App is fair. But beware their insurance. go elsewhere. They refused to cover my ACA mandated annual wellness check by their in-network doctor. spent hours on the phone trying to get them fix their mistake. Miserable experience. they purposely make it impossible to get ahold of anyone in the grievance department. never returned my calls nor emails. App was useless, even though it should have been the best way to handle communication!

Absolute garbage or an app. My work switched from United HealthCare to Blue Shield of California and I miss United Healthcare's app. It was perfect. I can't even lookup providers or hospitals using the app at all. Literally no matter what I search it shows "No results". They really need to fix this garbage app.

Downloaded this morning before an appointment. I thought it might need extra room so deleted a few others to compensate. I can't even open it; tried a force stop, phone on/off, no joy. I'd uninstall and reinstall but who needs the frustration? Please fix this.

Teladoc appointments don't work anymore. When you get to the last screen to schedule the appointment, it won't let you check the privacy agreement in order to book the appointment. It used to work, so this is a new problem. It's like they don't want the service to be used.

app is pretty useless. Most visits and tests aren't in it and the provider data seems outdated. I couldn't rely on the provider accepting new patients.

This company does not help their customers. The policyholders. Of having any chance to get any customer service. All they told me was that we are doing the best we can, and in the end, nothing got done. Furthermore, I was calling to ask them how can I fill a complaint. Boyyyyyy. they hear that word and shutdown no more help.......🤔

You think a multi-million dollar company would be able to create a working app but I guess that's too hard for today's standard. I cannot see the password I'm trying to create. Had to create it blindly only to get it error due to "maintenance".

hot garbage. good luck scheduling teladoc on android. also don't try to view teladoc messages unless you want to have to restart the app. clearly a completely incompetent or under resourced development team.

app is requiring a password change but the change password screen is too large to fit on the screen and it keeps auto scrolling to the bottom so I can never actually enter the password

This app simply doesn't work. I can sign in on my PC just fine but this app refuses to recognize my username and password.

does not work often due to maintenance, very inconvenient. please do maintenance at 300Am on Sunday, when we least need the app. thank you.

what is the point of this app? doesn't give me really any useful information on what i really want to know or look at as far as deductibles and out of pocket amounts.

YOU CANT EVEN USE THE TELE DOC FUNCTION ON THE APP, ONLY BROWSER BECAUSE IT WILL NOT LET YOU CLICK A BOX. WHAT A GARBAGE APP.

Just as useless as the website. Keeps sending me to "shop for a plan" even though I've been paying for my plan for well over a year. Garbage.

"Notice of privacy practices" Check box does not work on mobile app for Android, fix it already!!! it's been like this for months, I shouldn't have to go find a desktop computer to get a fungal acne prescription refill.

App doesn't work. The dimensions are all wrong, can't click on buttons because they are almost outside the screen. Can't consent to their waivers because of bugs. I gave up trying to set up an appointment

the screen isn't formatted correctly. it puts buttons underneath of the home bar where you can't access them. and then when you go to use teladoc right when you get to the end it won't let you check the last box.

The page has links off the page that I cant see or click on. I shrunk it down as far as it will go and still cant, I'm guessing it might be what I'm looking for. I have a print screen Pic if it would help.

100 % unusable. You cannot approve the HIPAA disclosures due to an app bug so Teladoc cannot be used.

The only thing worse than the website is this app 2026 Update: This app is still garbage. It does...nothing. The Blue Shield website is completely unnavigable so I reinstalled the app to see if it's been improved. It hasn't. Every single thing you click to open on the app just opens the page on the website where you need to login again. Pointless! Can't find anything on the website, can't do anything on the app. Honestly, I hate having coverage through Blue Shield at this point.
