Love the styles. As with all online shopping you have to pay attention to the cuts and how they hang on the models, make sure you understand the materials used. The clothes are comfortable, generally fit well, and are mostly good quality. The app is easy to navigate and rewards are wonderful! The customer service has been good on the occasion I've needed to talk to anyone.

Tha app works great for me. I have never had an issue while using it and have made several orders. The clothes are very attractive and run pretty much true to size. I always receive compliments when I wear them. The quality of the items is very good and everything seems well made. My only issue is with shipping. Shipping takes a very long time and is not reliable. Tracking is not very good either as it gets to a certain point and then stops updating.

Can't get passed the first "page" I have downloaded and uninstalled this app at least 3 times. Every time I download it I can NEVER get past the first "page". I hit Skip, I hit Done and absolutely nothing happens. It freezes and then I can't do anything and have to exit out of the app. I would really like to be able to look at items and mark as favorites. This absolutely frustrating and disappointing.

Their sizing is true to size, some times even a little generous! Their prices are reasonable, often run sales or promotions. Some times shipping times can be on the longer side so plan ahead. Also read the fabric contents for each and descriptions for softness or stretch first. I did get some cute dresses and shirts but 100% polyester (so no give in the shoulders when I move) but that was my mistake for not checking.

Okay, first, I'm a women but using my husband's account. 😅 While I love BloomChic clothes, the apps notifications are extremely annoying. Not because there are too many, but because when I click on one, it NEVER takes me to what the notification was talking about. A notification said something about a voucher for $30 for my birthday, but when I pressed on it, there was nothing. It'll say specific items are on sale, but not take you to the page of that item. It's very frustrating.

I'll be honest, I haven't ordered anything... Yet. But I would like to make a suggestion to make browsing easier. For filters, the only options we have are size color and price range. How about you add the option to filter by occasion, dress length and sleeve length as well? I mean, it's just my opinion, but I feel this would make browsing for things I would wear so much easier. Also, why can't I add or figure out how to add things to a wish list?

Nice Clothes...Clunky App... Horrible Shipping. I think this sums up my experience with BloomChic. I am an "event" shopper. I usually like to purchase a new outfit for special occasions. BloomChic's price point affords me this luxury. However, when it can take up to a month to get your items, it just isn't possible. 4/5 times I wind up finding something comparable on Amazon and can get it in 2-3 days, which allows for me to try it on and exchange if necessary. Not the case here.

the app is so glitchy, it wont let you open tracking, and it's not navigation friendly. shipping is horrible. I ordered clothes for vacation/family photos on June 2, and 5 weeks later my trip has come and gone and the clothes still aren't here. They were happy to take my money, just didnt ship until I reached out to customer service and was super pushy. magically, they found my order and shipped it within 48hrs. why did I have to force them to ship product I had already paid for???

I've found entirely too many great deals. Every piece I've gotten has been adorable, and comfortable. It's so great to find things in plus sizes that are reasonable priced, but look and feel fantastic. Tracking does not work well in the app. I usually have to track my packages through the email, as the page in the app never loads, or shows no details.

I enjoy the products, but the app filters and sorting doesn't work well. If I try to filter my size, I still get a bunch of stuff not in my size. And to sort by price will only sort about a dozen or so items and then you have to resort and start over. I do however like the details provided for each size. Also, I wasn't able to use the tracking on my last order at all. Every time I tried to load the tracking I got a blank page. Just needs a few tweaks.

Same issue as others. First page is non-responsive to clicks. I got a coupon pop-up, could not click the X to get rid of it. Instead had to hit the back arrow. On the first page, it's responsive to me pulling down/refreshing the page. Can also swipe through the featured item pics at the top. But I can't click on any of the pictures, categories, or the menu. Edit: Under Shop By Trend, if I click and hold for a couple of seconds (vacay vibes, wedding guest), it will open that category. Not great.

Notifications are useless! I get a notification that something I want is back in stock. So instead of taking me to that item, the notification takes me to my cart which is empty. I'm also getting lots of notifications for dresses, which I don't wear. I want notifications that are useful and relevant. Also, I wish there was a larger selection of petite sizes.

Nothing shows on the app. I can't type anything in for support. I can't view anything. Prices show up but what the prices are for is a complete guess. I have seen some really pretty dresses in ads and want to check them out and most likely order something but I'm not doing it blind. I would like to search for what I like, but with no pictures showing I have no clue what the items are. Do a better job to allow people to buy things and get in contact with support. My keyboard didn't even pop up.

As a size 2X woman, I find it difficult to find cute clothes that fit. Bloomchick has been a game changer. Their dresses fit like a glove and are so affordable. If, for some reason, they don't, returns are simple. Keep an eye open for sales and promotions. The app is simple to use, filters are great, and checkout is a breeze. Down side to the app: finding where to submit a return required me to use their help option.

The app only really lets you scroll through the pictures and hopefully you'll find the color you're looking for and can match it to the name. You can add to cart, but it usually doesn't let you check out. I then go and log in on the website and nothing is in the cart and I have to start all over again. The app allows you to have a wishlist but the website doesn't. They both should work cohesively. The website will at least let you check out but it defeats the purpose of having the app.

I am so frustrated. I have ordered from Bloomchic before. I have an account. I downloaded the app and logged in. After shopping and putting items in my shopping bag/cart I closed the app because I wasn't ready to complete my order. Now, two days later my cart is empty on both the app and when logged in on an Internet browser. If your app can't hold things in my cart, I won't be shopping with you anymore. Very irritated right now as I was excited to purchase the items I had chosen.

Horrible. Took me 40 minutes to finish a simple transaction. The Item in my cart on the site wasn't in my cart in the app. Had to search and search to find it on the app. Great clothes at good prices but Horrible interface. Help chat agents tried to help but the software wouldn't accept the code they gave me. After Struggling to simply check out I accepted getting none of the discounts and reluctantly gave up shopping with this company. Really too bad! As they have actual size 12 & up models

I ordered at the end of April, my real shipping date was 3 weeks later than it said. Once it did actually ship, it came quickly. There was an item I was unhappy with and wanted to to return it, they wanted to take the cost of shipping out of the refund. Example: Shirt costs $8, shipping is $7.99, so I will get a single penny back. Make that make sense???? Not ordering from this company again. 👎🏻 It's a real shame too cause the clothes I did like were very cute.

I originally reviewed this and said you couldn't favorite anything and they told me to update the app to implement the "Favorite" feature. The heart is still there but I can't tap it. It does nothing, just like before. I have to add it to my cart and then use the "Move to Wishlist" feature. Going down to 1-star just because you still can't use it after multiple updates (I'm on a Galaxy S23, btw).

Love Bloomchic, but the app was useless to me. Filled my bag and couldn't complete the order. It put pending charges on my credit card 4 times and still wouldn't complete the sale. Uninstalled and went to their website where it completed on the first try. Just stinks I couldn't use the 20% app discount that way, but I'll stick to ordering from the web.
