Edit in response to the developer's comment: the pieces were NEVER random. They were intentional and the challenge was to figure out where and how to place them. That's no longer the case. They simply don't fit, causing you to fail so you can watch ads. If you truly want your game to be fair and fun again, change it back. Until then, it has been uninstalled.

it's entertaining for a bit and you're making good progress, then the app will just give you pieces you absolutely cannot fit. that's enough; youre done now. oh, but feel free to watch an ad if you want reasonable shapes to keep playing and beat your high score! Just feels forced. on the other hand, progression in adventure mode is easier. I'm only on the second one, however

Only played this game for about two days, but I am uninstalling it. Ads come up before you start a board, and when you complete it. For the most part, the game is a lot of fun, but I can't handle the ads before/after a board, and they run for about a minute, or less. Then, when you cancel the ad by tapping the 'X', you get sent to Playstore, just to close the page. Uber annoying!

it was a fun game at 1st. every level after a while is an ad. I could understand a 30 second ad but their ads are 1 minute plus. I was playing a level and realized I screwed up, I hit replay nothing happened, I closed the game and cleared it and when I reloaded the game I was at the same point. so, they will force you to watch a 1 minute plus ad whether you want to or not. I'm sure there are other games just like this one that will work properly and not force you to watch 1 minute plus ads!!

The mechanics are fun, but nothing explains or tracks where you can see it how many saves until you wipe completely. The adverts are at minimum 30 seconds each and very frequent. I cannot find a way to even pay to remove them, which I wwould because I do enjoy the game. I am uninstalling due to the lack of visual cues as to how you're doing and the overwhelming ads. Might reinstall if things change, but there are so many games like this, I'll probably just find one that has it all already.

Block Crush is very straightforward and easy to pick up. At first, it almost makes you feel smarter than you are because the early levels are extremely simple and forgiving. You can breeze through most of the game without much challenge. The real issue is the ads. You’re hit with ads after almost every round, and if you fail even once, you’re forced to watch even more. As you get further into the game, the difficulty suddenly spikes in a way that feels artificial, while the number of ads increas

This game was fun & addictive. I have been playing for about a month & just like every other game on here there is no option to pay for no ads. The ads were short & had no sound the first week or so. That's how they get you hooked. Then the ads started becoming noisy & I hate that because it interferes with the music I'm listening to on my phone while I play. Then the ads got LONG. But the kicker was when I was forced to watch Royal Kingdom ads. That's my invite to delete the game. Bye!

The game itself inst terrible. Not the absolute worst in the world but certainly not the best. When I play these free games I do expect a certain level of Ads to deal with. The problem here is the Ad engine on this game is buggy and pretty much once an Ad comes up you are forced to restart the game because it won't ever let you out of it. It sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't. So...ONE STAR FOR YOU

I do not recommend this game. I played two boards, ads between the boards. my third time, right in the middle of a move it went to an ad; same board, it loaded another ad. I am okay with ads between boards, but NEVER during a play. I will not download a game from you again, I'm uninstalling as soon as this review is done. fix it, I'm sure I'm not the only person that feels this way.

the game was really enjoyable at first. but the number of ads kept increasing to the point of frustration. I don't mind a few ads for a game I am playing for free. but some of these ads don't even let you close the ad screen after completion and force you to the Google play screen. Lately, they make it impossible to play without cheat codes that require ads. Like the first or second set of blocks will just not fit and they offer better ones for ads. it's not worth it at this point

The game starts pretty easy and continues to get more difficult with each board. Quite frankly, it's a lot of fun. Quick Update; The "Adventures" Games are very challenging & loads of fun. I've cleared through level 33 so far. this game is both a great time killer and excellent brain stimulation. highly recommend. The only thing the game really needs is a one time purchase to buy out of the ads altogether as they do become quite annoying.

Changing my review slightly because they decided to change the game majorly. This is not the same game as the one I played back then. They introduced brand new, obscure blocks for the most specific of shapes, which I think ruins the skill factor that forces you to think more cleverly. Along with that, they clearly randomize the points you get each round, which means your high score is mostly dependent on random factors. I think it's better than the original, but not by much; 3 stars for effort!

The game is highly addictive, it's just too bad it's poorly coded. It's clear in the beginning levels that the pieces are tailored to fit in ways that are possible, and that accelerates you through to higher levels, but then invariably you will get pieces that cannot be played at all. So what's the damn point if the game is designed to guarantee you will fail everytime? It's not a skill game at all, it's a game for stupid people (I should know I can't stop playing it)

Click bait. The actual game is not as the one advertised. When you break X number of row(s) the pieces above those rows that are loose won't fall down like in the ad. Like many others have said, I would pay the no ad version if it was the advertised game. On reddit I found out that apparently there is a game called Puyo Puyo that works this way. I'll give that one a try.

Its a solid time passer game. Ads arent invasive, you lose, you watch an ad, simple as. the issue I have is that occasionally I'll clear the table, then get a special shape to put in, but it just so happens to be an 8x8 square, which fills the table, immediately clears, but then still shows a "No Space Left" and you lose. other than that, and the occasional interaction bug where a block will place next to where you want it, its perfectly fine

The ads are very long and tend to freeze. I just updated though so maybe it's fixed. And the "adventure" Series ending stage is too difficult to win & is only frustrating past a point. I completed the tea pot but have benefitted on the last stage of the parrot for several days. I am about to uninstall the game. The point is progress and an escape from the dystopia nightmare, not frustration.

Zero-stars. This is not the game as advertised in click-bait animations!! Two different game play options: 1. boring and 2. advanced boring. Too many deceptive advertisements that get longer the more you play. The last ad froze with no timeout exit, had to force close game! Why are all arcade games in the Play store so deceptive? The 5-star ratings are bot-generated. Uninstalling.

It's a block-filling puzzle similar to Tetris, but the blocks aren't randomized — they're pre-determined. You're forced to think the way the game wants you to, and when you lose, you never know where you went wrong. On top of that, ads blend in so seamlessly you can't tell they're ads. Tap anywhere and it sends you to the app store. Infuriating.

Good game! it's a shame the ads are relentless. Once an advert comes on, which is every couple of minutes, the only way out of it is to close the game and clear the activity on my phone. It's such a shame as the game itself I would have given 5 stars, but there's just no way out of the wool game ad which plays every single time.

The game itself is great. Stress free as there's no timed pressure to complete. An enjoyable game. On the down side, recently my games has been infested and spoilt with adverts which I struggle to clear from the screen. After 2 or 3 attempts to get rid of the annoying 'king in his stupid castle' advert, I lose interest and move on to a less invasive advert free game. If there was an option for ad free I would consider it. Minus 1 star for invasive adverts, minus another for no add free option.
