Very easy and intuitive to use. My doctor recommended another app that had all kinds of fitness tracking measurements that just didn't pertain to me, and nowhere to be found was a pulse rate monitor. I looked at several apps and chose this one because of it's simplicity and haven't been disappointed for well over a year now.
Easy to use, simple and free. For real free as in there aren't ads popping up and taking over the screen. I also like how there are separate colors for the different stages a blood pressure reading can reach. Normal being green and stage 2 is red. There is also a color chart to check your reading against as well. If you need to track your blood pressure readings then I highly recommend this app.
Incredibly easy to use and read. I had to start monitoring my blood pressure on the advice of my doctor, and as someone with no medical background, this app makes it incredibly easy to actually "read" my BP! Love that it charts it and shows you an average as well, plus you can back up your log to Google Drive. I can't think of any way it can be improved honestly, it's perfect.
Easy to use app for recording blood pressure, pulse and added notes, i.e. which arm used and position of body, and anything else you want to note. App automatically records the date and time of entry. Love the export ability to download data in spreadsheet form to share with my doctor. Only thing that needs improvement is the pop up window that confirms when an entry had been logged. It shows up at the very bottom of the screen in very small font for too short of time. It's easy to miss.
Tried several other apps before this one, uninstalled the others due to extremely disruptive ads. This App puts the ads at the top 1/4 inch of the screen. Can't get rid of them, but they aren't distracting at all. Other developers should take note! This is the way to develop free apps, I know that full screen ads that cover the application every five seconds are the quickest way to get me to uninstall your application from my phone!
This is a decent app for recording blood pressure readings which you will have obtained using any standard blood pressure cuff. The app works fine and I have been using it for a while. But the ads are very intrusive and sometimes seem positioned to maximize unintentional clicks. I'm ok with ads, but they should not get in the way of actual usability. There is another app also named "Blood Pressure Diary" which works just as well with less ads.
As long as the ads are kept to a bare unobtrusive minimum at the top I will keep this app. This is how ads should be if they have to be there, just scrolling quietly at the top without interrupting what you're doing or forcing you to interact with them to get back to the app. The app itself is very good. It's clutter free, easy to use, and keeps data well organized so you can show it to your doctor. I recommend it.
Would prefer to type in the numbers instead of scrolling but that's because my numbers are usually so bad, I guess. That's a nit-pick and my only complaint. It's a well-produced and thought-through tool, the ads are not aggravating (a good thing for a blood pressure tracker. Ha!) Recommended, especially after all the competing apps I've tried. This one is the keeper.
Very easy to use once I learned how the two "Add" buttons function. More than once, I tapped the large one in the middle of the screen to enter new numbers, BEFORE setting the dials above, not realizing I just recorded false numbers. Found them in history and deleted. You set the systolic, diastolic, and pulse numbers first, THEN tap that button to save them. Intuitive in retrospect. And the Add (+) button in the bottom left corner is just to *get to* that screen where you add the numbers.
Extremely helpful, easy to record blood pressure and heart rate. Shows the history of your recordings and the statistics, which comes in extremely handy. I also love the ads being at the top and not taking over the app. I know ads are a necessary evil, but these are placed in a good place. You can click the ad if you see something you like or ignore the ones you don't without it interfering your use of the app. Highly recommend this app.
Very easy to use app. The tags & notes are excellent. I gave it 4 stars because I had 2 issues. 1st I didn't see a way to just save the log to your device. So I had to email it to my self. And 2nd When you export the CSV file There is no date range options . So It gives you the entire history again. I upload my file to my doctor's Show every time I have to send all of the old stuff with the new stuff. I would like a way to just send the newest data that I have not already sent
Very simple, easy to use app with pleasing aesthetics. No unnecessary bells and whistles. I would have given this 5 stars except for two issues I encountered. 1) Having gone through the whole Y2K issue, I can't believe this app only uses month and date with no year displayed. What?? Very confusing looking at data which is not for the current year 2) The tags are free text fields. There should be a page for maintaining tags that can then be selected as a drop down instead of typing tags each time.
This app is awesome. I recently experienced postpartum preeclampsia so it was vital that I keep a record of my levels to see how the meds was working and to see when I can get off the meds. It tells you which category your level is at rather low, normal, prehypertension or stage 1 or 2 which is great for a person that knows nothing about levels because mine has always been normal.
After using this for a while I've raised my rating, it's super easy to track your readings and instantly see where you are on the bp chart. It still needs a place for notes on each reading but those can always be written into a separate note app of some sort. The ads are also non- intrusive which is a HUGE plus with me!
This app has helped me really keep track of my BP. Before I would write it in different places. That was problematic because I'd have some notes here, some notes there, and I'd end up with an incomplete and inconsistent picture of my blood pressure. Here, though, it's all in one place, it records the times, and allows you to add important notes.
Very helpful app and looks nice too! Would like to see a graph that also includes the day they were taken within the graph, maybe designate with lines or color? Also, the nice shading under the readings should possibly reflex high or low readings. These are only suggestions and I really think your app is great!! Could there be a version that is paid to remove ads?
Great Blood Pressure App! I was able to use this app to record the data I needed for my doctor. This app was instrumental with sharing this information because of the ease, speed, visuals, and ability to download my stats into a spreadsheet to email. The ads are there for you to click of interested, but they don't overtake the experience using the app. Best free blood pressure app out there!
Simple and yet amazing tracker, best part no ads! How do we support this company, so worth it. The one thing that I wish the app would do is let you add more than 14 entries on the app, right now because my physician is trting to get my meds right, I have to export to email and the history doesnt reflect from when the problem started. Maybe develop it as a paid version for those who really need to see more than 5 days worth of history in the graph on the app.
Perfect app for taking my blood pressure. I paid for one a few years ago and they no longer update it. This one does everything the other one does and more and is completely free with no ad's. It does not have profiles but dont need them anyway. I will look at what else they make and consider purchasing just because they took the time to make this so simple and did not load the app with other junk.
Great app! Very easy to use. The only thing I would change is being able to type in your numbers instead of scrolling. I love that you can email your stats to your doctor, it is extremely useful. The only thing I am unsure of would be the amount of storage for your readings. I have not run into any issues thus far. It has ads, which isn't ideal, but is pretty normal for a free app. The best part of that is the ads are just a small box at the top of the screen as opposed to pop ups. Love the app!
