I haven't played nearly as much as others, but I love the game. Recently came back to it, and it's like I never left. Like another person said, menus can take a little to load, but that's kind of expected (I'm assuming it's handled server-side). The students are fun to interact with, and the story is amazing, every chapter leaves me wondering what happens next. I get occasional crashes during battles, but that may just be because my phone is overheating (Sony Xperia 5 III).

Love the game. I love the dynamic between the students in this game, the incredible stories, and more. However, small problems... First is the more minor thing, but picture-in-picture playing is basically useless. I can't play YouTube in the background without it shutting off as soon as I enter the Cafe or start a boss battle. The worse thing is that sometimes, as I load into a raid, the game will just crash. Happened five times in the past 30 minutes. Makes grand assault hell for me.

I had some, let's say odd impressions based on what people said and what I've seen online, but I decided to give it a shot since I like gacha lol. Didn't realize how good of a story there is to this, and I absolutely love it. My only issue is that when you first log in/open the game, the ui (like where you can open shop, lessons, etc) takes a good minute to start responding. I'm assuming its due to loading things, but if it could be optimized or fixed I'd appreciate it :p

I'll preface this with "this is my favorite gacha game" because that's the truth. I have so much fun day to day, even after playing for 3+ years. The characters are well designed and written, it's clear how much the devs love these girls! And I genuinely think this game deserves 5 stars, even despite the flaws. It's a well-rounded game in terms of graphics, design, gameplay, UI, and story. But the cash packages are garbage. If you're low on pyrox, you have to spend $200 to get a banner girl.

good game! I like! this is a positive review! I like the game, I think it's fun, the menus could be optimised to work a bit faster without the long wait times but it is manageable.......... though I believe they should add more Shun, we need more Shun. Shun is best girl, more Shun to the story. :)

The pros are the graphics, the characters, and their designs, as well as their 3d models and the gameplay. The cons: about the story/student bond stories inaccurate translations that hinder my enjoyment of them, which drags my score so low. Once the translations are fixed and faithful, I will rate it a 5 because it is a really good game. (I edited my review because I believe I was being way too harsh and was not giving a fair review.)

I really enjoy blue archive, it's your stereotypical gacha plus more, such as an amazing storyline (if not a little scuffed due to the English translation). I've been playing for about 3 years or so, and have encountered some issues. But the majority issue is not the game itself but the client. As it crashes very often. During my second year of playing it crashed almost every playthrough. They fixed this after a while, but it returned. Regardless, I really love this game and would recommend. 💙

I love the quality of this game. Generous with the premium currency, grinding is minimal, fast and snappy, levels are challenging, collecting and upgrading characters is always satisfying. Graphics are amazing too, though it might heat up your phone. It's hard finding another gacha game to play on the side, because this one sets the bar way too high. 3D models and good music.

This is a hard one to place. The gameplay is fun, albeit very repetitive. The characters move around randomly when they move, and they don't always go to an optimal spot, which sucks. The rates are fine, and you do get rewarded adequately for summoning dupes of characters. All the characters have their own unique charm. My major gripes with this would be that progression starts to get really slow because your characters max levels are determined by your level, which goes up a lot slower later.

First off, I love Blue Archive. I love the characters, story, events, gameplay, everything. The gameplay is subtly strategic, focused on team-building, but the active skill usage in battles is just to my taste. Growth can be kind of grindy at times, but I've found it genuinely fun to get addicted to. I've never felt forced to pay, since the devs are generous. The periodic growth, energy, and premium currency packs are still well-worth it though, so I'm not entirely F2P myself.

Honestly, probably the best game on the app store. Great story, art, characters, especially events, etc. Trust me guys, this is grade A Kino. And don't worry the gameplay is fun too which is rare from these types of games. Story might make you shed a tear as well. I don't give praise like this to games almost ever. Just try it and I'm sure you'll love the characters. You won't regret taking a look. But I have to take a point for the abhorrent localization as of late. They really need to be fired

I had low expectations for this game, but Blue Archive is one of the best gacha games I've played. The story and characters are great! They make you care about the students in the main story or through their own mini story's. The art style is beautiful, and the chibi models are adorable for the students. The gameplay is simple to understand and quite creative on how you can use character skills in battle. The gacha rates are somewhat generous, but leveling up becomes a hassle the higher you get.

The game was wonderful, the characters and character designs were amazing.. and I enjoyed the story while I could. I'm just sad that the game no longer works on my phone... every time I try to load it up it says something about a "security event" and it closes. I guess when I get a new phone in a few months I'll try and see if it runs.. but for now I hope the rest of y'all enjoy the game.

I don't normally leave reviews for games on here, but I just had to get my thoughts out about this game. If your main goal in playing gacha games is collecting all the characters, this one is NOT f2p friendly at all. The pull rates are abysmal, especially compared to something like Azur Lane. The game itself is fun as a sort of check in once a day, run through the energy to do missions, and click out kind of thing. The girls themselves sell the game though. Worth it for the interactions.

I find the laid-back atmosphere of the game and story to be a nice change of pace and entertaining. The character designs and art are top notch and the 3D chibis are a nice addition. The gameplay is quite fun and intricate. Having the skip option for farming makes life much easier while you still get to actually play regularly with events, new stages, and raid. Overall, a very chill game. However, I find the heavy RNG aspect to gameplay offputting. Good game, but not revolutionary.

Amazing game. Give it a try if you're into anime and squad based hoard clearing. The gacha part at first was worrying, but after playing for a while now, it's not that hard to get, just play, as well as other currency and upgrade materials from just playing. The story is really good, though it has some expected responses here and there for certain parts and would be considered cringe to some, but its catch is it becoming more serious than you think. Wish Global had all the Characters as JP has.

Blue Archive, to me, has become a daily game to relax and play. The story it tells is nice and engaging, and the game play, through grinding, makes it satisfying when your efforts are rewarded. ------- I have been playing this game for a few months- enough to where I have made it to Lvl 72. The process is long, and there are only more levels to be released. In the recent update though, the game frequently crashes within seconds of opening the app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ so I am confused.

BA is a great gacha game. I like it because it respects your time and money, making it easy to get strong by playing a little bit every day and using your free pyroxene wisely. The story and characters are top-notch, and the gameplay, while basic on the surface, has a lot of depth with each of the many units having different traits and abilities. The soundtrack is fun and catchy, and the art is world-class, with each character having a large variety of expressions and a beautiful animated lobby.

Very cute game! A cool thing when you start playing for the first time is that it has section that is essentially the tutorial while the game downloads in the background so you don't have to wait a long time to download the game. The battles are mostly automatic with the exception of and directing ultimate skills and even then you can just use Auto and game automatically do it. The "romance" in the game is essentially a way to learn more about a character other than the bio.

It is a beautiful game with a very interesting story to go along with it. Not to mention the separate stories you can go along with the characters you collect. From here, it becomes blurry. As the game is easy to play, the hard part is team building which might be a bit hard for those that are very new to this type of gameplay. Very reliant on optimum skills and team build. Also, it can become very grindy as you work your way up. Not recommend for the newbies,but in the end, YMMV.
