and money should be respected. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a weighing scale but it turned out to be defective so a pickup was arranged. The order was picked up but no refund was issued and now when I am trying to connect with the customer service it is redirecting me to the AI assistant and not allowing me to interact with the customer support. Still refund not received it's more than 5 days. One of the worst delivery apps. Zepto and Bigbasket is much better.

Hello Team, It has already been four days since I raised the complaint for the defective product. Today I was informed that the pickup would happen by 10 PM, but it is now 10:30 PM and there is still no pickup, no message, and no update in the app. I have already spent four days following up, sending emails and videos, which is very frustrating. Please arrange the pickup immediately and resolve this issue without any further delay.

When blinkit started, they only charged handling charges of Rs.5, even at low cost items. now they have started taking delivery charges of Rs.30 + handling charges of Rs.25, and showing the message to add more items to avoid these charges. why should I add more items when I don't need them? also showing items everytime in low quantity even when added to wishlist and cart. Super Annoying.

I am satisfied with the product and service quality. However, I am concerned about the increasing minimum order value to avoid delivery charges. Earlier, it was ₹499 during surge pricing, and now it has increased to ₹799. This makes it difficult for customers who only need to purchase items worth around ₹300. I request you to reconsider the minimum order limit or provide a more flexible option for smaller orders.

Worst experience with Blinkit today. I placed an order and it was accepted without any issue, and I had already completed the payment. After around 10 minutes, I received a call from rider support saying that my location is not serviceable. If my location was not serviceable, why was my order accepted in the first place? They asked me to cancel the order myself and said cancellation fees would be deducted. This is completely unfair because the mistake is from their side,not mine.

This is extremely frustrating. I ordered a specific product, but you delivered something completely different. Do you think customers order items randomly and you can decide what we should eat? This is very unprofessional and shows no respect for customer choice. If the product is not available, you should inform the customer instead of sending a different item without permission.

It is a good app till now I have ordered. But I would advise that a group of delivery partners should be assigned only for some area and beyond that another group and to be precise, that area should be well known by that particular group because many delivery partners literally ask strangers to help them to get there and the customers sometimes are too naive about that area. I have reduced its rating just because of minimum 149rs purchase extra delivery charge😭😭😭 that hurts dude.

I had an excellent experience with Blinkit. The delivery was super fast and the items arrived fresh and well-packed. I was really impressed with how quickly my order reached my doorstep. The worst grocery delivery app. I am trying to cancel the order, it is suggesting me to refund the money as a code which can be used with in one month. Who would do that? I ordered and I need to edit the cart, and you are not allowing me to cancel it. That's pathetic. Never gonna order again.

Extremely disappointed. The order was accepted, but then 'paused' indefinitely because no delivery partner was assigned. If a rider isn't available, the app should not allow the order to go through. It wastes the customer's time and holds their money. Fix your logistics synchronization.
